The present invention provides a glove having a coating formed of a urethane resin composition including a urethane resin (A) and water (B). The urethane resin (A) is produced using a polycarbonate polyol (a1-1) as a raw material. The coating has a 500% modulus of 7 MPa or less. Example urethane resins used as the urethane resin (A) preferably include: a urethane resin produced using a polycarbonate polyol (a1-1) and polytetramethylene glycol (a1-2) as raw materials at a specified mass ratio; and/or a urethane resin produced using a polycarbonate polyol (a1-1) and a compound (a1-4) as raw materials at a specified mass ratio, the compound (a1-4) having a number average molecular weight of less than 500, a branched structure, and 2 to 4 hydroxyl groups.

Glove

A level meter includes light emission segments forming an emission region, a register portion to register a default emission condition and an emission-condition specified value, and a control portion. The control portion controls the light emission so that the emission region spreads in an emission proceeding direction according to an increase in numerical quantity to be expressed. An emission-condition specified value indicates a command to apply a predetermined specified emission condition concerning a subsequent segment positioned on a more upstream side than a foremost segment positioned on a most downstream side in the emission proceeding direction. The control portion allows all the light emission segments forming the emission region to emit light based on the default emission condition, and the control portion allows the foremost segment to emit light based on the default emission condition whereas allowing the subsequent segment to emit light based on the specified emission condition.

The present invention provides a glove having a skin made from an aqueous urethane resin composition including an aqueous urethane resin (A), an aqueous medium (B), and a fluorine compound (C), in which the fluorine compound (C) is a fluorine compound (C-1) that is a polymer of a polymerizable monomer (c1-1) having a fluorinated alkyl group having 4 to 6 carbon atoms and a polymerizable monomer (c1-2) having a polyoxyethylene structure represented by general formula (2), or a fluorine compound (C-2) that is a polymer of a polymerizable monomer (c2-1) having a polymerizable unsaturated group at both ends of a poly(perfluoroalkylene ether) chain and a polymerizable monomer (c2-2) having a polyoxyalkylene structure represented by general formula (4).

The present invention provides a glove including a coagulated film of an aqueous polyurethane composition containing anionic polyurethane (A), which has an oxyalkylene group content within a range of 4 to 12 mol/kg and a urea bond content of 0.2 mol/kg or less, and an aqueous medium (B). The anionic polyurethane (A) is preferably the reaction product of polyoxytetramethylene glycol, a glycol having a carboxyl group, ethylene glycol, and diphenylmethane diisocyanate or the reaction product of polyoxytetramethylene glycol, a glycol having a carboxyl group, butanediol, and diphenylmethane diisocyanate. The average particle diameter of the anionic polyurethane (A) is preferably within a range of 0.01 to 1 &#x3bc;m.

Gloves

An aluminum-alloy clad material includes a skin layer clad to and covering at least one surface of a core layer. The core layer is composed of an aluminum alloy containing Cu: 3.8-4.9 mass %, Mg: 1.2-1.8 mass % and Mn: 0.3-0.9 mass %. The core layer has an area number density of microvoids that have a circle-equivalent diameter of 0.5 &#x3bc;m or greater that is 100/mmor less. The skin layer has an Al purity of 99.5 mass % or greater. A method of manufacturing a wrought material from such an aluminum-alloy clad material includes heating the wrought material to the solution heat treatment temperature of the core layer at a temperature-rise rate of 50&#xb0; C.-200&#xb0; C./h.

Aluminum-alloy clad material and method of manufacturing the same

A base toner amount determining unit is configured to determine a base toner amount without taking edge effect into account, the base toner amount corresponding to a pixel value of image data for which gradation correction has not been performed. A laser profile applying unit is configured to perform for the base toner amount a first spatial filter process corresponding to a laser profile of an exposure device. An edge emphasis amount determining unit is configured to perform a second spatial filter process for the base toner amount before the first spatial filter process or after the first spatial filter process and thereby determine an edge emphasis amount corresponding to the edge effect. A toner counter is configured to count as a toner consumption amount a sum of the base toner amount after the first spatial filter process and the edge emphasis amount.

Image forming apparatus and toner amount calculating method

To provide an aqueous resin composition including: an anionic polyurethane (A) having an aromatic ring; an acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (B); an aqueous medium (C); a vulcanizing agent (D); and a vulcanizing accelerator (E). The anionic polyurethane (A) is preferably a product of reaction of polyoxytetramethylene glycol, a carboxyl group-containing glycol, ethylene glycol, and diphenylmethane diisocyanate, or a product of reaction of polyoxytetramethylene glycol, a carboxyl group-containing glycol, butanediol, and diphenylmethane diisocyanate. An object of the invention is to provide a mixture of aqueous polyurethane and NBR having excellent storage stability, even in a case where the vulcanizing agent and the vulcanizing accelerator are added.

Aqueous resin composition and glove

A base toner amount is determined without taking edge effect into account, and corresponds to a pixel value of image data for which gradation correction has not been performed. For the base toner amount, a first spatial filter process is performed corresponding to a laser profile of the exposure device. A second spatial filter process is performed for the base toner amount before or after the first spatial filter process and thereby an edge emphasis amount is determined corresponding to the edge effect. A limiter processing unit limits the edge emphasis amount to an uppermost value or less, and the uppermost value corresponds to the base toner amount after the first spatial filter process. A toner counter counts as a toner consumption amount a sum of the base toner amount after the first spatial filter process and the edge emphasis amount.

An exposure device irradiates a photoconductor with light on the basis of an exposure signal and thereby forms an electrostatic latent image. A toner amount calculating unit (a) determines a distribution pattern of the electrostatic latent image on the basis of the exposure signal, (b) determines an electric field variation level of a target pixel, (c) determines an electric field intensity of the target pixel on the basis of a value of the target pixel in the distribution pattern and the electric field variation level, and (d) determines a toner consumption amount corresponding to the electric field intensity. Further, using spatial filters independently of each other in a primary scanning direction and in a secondary scanning direction, the toner amount calculating unit determines the electric field variation level on the basis of (a) the distribution pattern or (b) the exposure signal.

An edge emphasis amount determining unit performs a spatial filter process and thereby determines an edge emphasis amount corresponding to edge effect. A first toner counter (a) counts a toner consumption amount including the edge emphasis amount for a non-block-edge pixel in a block as a unit of image processing, and (b) counts a toner consumption amount not including the edge emphasis amount for a block edge pixel in the block. A second toner counter counts a toner consumption amount not including the edge emphasis amount for the non-block-edge pixel and the block edge pixel. A toner consumption amount calculating unit calculates a toner consumption amount of the block on the basis of a difference between a toner counting value of the first toner counter and a toner counting value of the second toner counter.

Further, a gain control unit multiplies the edge emphasis amount by a coefficient corresponding to the base toner amount after the first spatial filter process and thereby controls a gain of the edge emphasis amount.

In a power conversion device, a voltage at an input/output terminal of a primary-side circuit is divided by a first capacitor and a second capacitor, and a center tap provided to the primary winding of a transformer is connected to a node between the first capacitor and the second capacitor. With this, an intermediate voltage can be output. Further, transmission power can be controlled under a state where a voltage at the first capacitor and a voltage at the second capacitor are balanced, through adjustment of switching phases of a first full bridge circuit that is the primary-side circuit and a second full bridge circuit that is a secondary-side circuit.

Power conversion device and power conversion system

An exposure device forms an electrostatic latent image on a photoconductor drum. A charging device charges the photoconductor drum with a charging bias. A development roller holds toner with a development bias and attaches the toner to the electrostatic latent image. A toner image is obtained by attaching the toner to the electrostatic latent image and primarily transferred onto an intermediate transfer member. A determining unit primarily transfers to the intermediate transfer member non-image toner attached on the photoconductor drum while the charging bias and the development bias are increased before image forming and/or while the charging bias and the development bias are decreased after image forming, and determines an amount of the non-image toner on the basis of an output of a sensor. A managing unit determines a toner consumption amount or a toner residual amount with taking the determined amount of the non-image toner into account.

Image forming apparatus having sensor for detecting non-image toner

An exposure device irradiates a photoconductor with light on the basis of an exposure signal and thereby forms an electrostatic latent image. A toner amount calculating unit (a) determines a distribution pattern of the electrostatic latent image on the basis of the exposure signal, (b) determines an electric field variation level of a target pixel, (c) determines an electric field intensity of the target pixel on the basis of a value of the target pixel in the distribution pattern and the electric field variation level, and (d) determines a toner consumption amount corresponding to the electric field intensity. Further, the toner amount calculating unit limits the electric field variation level to an uppermost value or less, the uppermost value corresponding to a value of the target pixel in the distribution pattern of the electrostatic latent image.
