A fuel cell unit includes a fuel cell stack, an electrical device, a harness connected to the electrical device, and a casing incorporating the fuel cell stack, the electrical device, and the harness. The casing includes a first accommodation portion, a second accommodation portion, and a partition wall provided with a first communication hole through which the harness passes, the first accommodation portion accommodating the fuel cell stack, the second accommodation portion accommodating the electrical device, the partition wall partitioning the first accommodation portion and the second accommodation portion, and the partition wall is provided with at least one second communication hole through which the first accommodation portion and the second accommodation portion communicate with each other, in addition to the first communication hole.

Fuel cell unit

A fuel cell housing case includes: a stack case including a first partitioning plate and a second partitioning plate that separate a space in which a fuel cell stack is to be housed from a space in which a boost converter is to be housed; and a pair of stack bus bars provided on both ends in the stacking direction of the fuel cell stack, wherein the first partitioning plate and the second partitioning plate respectively include: slits through which the respective stack bus bars are inserted; and overlapping portions that overlap each other.

Fuel cell housing case

The high voltage component assembly includes a first high voltage component and a second high voltage component for operating respectively upon reception of high voltage supply from a supply source, a case body for containing the first high voltage component therein, a lid to be attached to the case body to prevent access to an inside of the case body in a state of the lid being attached to the case body, a fastening member to be fastened in a fastening state to fix the lid so as not to be detached from the case body, a receptacle to which the second high voltage component is attached, the receptacle being provided at a position precluding release of the fastening member from the fastening state in a state of the receptacle receiving the second high voltage component attached, and a cutoff device for cutting off the supply of the high voltage from the supply source upon detachment of the second high voltage component from the receptacle.

High voltage component assembly and power supply system for vehicle

A fuel cell system that ensures restraining a pressure relief mechanism from scattering is provided. The fuel cell system includes: a housing case that includes a stack housing portion housing a fuel cell stack and a high voltage component housing portion housing a high voltage component; a front side pressure relief mechanism, a left side pressure relief mechanism, a rear side pressure relief mechanism, a right side pressure relief mechanism, and an upper side pressure relief mechanism disposed on the high voltage component housing portion; and an auxiliary machine disposed outside the high voltage component housing portion. The respective pressure relief mechanisms are disposed in positions opposed to the auxiliary machine so as to have clearances with the auxiliary machine, and have rigidities lower than the rigidity of the auxiliary machine.

Fuel cell system

The fuel cell vehicle includes a housing case having a stack housing portion that houses a fuel cell stack, and a high voltage component housing portion that houses a high voltage component, is disposed above the stack housing portion, and allows gas to be circulated to and from the stack housing portion; and pressure relief mechanisms provided on the front, rear, left, and right side walls respectively. A front side pressure relief mechanism is disposed in a position facing a radiator support, a left side pressure relief mechanism is disposed in a position facing an apron member and suspension tower on the left side, a rear side pressure relief mechanism is disposed in a position facing a dash panel and cowl member, and a right side pressure relief mechanism is disposed in a position facing an apron member and suspension tower on the right side.

Fuel cell vehicle

A high voltage unit installed in a vehicle includes a high voltage component and a casing that accommodates the high voltage component. The casing includes a side wall provided with a pressure receiving portion that receives impact in a horizontal direction and a planer portion on which the high voltage component is arranged, the planer portion being adjacent to an inner side of the side wall. The high voltage component is arranged on the planer portion with a gap from the side wall provided with the pressure receiving portion. An area corresponding to the gap of the planer portion includes a portion, between the pressure receiving portion and the high voltage component, provided with a brittle portion, and includes a portion, other than the brittle portion, provided with a high strength portion having higher strength than the brittle portion.
