On a revolving frame (), a counterweight (), an engine (), a cooling fan (), a heat exchanger (), an exterior cover () forming a machine room () on the revolving frame (), an exhaust gas purifying device () including a urea selective reduction catalyst (), a urea water injection valve () injecting a urea water which is a reducing agent toward an upstream side of the urea selective reduction catalyst (), and a urea water supply line () through which the urea water to be supplied to the urea water injection valve () flows are provided. A horizontal support member () supporting the exterior cover () is provided on a front side of the counterweight (), and a heat shield cover () is mounted on the horizontal support member (). A line accommodating space () is formed between the horizontal support member () and the heat shield cover (), and a urea water supply line () for shielding heat from the engine () is accommodated in this line accommodating space ().

Construction machine

A reducing agent tank () is disposed in a first space (SP) on an upstream side of cooling air with respect to a heat exchanger (), and an engine () and an injector () are disposed in a second space (SP) on a downstream side of the cooling air with respect to the heat exchanger (). The heat exchanger is placed on a bracket () having a first side plate section (), a second side plate section (), and a top plate section (), and a first cutout section () for allowing a reducing agent hose () to be inserted, a second cutout section () for allowing the reducing agent hose to be inserted are provided in the first side plate section and the second side plate section, respectively, and a portion of the reducing agent hose passes through the first cutout section and the second cutout section to be wired in an internal space (SP) of the bracket.

Front and rear side flange portions of a filter accommodating cylinder are provided with positioning pins. A flange portion of an upstream cylinder is provided with a notched groove and a flange portion of a downstream cylinder is provided with a notched groove. In consequence, when the filter accommodating cylinder is connected between the upstream cylinder and the downstream cylinder, each of the positioning pins disposed at the front and rear flange portions is engaged with each notched groove of the upstream cylinder and the downstream cylinder. The filter accommodating cylinder can be positioned to be coaxial with the upstream cylinder and the downstream cylinder. As a result, after performing a cleaning operation to a DPF, an operation of once again connecting the filter accommodating cylinder between the upstream cylinder and the downstream cylinder can be quickly and easily performed.

Exhaust gas treatment device

Disclosed is an exhaust assembly for a construction machine having a revolving upperstructure and an engine mounted on the revolving upperstructure. The exhaust assembly is to be arranged inside the revolving upperstructure of the construction machine, and is provided with an after-treatment device for exhaust gas from the engine and an exhaust pipe for releasing exhaust gas, which has been guided from an outlet port of the after-treatment device, to an outside. The exhaust assembly includes a concave-convex part, which has plural concavities and convexities, is arranged on an inner wall of the exhaust pipe, and extends in a direction of discharge of the exhaust gas.
