A solenoid valve device includes a nozzle body housing a valve body that opens and closes a suction path and a discharge path connected to each other via an opening, and a solenoid that drives the valve body in an axial direction. The nozzle body includes a tubular member having an opening on one side in the axial direction. The other side in the axial direction of the valve body is supported by the tubular member and movable in the axial direction. The valve body includes, on one side in the axial direction of the valve body, an open and close part that opens and closes the opening. The valve body includes, between an end on the one side and an end on the other side in the axial direction of the valve body, an opening open and close part that opens and closes the opening of the tubular member.

Solenoid valve device

In solenoid valve provided with: a valve case that has an annular collar expanding in a radial direction of an opening, which is opened at an axial end surface, and accommodates a valve body inside; and an annular seal member mounted in an annular recessed groove provided on one axial end surface of the collar of the valve case, the collar includes a through-hole penetrating the collar in an axial direction, and a connecting portion connecting the through-hole and the annular recessed groove, the through-hole has a reduced diameter portion, and the seal member includes an annular portion mounted in the annular recessed groove and a protruding portion protruding at least in the axial direction with respect to the annular portion and penetrating the through-hole, the protruding portion including an enlarged diameter portion having an outer diameter φD1 (>φd2) larger than an inner diameter φd2 of the reduced diameter portion of the through-hole.

Solenoid valve

An electromagnetic valve includes: a solenoid having a plunger movably supported along an axis Odirection; a flow path member having a fluid passage flow path and a valve element housing portion; and a valve element in a columnar shape that is disposed in the valve element housing portion, is movable along the axis Odirection together with the plunger, and can switch between an open state and a closed state. The flow path member has an abutment portion that abuts on the valve element in the valve element housing portion, and a biasing member that biases the valve element. The valve element has an enlarged-diameter portion on the radially outer side. The enlarged-diameter portion has an opposing surface portion opposing the abutment portion at least in the axis Odirection. The opposing surface portion is in contact with the abutment portion in the open state.

Electromagnetic valve

To provide an electromagnetic valve that can prevent damage due to wear of a valve element and a case of a solenoid, or occurrence of a striking sound when a valve is opened. An electromagnetic valve includes a solenoid having a case, a flow path member, and a columnar valve element that is housed in the valve element housing portion of the flow path member and moves with a plunger of the solenoid to open and close a flow path. A first seat member in contact with the plunger is disposed on the valve element, and a second seat member in contact with the plunger is disposed on the case of the solenoid. An elastic modulus of the first seat member is larger than an elastic modulus of the valve element, and an elastic modulus of the second seat member is smaller than an elastic modulus of the case.

To provide an electromagnetic valve capable of preventing damage due to stress of a buffer member. An electromagnetic valve includes a solenoid having a case, a flow path member, and a columnar valve element that is housed in the valve element housing portion of the flow path member and moves with a plunger of the solenoid to open and close a flow path. A seat member with which the plunger comes into contact is disposed in the case of the solenoid. The seat member includes a core portion with which the plunger comes into contact, and a plurality of protruding portions protruding radially outward from an outer peripheral surface on the radially outer side of the core portion.

An electromagnetic valve includes a mover that is able to move in a predetermined direction. The mover includes a valve body part including a valve body base part and an annular elastic body. The valve body base part includes a large diameter part and a small diameter part connected via a step difference. The annular elastic body includes a first contact surface, a second contact surface in contact with a step difference surface in the step difference, and a sealing projecting part that is able to come into contact with a peripheral edge part of an opening part of a first flow path in the predetermined direction. The sealing projecting part surrounds the opening part when seen in the predetermined direction. The sealing projecting part, the second contact surface, and the step difference surface are at least partially superimposed on each other when seen in the predetermined direction.
