A radio apparatus includes a first receiver that is a processing unit for amplifying and frequency converting a radio signal received via an antenna, thereby outputting an IF signal; a detector unit for detecting a preamble signal from the IF signal; a second receiver for amplifying and quadrature demodulating the radio signal, thereby generating an I-signal and a Q-signal; a demodulator unit for demodulating the I-signal and Q-signal to generate a data signal; and a control unit for halting the operation of the first receiver and further activating the second receiver when the detector unit detects the preamble signal and for activating the first receiver and halting the operation of the second receiver when the demodulator unit completes the demodulation of the I-signal and Q-signal.

Radio apparatus

A signal generating circuit includes an oscillator to produce an oscillation signal controlled in oscillating frequency by an analog control signal. The circuit includes: a digital phase detector detecting phase information of the oscillation signal and outputting digital phase information; a first differentiator differentiating the digital phase information and outputting digital frequency information; a comparator comparing a frequency setting code setting the oscillating frequency with the digital frequency information and outputting digital frequency error information; and a low-pass filter removing a high-frequency component of the digital frequency error information. The circuit further includes: a D/A converter converting the digital frequency error information of which high-frequency component is removed into analog frequency error information; and an integrator integrating the analog frequency error information, to convert into analog phase error information, and outputting the analog phase error information as the analog control signal.

Signal generator, radar device

A radio apparatus includes an antenna; an amplifier that amplifies a radio signal, received via the antenna; a first mixer that frequency converts the amplified radio signal to generate a first analog signal; a first A/D converter that converts the first analog signal to generate a first digital signal; a second mixer that frequency converts the amplified signal to generate a second analog signal; a second A/D converter means that converts the second analog signal to generate a second digital signal; a demodulator means that demodulates the first and second digital signals to generate a demodulated signal; a detector that detects a preamble from the first digital signal; and a control means that halts the second mixer and second A/D converter during the wait for the radio signal and that activates the second mixer and second A/D converter when the detector detects the preamble.

A signal generator of an embodiment has an oscillator to generate an oscillation signal controlled in frequency by an analog control signal; a digital phase detector; a first differentiator; and a comparator outputting digital frequency error information. The generator includes a second differentiator differentiating the frequency setting code to generate a gain value and an inverse number of the gain value; a first multiplier multiplying the digital frequency error information by the gain value, a low-pass filter removing a high frequency component in a multiplication result, and a second multiplier multiplying an output of the low-pass filter by the inverse number. The generator includes a D/A converter converting a multiplication result into analog frequency error information, and an integrator converting the analog frequency error information into analog phase error information to output the analog phase error information as the analog control signal.

Signal generator, oscillator, and radar device

According to one embodiment, an FMCW signal generation circuit includes a voltage-controlled oscillator, a digital phase detector, a differentiator, a comparator, a low-pass filter, an amplifier, a D/A converter, and an integrator. The voltage-controlled oscillator generates an FMCW signal including an oscillation frequency corresponding to a control signal. The digital phase detector detects phase information of the FMCW signal to generate a detection signal. The differentiator differentiates the detection signal once to generate a differential signal. The comparator compares the differential signal with a target frequency to generate an error signal. The low-pass filter suppresses a high-frequency component of the error signal to generate a filtered signal. The amplifier amplifies the filtered signal to generate an amplified signal. The D/A converter converts the amplified signal to analog to generate an analog signal. The integrator integrates the analog signal to generate the control signal.

FMCW signal generation circuit and radar apparatus

There is an apparatus includes a voltage acquiring unit which acquires an inter-terminal voltage of the battery cell; a battery information acquiring circuit which acquires battery information of the battery cell with the acquired voltage being supplied as a power supply voltage and; a transformer configured to have a primary winding and a secondary winding, the primary winding being connected to a common wire; a communication circuit which transmits a signal of the battery information to a management unit, supplied with the acquired voltage as a power supply voltage; a rectification circuit which rectifies a signal of a predetermined frequency from the management unit to generate a DC voltage; and a control circuit which controls the supply of the power supply voltages to the battery information acquiring circuit and the communication circuit, the control circuit being supplied with the DC voltage as a power supply voltage.

Battery information acquiring apparatus

A battery information acquiring apparatus includes a voltage acquiring unit which acquires an inter-terminal voltage of the battery cell; a battery information acquiring circuit which acquires battery information of the battery cell with the acquired voltage being supplied as a first power supply voltage and; a radio circuit which transmits a signal of the battery information to the management unit via the antenna with the acquired voltage being supplied as a second power supply voltage and; a rectification circuit which receives a radio signal from the management unit via the antenna, rectify the received radio signal and generate a DC voltage; and a control circuit which controls supply of the first and second power supply voltages to the battery information acquiring circuit and the radio circuit wherein the control circuit operates with the generated DC voltage being supplied as a third power supply voltage.

Disclosed is a manufacturing method of an integrated capacitor including: forming a hole in a semiconductor substrate; depositing a dielectric film on an inner face of the formed hole; heat-treating the deposited dielectric film; depositing a silicon film on the dielectric film; embedding a resist film in the hole except an upper portion of the inner face of the hole on which the dielectric film and the silicon film are deposited; etching the silicon film on the heat-treated dielectric film with the embedded resist film as a mask; removing the resist film; removing the heat-treated dielectric film by etching with the silicon film remaining after the etching as a mask; and embedding an electrode material in the hole having the dielectric film remaining after the removal by etching, and the integrated capacitor.
