A color filter forming substrate used in a multifunctional terminal is provided which has a frame disposed surrounding respective colored layers for a color filter and having a non-display area formed by the frame portion all around a boundary between the display area and the frame, and specifically has a transparent substrate as a base material; and, on one side of the base material, colored layers of respective colors for a color filter disposed in a display area and a frame portion comprising a light-shielding colored layer disposed as a region not for display around a periphery of the region for display. The color filter forming substrate is used for a display device.

Color filter forming substrate, method of manufacturing same and display device

Provided is an organic EL display device capable of preventing or restraining color shift or color mixing in an image displayed in each of its pixels, this inconvenience being caused by the entry of light into the pixel from an organic EL element of a pixel adjacent to the pixel; and provided is a color filter forming substrate making it possible to produce such an organic EL display device. The color filter forming substrate is a substrate for an organic EL display device, in which: a pixel-dividing light-shielding region is arranged over one surface of a base material comprising a transparent substrate to make plural pixel regions into a region-divided form; and plural color-filter-forming coloring layers for multiple colors are arranged to the predetermined pixel regions in accordance with the respective colors, characterized in that a light-shielding layer is arranged in the pixel-dividing light-shielding region, and a surface of the light-shielding layer farthest from the one surface of the base material is positioned farther from the one surface of the base material than respective surfaces of the color-filter-forming coloring layers in the respective colors, these surfaces not being respective base material side surfaces of the coloring layers, are positioned.

Color filter forming substrate and organic EL display device

A plasma processing is performed by providing a first and a second electrodes to be relatively parallelly movable, disposing an object to be processed on the second electrode so as to face the first electrode and providing a blocking member to both end portions of the second electrode, so that a plasma processing space is blocked by the blocking member when the first and second electrodes are moved relatively with each other. A voltage is applied to both the first and the second electrodes and a process gas is introduced into the plasma processing space formed between the first and second electrodes, and the plasma is irradiated to the object. The blocking member is provided so as to extend from the second electrode to the first electrode, and an upper surface of the blocking member is raised higher than a surface level of the object to be processed.

Plasma processing method and plasma processing apparatus

A plasma processing is performed by using a plasma processing apparatus which includes a first electrode and a second electrode disposed relatively movable to the first electrode between which an object to be processed is disposed, and a solid dielectric material disposed to be continuously connected to at least processing starting and final end sides of the object. A process gas is introduced between the first and second electrodes under a state in which the first electrode abuts on entire surfaces of the object and the solid dielectric material, and a voltage is applied between the first and second electrodes to thereby process the object by plasma discharge generated between the first and second electrodes while moving the second electrode relatively to the first electrode and the object.
