Conductive two-dimensional particle and method for producing the same

An electronic device that includes an intermediate connection layer interposed between a wiring substrate with a pair of land electrodes and an electronic component. The intermediate connection layer has first and second connection electrodes formed on the surface of a base. A fuse part is formed inside the second connection electrode between a main conductor part thereof opposed to a first external electrode of the electronic component and a main conductor part of the first connection electrode opposed to a second external electrode of the electronic component.

An electronic-device having an intermediate connection layer interposed between a wiring substrate and an electronic component. The intermediate connection layer has a laminated structure including a rigid substrate and a flexible substrate. A first conductor part is formed on one principal surface of the flexible substrate, and second and third conductor parts are formed on both principal surfaces of the rigid substrate, respectively. The rigid substrate includes an opening, and the first conductor part of the flexible substrate includes a narrowed fuse part at a position opposite the opening. Windows are formed near the fuse part. The flexible substrate and the rigid substrate are electrically connected with each other via solder.

Electronic device and method of manufacturing the same

An intermediate connection layer interposed between a wiring substrate and an electronic part includes a rigid substrate and a flexible substrate. A plurality of conductor portions are formed on opposed principal surfaces of the respective flexible and rigid substrates. The rigid substrate is provided with an opening, and a fuse portion on the flexible substrate faces the opening. The flexible substrate and the rigid substrate are bonded together with solders. The respective rigid and flexible substrates are separately made, solder pastes are applied to the rigid substrate, both substrates are overlaid on each other, and the solder pastes are heated and solidified to make the intermediate connection layer.

A cavity is continuous between at least one of the second coil elements and one insulating layer that is in contact with the second coil element(s), and another insulating layer that opposes the second coil element(s) such that the second coil element(s) are exposed, and, when viewed in perspective in the stacking direction, the cavities have annular shapes and extend further inward than the outer peripheries of the mutually superposed first coil elements, there being an interval provided between the cavities and these outer peripheries, and further outward than the inner peripheries of the mutually superposed second coil elements.
