A transparent conductive film having a transparent polymer substrate and a transparent conductive layer on one main surface of the transparent polymer substrate. A cured resin layer with surface irregularities is formed: at least one of: between the transparent polymer substrate and the transparent conductive layer; and on the main surface opposite to the surface with the transparent conductive layer formed thereon of the transparent polymer substrate. The cured resin layer is preferably 1 &#x3bc;m or more and 3 &#x3bc;m or less in thickness and preferably contains a resin composition containing at least two components that undergo phase separation based on a difference in physical properties and 0.01 to 5 parts by weight of fine particles to 100 parts by weight of the solid content of the resin composition. The particle size of the fine particles is preferably 25 to 80% of the thickness of the cured resin layer.

Provided is a transparent conductive film including a hard coat layer having sufficient hardness, a superior abrasion resistance, and a superior soil resistance; also, provided are an electronic device and a touch panel using the transparent conductive film. A transparent conductive filmincludes a transparent film base, a transparent conductive layer, and a hard coat layer, wherein the hard coat layeris formed of a composition for forming hard coat containing the component (A): a curable compound including at least one of an acrylate group and a methacrylate group; the component (B): a reactive fluorine-containing compound; and the component (C): a reactive silicon-containing compound.

Transparent conductive film, electronic device, and touch panel

A hard-coated antiglare film, comprising a transparent plastic film substrate and a hard-coating antiglare layer containing fine particles on at least one surface of the transparent plastic film substrate, wherein an arithmetic average surface roughness Ra (&#x3bc;m) that is defined in JIS B 0601 (1994 version) is in the range of 0.05 to 0.15 &#x3bc;m in an uneven shape of a surface of the hard-coating antiglare layer, and the hard-coated antiglare film includes at least 80 convexities that exceed a roughness mean line of a surface roughness profile in a 4-mm long portion at an arbitrary location of the surface of the hard-coating antiglare layer.
