A pump device is provided. In the pump device, in a first wall portion of an insulator configured to surround an inner partition wall portion arranged on an inner peripheral side of a stator core and to prevent a winding of a driving coil from collapsing, there is provided a first notch cut out from an end surface on a Z2 direction side of the first wall portion toward a Z1 direction side. And, in a second wall portion of an insulator configured to surround an inner partition wall portion and to prevent a winding of a driving coil from collapsing, there is provided a second notch cut out from an end surface on a Z1 direction side of the second wall portion toward a Z2 direction side.

Pump device

A motor may include a rotor provided with a rotating shaft that protrudes to a first side in an axial direction; a stator disposed on an outer peripheral side of the rotor; a resin sealing member that covers the stator; and a cover member that is disposed on the first side of the resin sealing member and supports the rotating shaft. The cover member may include a plurality of gate marks disposed at different angular positions and a plurality of ribs that protrude to a second side in the axial direction. The ribs may be disposed at positions where each midpoint between the gate marks adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction overlap with an axis of the rotor.

Motor and pump device

A pump device may include a motor, an impeller to turn by use of drive power of the motor, and a circuit board for controlling the motor; the pump device being able to become low-profile in an axial direction of a turning center shaft as a turning center of the impeller. In a pump device, there are formed a wall part surrounding a circuit board and a substrate contacting surface, which contacts a lower surface of the circuit board in order to locate circuit board, in a pump case. In the wall part, there is shaped a cutout part that is cut out downward from an upper end surface of the wall part, and meanwhile a leading wire, whose one end side is soldered to the circuit board, passes through the cutout part in such a way as to be drawn out to an outer side of the wall part. In the pump device, a cutout bottom part, which is a lower end part of the cutout part, and the leading wire do not contact each other so as to be detached from each other.

A motor may include a rotor including a rotating shaft that protrudes to a first side in an axial direction; a stator disposed on an outer peripheral side of the rotor; a resin sealing member that covers the stator; and a cover member that is disposed on the first side of the resin sealing member and supports the rotating shaft. The resin sealing member may include a resin sealing member side position regulating surface that makes contact in the axial direction with a cover member side position regulating surface provided on the cover member, and a resin sealing member side securing surface that faces, in the axial direction and with a gap, a cover member side securing surface provided on the cover member. At least a portion of the resin sealing member side securing surface is secured to the cover member side securing surface via an adhesive agent layer.

A pump device is provided. In the pump device, a bottom portion of a case body with a suction port formed therein is provided with a through-hole through which a fluid sucked through the suction port passes, and the case body is provided with a shaft holding portion holding the lower end of the fixed shaft and a plurality of connection portions disposed with a space interposed therebetween in the circumferential direction of the rotor so as to surround the through-hole and connecting the shaft holding portion and the bottom portion. The upper end side of the connection portion is provided with a protrusion protruding upward beyond the upper end surface of the shaft holding portion, and at least one of the protrusions is a rotation preventing portion that prevents rotation of the thrust bearing in the circumferential direction of the rotor.

To provide a pump device configured such that the impeller can be prevented from being moved toward a case body by which a pump chamber is defined. An impeller is arranged in a pump chamber defined by a case body and an end wall portion of a motor. The impeller includes back blades protruding from a shroud toward the end wall portion of the motor. When the impeller is driven to circulate fluid through the pump chamber, a fluid is drawn out by the back blades from a clearance between the impeller and the end wall portion of the motor. Therefore, the impeller is moved by the negative pressure toward the end wall portion of the motor. The back blades function as a suction power generation mechanism configured to generate suction power sucking the impeller toward the end wall portion.

Pump

A motor provided with: a resin sealing member that is made from a resin and that covers a stator; and a cover member that is fixed to the resin sealing member. The protrusions protruding radially outward are formed on the resin sealing member. A part of the cover member on a Zdirection side thereof is configured as a cylindrical cover section covering the resin sealing member from the outer circumferential side. The cover section has formed therein notch sections, engagement grooves that extend toward one side in the circumferential direction from the ends of the notch sections on a Zdirection side and with which the protrusions engage, and a stopper restricting movement of the cover member toward the other side in the circumferential direction. The widths of the notch sections are wider than the widths of the protrusions in the circumferential direction.

Motor

A motor includes a rotor, a stator having coils, a connector for supplying electrical power to the coils, and a resin sealing member. The resin sealing member comprises an opposite-to-output side sealing part and a connector sealing part covering the connector. The connector comprises a frame part into which the cable side connector is to be inserted, and the opposite-to-output side sealing part comprises a first protruded part and a second protruded part. A tip end face of the first protruded part and a tip end face of the second protruded part are located on one imaginary face intersecting the rotation center line, a tip end on the opposite-to-output side of the frame part is located on the output side with respect to the imaginary face, and the second protruded part is provided at a position closer to the frame part between the first protruded part and the frame part.

A rotor may include a rotation shaft, a magnet on an outer peripheral side, a holding member holding the rotation shaft and the magnet, and a plurality of recessed parts provided in an end face of the magnet in an axial line direction of the rotation shaft so as to be separated from each other in a circumferential direction. A surface of each of the recessed parts is formed in a spherical shape, the holding member has a flange portion which covers the end face of the magnet from an end on an inner peripheral side of the end face of the magnet to an outer peripheral side with respect to the plurality of the recessed parts, and the flange portion is adhered to the surfaces of the recessed parts.

Rotor of motor, motor and pump device

A stator including a stator core formed in a ring shape is manufactured as follows; previously preparing an original core body provided with a belt-shaped part in a straight line shape structured of multiple outer peripheral parts and multiple salient pole parts, forming a recessed part on each of outer side faces of first outer peripheral parts disposed on both end sides of the belt-shaped part at a position between the salient pole part connected with the first outer peripheral part and an end part in the longitudinal direction of the belt-shaped part; and a bending step in which the original core body is successively pressed and bent from a center of the belt-shaped part toward both end sides.

Stator and manufacturing method therefor

An ice making method and device may include an ice making member inserting step in which an ice making member is inserted into water that is stored in an ice tray, an ice pieces making step in which the ice making member is cooled so that the water is frozen to form an ice pieces, an ice making member heating step in which the ice making member is heated so that a portion of the ice pieces sticking to the ice making member is melted, an ice making member drawing-out step in which the ice making member is drawn out from the ice pieces, and an ice pieces separating step in which the ice tray is deformed to separate the ice pieces from the ice tray. The ice pieces separating step and the ice pieces storing step are performed at positions under the ice making member.

Ice making method and ice making device

An ice making device may include an ice tray, a drive mechanism for moving the ice tray to a water-supply position and to an ice making position, a guide plate formed with a guide groove for guiding the ice tray to the water-supply position and to the ice making position, an engaging projection provided on the ice tray and engaged with the guide groove, a crank which is formed with a drive groove with which the engaging projection is engaged and which is connected with the drive mechanism for moving the ice tray, a heater which is mounted on the ice tray, and a connecting wire which is connected to the heater. The engaging projection is an engaging tube and is structured of two engaging tube pieces which are divided by a plane in an axial direction, and the connecting wire is drawn out by passing through an inner side of the engaging tube.

Ice making device

An ice making device may include an ice tray, a drive mechanism for moving the ice tray to a water-supply position and to an ice making position, two guide plates each of which is formed with a guide groove for guiding the ice tray to the water-supply position and to the ice making position, two engaging projections provided on the ice tray and each of which is engaged with the guide groove, and two cranks each of which is formed with a drive groove with which the engaging projection is engaged and is connected with the drive mechanism to be turned for moving the ice tray. The water-supply position is located at a position separated from the ice making position in a lateral direction, and the two engaging projections are provided on the ice tray so that their axial direction are substantially coincided with each other, and a gravity center position of the ice tray is located on a lower side of the two engaging projections.
