A nailing machine is a work machine, including: an ejection part to which a fastener is supplied; a striking part, striking the fastener supplied to the ejection part; a magazine part, having one end in a first direction attached to the ejection part, and movably supporting the fastener in the first direction; and a feeder part, supported by the magazine part while being movable in the first direction, and pushing the fastener toward one side in the first direction. The feeder part includes a contact part that contacts the fastener. The magazine part includes a first and a second guide rail arranged apart in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction and facing each other with a feeder member therebetween. A gap between the first and second guide rails in the second direction is smaller than a width of the contact part in the second direction.

Work machine

The disclosure discloses a driving machine includes a trigger, a first switch turned on or off by an operation of the trigger, a push lever that moves in response to an operation of pressing an ejection port of a fastener against a driven material, and a second switch turned on or off by movement of the push lever. The driving machine drives the fastener when the first switch and the second switch are both in the ON state. The trigger includes a switching mechanism to switch between a single-shot driving mode and a continuous-shot driving mode.

Driving machine

An air compressor comprising: a tank (), a compression mechanism (), a motor () and a control circuit (). The control circuit () includes a CPU () and a storing unit () which stores a control program, the compressor operation history and a plurality of operation modes. Each of the operation modes is defined by two setting values: a reference restart pressure value and a motor rotational speed value, at least one of these values being different from among the plurality of modes. The control circuit () executes one of the plurality of modes as a target mode in which the control unit controls the motor to restart by comparing the pressure in the tank with the reference restart pressure and rotates the motor at the rotational speed of the target mode. The control circuit changes the target mode from the one of the plurality of modes to another one of the plurality of modes based on the compressor operation history.

Air compressor

An air compressor includes a compression unit, a drive unit, a tank unit, and a control circuit unit. The compression unit is configured to generate a compressed air and provided with a handle positioned above a center of gravity of the air compressor. The drive unit is configured to drive the compression unit. The tank unit is disposed below the compression unit and includes a plurality of air tanks configured to reserve the compressed air. The compressed air reserved in the tank unit has a pressure value. The control circuit unit is configured to detect the pressure value of the compressed air reserved in the tank unit and to control the drive unit to drive the compression unit.

The nailing machine () comprises an air passage () allowing communication between a cylinder () and a return air chamber () in which compressed air for returning a piston () to the initial position is accumulated. The air passage () is provided with a control valve () controlling entry of compressed air into the return air chamber () from the cylinder (). The control valve () opens the air passage () and allows entry of compressed air into the return air chamber () in the case wherein the nailed object produces a small reaction force upon driving the nail, namely when the upward moving distance of the body () relative to the push lever () is smaller than a predetermined distance. The compressed air that has entered the return air chamber () further enters a below-the-piston chamber and serves as air damper, reducing the driving force.

Pneumatic driving machine

A sheet feeding apparatus comprises a conveying path formed between an upper and a lower units facing each other; a feed roller which feeds a sheet by a portion partially exposed from an upper surface of the lower unit to the conveying path; a separation member disposed to oppose the feed roller; a stopper which stops entrance of the sheet into the conveying path by abutting against a sheet end in a closed state in which the stopper is moved in a direction to intersect with an exposed surface of the feed roller; a driving unit which drives at least the feed roller and the stopper; and a control unit which controls the driving unit to rotate the feed roller through a predetermined angle in a sheet feeding direction and to then open the stopper when feeding of the sheet is started from the closed state of the stopper.

Sheet feeding apparatus, control method thereof, and document reading apparatus

An air compressor includes a motor, an air compression mechanism driven by the motor, a rotation shaft rotatable integrally with a rotor of the motor, a fan rotatable integrally with the rotation shaft, a plurality of air tanks for reserving compressed air generated by the air compression mechanism, and a control unit for controlling the motor. The plurality of air tanks are juxtaposed with each other and arrayed in an array direction. The plurality of air tanks includes an endmost air tank and an adjacent air tank adjacent to the endmost air tank. The control unit is disposed adjacent to and opposite to the adjacent air tank relative to the endmost air tank. The control unit is disposed adjacent to and in confrontation with an outer circumference of the fan.

Scanner

The nailing machine () comprises an air passage () allowing communication between a cylinder () and a return air chamber () in which compressed air for returning a piston () to the initial position is accumulated. A clearance is set between a nail feeder and an outer profile portion so that the nail feeder can turn. A pin as a first restriction member that inhibits movement of the nail feeder to an ejection portion by engaging with the nail feeder and can release the engagement with the rotation of the nail feeder is provided to the outer profile portion. The position at which the nail feeder and a spring engage is set in deviation from the position at which the nail feeder and the pin engage, in a reciprocating direction of the nail feeder and in a vertical direction.

Fastener driving tool

A fastener driving tool capable of driving a fastener in a direction orthogonal to a surface of a workpiece. A fastener driving operation is performed upon manipulation of a trigger and pressing a push lever against a surface of the workpiece. The push lever is slidably movable along a nose, and is biased by a spring in a fastener driving direction. The spring is positioned offset from a center of a fastener driving tool. The push lever is slidable in a sliding axis inclined by an angle &#x394;&#x3b8; relative to the center of the fastener driving tool. The push lever is configured to provide an angle defined between the sliding axis and the surface of the workpiece in a range of more than 90 degrees, i.e., 90 degrees plus &#x394;&#x3b8;.

A fastener driving tool includes: a driver blade which is driven by compressed air so as to move in a vertical direction for striking a fastener such as a nail, an injection hole which guides said driver blade and forms a passage for the compressed air to be exhausted along with the movement of the driver blade, and a magazine for supplying the fastener to said injection hole, wherein an exhaust passage through which an interior of the injection hole is communicated with the atmosphere is provided between a lower end of the driver blade when the driver blade is positioned at a top dead center and a head part of the fastener which has been supplied into the injection hole.
