A cooling system includes an electric pump, a cooling target temperature sensor, a coolant temperature sensor, and an electronic control unit. The electric pump pumps a coolant to a circulation channel connected to an inlet and an outlet of a cooling channel in which heat is exchanged with a cooling target. The cooling target temperature sensor detects a cooling target temperature. The coolant temperature sensor is arranged upstream of the inlet in the circulation channel, and detects a coolant temperature. The electronic control unit controls driving of the electric pump so that a discharge flow rate of the electric pump matches a target flow rate, and sets the target flow rate using an equation based on a reference value obtained by dividing a difference between the cooling target temperature and a target cooling temperature of the cooling target by a difference between the cooling target temperature and the coolant temperature.

Cooling system

An external gear pump includes a pump housing in which a pump chamber is formed, a primary gear having a plurality of external teeth housed in the pump chamber, a secondary gear having a plurality of external teeth that mesh with the plurality of external teeth of the primary gear in the pump chamber, a first electric motor configured to generate a torque for rotationally driving the primary gear, a second electric motor configured to generate a torque for rotationally driving the secondary gear, and a control unit configured to control the first and second electric motors. The control unit controls the first and second electric motors so that the torque generated by the first electric motor is greater than the torque generated by the second electric motor.

External gear pump

A control unit includes an excessive output suppression control unit which suppresses an excessive output by reducing a current command value from a host control apparatus. A control signal output unit obtains a motor control signal by adding a reduction amount of the current command value to the current command value. The excessive output suppression control unit includes: an oil pressure estimating unit which estimates oil pressure based on a current and a rotating speed of the electric motor; and a current command value correction amount calculating unit which compares outputs the reduction amount of the current command value if the estimated oil pressure is higher than target oil pressure. One of the target oil pressure and the estimated oil pressure compared by the current command value correction amount calculating unit is corrected based on oil temperature information.

Motor control apparatus and electric pump unit

In an electric pump system, hydraulic fluid that is stored in an oil pan is supplied to a transmission mechanism through an oil passage by driving an oil pump with the use of a motor. An EOPECU estimates a hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic fluid on the basis of a driving current for the motor and a rotation speed of the motor, and executes drive control on the motor on the basis of the estimated hydraulic pressure value.

Electric pump system

A control signal output unit obtains a motor control signal by applying a reduction amount for a current command value obtained by an over-power suppression control unit to a current command value from a host control unit. The over-power suppression control unit includes a hydraulic pressure estimation unit that estimates hydraulic pressure, and a current command value correction amount calculation unit that compares a target hydraulic pressure with an estimated hydraulic pressure and outputs the reduction amount for the current command value. Load information indicating whether a load on the pump is a low load or a high load that is higher than the low load is input into a control circuit from the host control unit, and the over-power suppression control unit changes the target hydraulic pressure in accordance with a magnitude of the load indicated by the load information.

Motor control unit and electric pump unit

A transmission driving device that is capable of preventing displacement of a shift operation member or a select operation member in a case where there is reverse input in the shift operation member or the select operation member by inhibiting rotation of a rotation member which is released from an input shaft. When an input shaft and a first rotor are connected, the first electromagnetic coil is an excitation state and a second electromagnetic coil is in a non-excitation state. In this state, a second magnetic ring is not attracted to the side of the second electromagnetic coil, a seventh facing, which is fixed to the second magnetic ring, and an eighth facing are engaged with each other, and a second rotor and a casing are connected to each other. In a connection state of the second rotor and the casing, the second rotor cannot be rotated.

Transmission driving device

A motor housing that accommodates a pump-driving electric motor and a controller that controls the electric motor is fixed to a pump body of a pump that sucks and discharges oil. A sealed motor chamber that accommodates the electric motor is formed within the motor housing. A cooling oil is filled in the motor chamber.

Electric pump unit

An electric pump unit includes: a unit housing; a bearing unit provided within the unit housing; a rotary portion; and a motor stator fixed to the unit housing. The rotary portion includes: a pump driving motor shaft supported by the bearing unit such that an axial position of a center of gravity of the rotary portion falls within an axial range of the bearing unit, and a motor rotor. The motor rotor includes: a disc portion which extends radially outwards from an axial end portion of the motor shaft; and a cylindrical portion which extends from an outer circumferential portion of the disc portion towards the other axial end side and surrounds an outer circumference of the bearing unit.

A transmission that is able to perform shift operation and select operation using the driving force of a single electric motor is provided. A shift/select actuating device includes: an electric motor; a first conversion mechanism; a second conversion mechanism; and a changing unit that changes a destination, to which the rotational driving force of the electric motor is transmitted, between the first conversion mechanism and the second conversion mechanism. The changing unit includes: a first electromagnetic clutch that transmits the rotational driving force of the electric motor to the first conversion mechanism or interrupts the rotational driving force; and a second electromagnetic clutch that transmits the rotational driving force to the second conversion mechanism or interrupts the rotational driving force.

Transmission

Provided is an electric pump device that can continue to supply hydraulic pressure to hydraulically actuated equipment and that is also of reduced size. An electric pump device is provided with an oil pump that supplies oil to a stepless transmission device, a brushless motor that drives the oil pump, and a control device that controls the brushless motor. The control device is provided with a power supply part that supplies drive power to the brushless motor, and an out-of-synch determination part that determines whether or not the brushless motor is out of synch. The control device is provided with a drive control part that controls the power supply part so that supply of power to the brushless motor is stopped, and then controls the power supply part so that the brushless motor is started, when the out-of-synch determination part determines that the brushless motor is out of synch.
