A disposable wearing article adapted to prevent indicators from being transferred to a liquid-absorbent structure and to make the indicators develop the color reaction quickly in response to a discharge of body exudates. A disposable diaper has a topsheet, a backsheet and a liquid-absorbent structure interposed between these top- and backsheets. A surface of a first backsheet facing the liquid-absorbent structure is formed with indicators. The indicators contain a hot-melt polymer, an indicator agent adapted to develop a color reaction and a plasticizing oil. The liquid-absorbent structure has a liquid-absorbent core, a liquid-diffusive wrapping sheet adapted to wrap the core. A hydrophilic bottom sheet is interposed between a bottom surface of the core and a bottom surface region of the wrapping sheet. A dimension in the transverse direction of the bottom sheet is larger than a dimension of a region in which the indicators are formed and smaller than a dimension in the transverse direction of the core.

Disposable wearing article

A disposable wearing article improved so that leakage of body waste can be prevented, a change in color which might develop in an unused state of the wearing article can be inhibited and actually discharged body exudates can immediately cause an indicator to develop a change of color. A disposable diaper includes a topsheet, a backsheet and a liquid-absorbent structure interposed between these top- and backsheets. The backsheet includes first and second backsheets and the first backsheet is formed on its side facing the liquid-absorbent structure with an indicator adapted to develop a color reaction when the indicator comes in contact with at least one of moisture and body exudates. A plurality of such indicators is arranged to extend in a longitudinal direction and to be spaced apart from each other in a transverse direction. The liquid-absorbent structure includes a liquid-absorbent core and a wrapping sheet adapted to wrap the core. A bottom sheet as a hydrophobic bottom element is interposed between a bottom surface of the core and a bottom region of the wrapping sheet as a hydrophobic bottom element.

A disposable wearing article has a front waist covering panel, a rear waist covering panel and a crotch covering panel, a body facing sheet and an undergarment facing sheet in the front and rear waist covering panels are elastically stretchable in a waist-surrounding direction. These sheets are made of nonwoven fabrics and have regions in which these sheets are placed upon each other and the undergarment facing sheet repetitively undulates in the waist-surrounding direction to form a plurality of gathers.

The present invention relates to a method for determining illustrations for a diaper to be worn, for example, by an infant. With the present invention's illustration determination method, for a diaper, comprising a main body, fitted onto the body of an infant, and an illustration displaying part, provided on the main body for displaying an illustration, the abovementioned illustration is determined based on the age in months of the infant. The illustration can arouse interest of an infant definitely since the object of interest of an infant depends on his/her age in months. An infant can thus be made to calm down during diaper exchange and the labor of diaper exchange can be alleviated.

Method for determining the illustration of a diaper

In a disposable pull-on wearing article, sheet strips carrying thereon display elements are bonded to an inner surface of an elastically stretchable outer sheet of the article. An inner sheet facing inner surfaces of the sheet strips and being elastically stretchable is bonded to the outer sheet intermittently in a waist-surrounding direction as well as in a vertical direction orthogonal to the waist-surrounding direction in a region extending from lateral edges of sheet strips to spots at which front and rear waist regions of the article are bonded to each other along transversely opposite side margins of the waist regions.

Disposable pull-on wearing article

A disposable diaper is provided such that the disposable diaper has at least one predetermined illustration displayed thereon and is folded into a predetermined shape. The illustration is provided in such a manner that at least a portion of the illustration is hidden when the disposable diaper is folded into the predetermined shape, and the hidden portion of the illustration is exposed as the disposable diaper is unfolded from the folded state.

A wearing article is provided on at least one of front and rear waist covering regions with an indication element adapted to be visually recognized from the outside of the article. The waist covering region provided with the indication element includes a first composite sheet, a second composite sheet lying inside this first composite sheet and the indication element interposed between these two composite sheets. The first composite sheet comprises a first intermediate layer, a first outer layer and a first inner layer while the second composite sheet includes a second intermediate layer, a second outer layer and a second inner layer. The respective layers of the first composite sheet are joined together at joining spots arranged intermittently in a waist-surrounding direction. The first outer layer, the first inner layer, the second outer layer and the second inner layer are respectively formed from inelastic threads describing curves which are stretchable in the waist-surrounding direction between each pair of adjacent joining spots.

A disposable diaper has an absorbent core. The core contains therein hydrophilic fibers of 30&#x2013;70 wt % and super-absorbent polymer particles of 70&#x2013;30 wt %. Of the super-absorbent particles, first super-absorbent polymer particles having a relatively long liquid-absorbing duration lying in a middle zone of the core as viewed in a transverse direction as well as in a thickness direction of the core to form a polymer phase and second super-absorbent polymer particles having a relatively short liquid-absorbing duration lying in the core above, below and laterally outside the polymer phase to form a mixture phase containing therein the hydrophilic fibers mixed therewith.

Wet tissue container and combination thereof

Provided is a sheet package including a stack of sheets having a plurality of sheets folded about fold lines and arranged in a vertically stacked configuration, and a receptacle for containing the stack of sheets which is made of hard or soft material and has a dispensing opening in a top surface thereof. The stack of sheets includes an upper layer of a plurality of sheets located in the vicinity of the dispensing opening, and a lower layer of a plurality of sheets located under the upper layer. The width of the upper layer is smaller than that of the lower layer in a direction perpendicular to the fold lines of the sheets.

Sheet package

A disposable wipe-off article having improved durability. The disposable wipe-off article includes a heat-sealable sheet and a heat-sealable wipe-off layer including an expanded bundle of continuous filaments. The wipe-off layer is bonded to the base sheet by a plurality of heat-seal lines extending to cross the continuous filaments and intermittently arranged longitudinally of the continuous filaments.

A rectangular wiping sheet adapted to be attached to a plate-like head of a cleaner device used to clean a surface of house floor or the similar surfaces is provided adjacent a pair of sides thereof extending in parallel to each other with a plurality of slits extending through a thickness of the sheet, and each of these slits has a length of 5&tilde;30 mm as measured in a direction along the parallel sides.

Wiping sheet

A package for stacked sheets to be freely taken out one by one. The stacked sheets are deformed to have their two longitudinal end portions close to each other and to have a recess, and the two end portions are arranged in common planes in the vertical direction. The stacked sheets is enabled to have a generally square top plan shape and to have a small height so that they can be packaged compactly. The sheet to be taken out is pinched upward while being held between the two sides of the recess, and the two sides of the recess are in parallel with the face of an outlet of the envelope. A sheet next to the sheet to be pulled out comes into abutment with the face of the outlet of the envelope at the two sides of the recess so that the sheets are not taken out in a gang.

A sweeper device includes a rectangular head, a stick mounted on an upper surface of the head and a sweeping sheet detachably attached to cover a lower surface of the head. The head is provided along at least a pair of side walls extending transversely thereof with elastic side walls so that a sweeping sheet can be attached onto a bottom of the head in a tension state.
