An electronic component mounting substrate includes an electronic component and a substrate that are electrically connected at a plurality of places on a bottom surface of the electronic component. At least two places of the plurality of places are electrically connected by bonding using a conductive adhesive, and places other than the at least two places of the plurality of places are electrically connected by soldering using a paste solder.

Electronic component mounting substrate and manufacturing method thereof

An on-vehicle electronic circuit mounting board includes: a surface mount type package component including a plurality of electrode pads disposed along an outer periphery of a component bottom surface; and a printed wiring board having a plurality of lands disposed along the plurality of electrode pads on a top surface of the printed wiring board opposed to the component bottom surface, and in which each land is disposed to be opposed to the corresponding electrode pad and electrically connected to the electrode pad by soldered connection. An outer soldering slope and an inner soldering slope are formed between a land of the plurality of lands and an electrode pad corresponding to the land, and the land is shifted with respect to the corresponding electrode pad such that one of the outer soldering slope and the inner soldering slope faces the wiring board side and the other faces the component side.

A discharge lamp lighting circuit includes an emission acceleration controller for detecting a voltage for a discharge lamp and for supplying power exceeding a rated value when the discharge lamp is initially lighted, and thereafter gradually reducing the power to shift the discharge lamp to a steady state. While the value of the power supplied when the lighting of the discharge lamp is started is employed as the maximum, the power supplied to the discharge lamp is controlled. Thus, the speed at which the power is reduced during a period of transition to the steady state is increased in consonance with an increase in the discharge lamp voltage.

A lighting circuit for lighting a vehicular lamp including a light-emitting diode, includes: a switching regulator for applying an output voltage based on a power-supply voltage received from a DC power supply provided in the outside thereof to the light-emitting diode so as to supply a supply current to the light-emitting diode; an abnormal state detector for detecting an abnormal state of the lighting circuit based on at least one of the output voltage of the switching regulator, the supply current and the power-supply voltage; and an output controlling unit for controlling the output voltage of the switching regulator based on the supply current or the output voltage of the switching regulator and lowering the output voltage of the switching regulator in a case where the abnormal state detector detected the abnormal state.

A discharge lamp device for a vehicle includes a lighting circuit for performing lighting controls of a discharge lamp for high beam and a discharge lamp for low beam, both lamps having the same rating. The lighting circuit controls the power supply such that the electrical power input when the discharge lamp for high beam is lighted is greater than the electrical power input when the discharge lamp for low beam is lighted.

A discharge-lamp lighting circuit,has a DC-AC converter that incorporates a full bridge circuit consisting of a plurality of pairs of switching devices. The discharge-lamp lighting circuit incorporates an anomaly detector for detecting an anomalous state of the lighting circuit, and a current detector for detecting whether or not an electric current flows in the full bridge circuit in a state where the operation of the lighting circuit is stopped owing to detection of an anomalous state of the lighting circuit by the anomaly detector. The discharge-lamp lighting circuit also includes a device-stage determining unit structured such that when a current has been detected by the current detector, a pair of switching devices, of the switching devices connecting the full bridge circuit and disposed in the higher stage, are switched on. The discharge-lamp lighting circuit thus prevents generation of a short circuit current owing to an anomalous state of a switching device of the plurality of pairs of switching devices.
