In a generator including a fuel tank that stores liquid fuel, the fuel tank includes a fuel inlet and a breather passage formed by a pipe member through which an inside and outside of the fuel tank communicate with each other, and the pipe member is provided with a valve that blocks the breather passage at normal time and opens the breather passage by a pressure of a predetermined value or higher.

The present invention provides a method for identifying noise data of a laser ranging device. An n number of measurement points P(i), P(i&#x2212;1) and P(i+1) corresponding to an n number of projection lines that are adjacent to each other are extracted from a plurality of measurement points at which distances have been measured by a laser ranging device. An approximate straight line L(i) that passes through the n number of measurement points is calculated. A degree of inclination e(i) of the approximate straight line L(i) with respect to the representative line among the projection lines corresponding to the n number of measurement points is determined. If the degree of inclination is smaller than a predetermined threshold value, then the measurement data on a measurement point having a largest distance measurement value among the n number of measurement points is identified as noise data.

Method for identifying noise data of laser ranging device

The present invention provides a method for detecting an edge of an object by using a laser ranging device. An n number of measurement points P(i), P(i&#x2212;1) and P(i+1) corresponding to an n number of projection lines that are close to each other are extracted from a plurality of measurement points, the distances of which have been measured by a laser ranging device, and an approximate straight line L(i) that passes through the n number of measurement points is calculated. The degree of inclination e(i) of the approximate straight line L(i) for a representative line of projection lines corresponding to the n number of measurement points is determined. If the degree of inclination is smaller than a predetermined threshold value, then one of the n number of measurement points is identified as a measurement point of an edge of an object.

Method for detecting edge of object by laser ranging device

The present invention provides a method for identifying noise data of laser ranging devices. The measurement data of a plurality of measurement points is acquired by a plurality of laser ranging devicesA andB, which are placed such that the laser beam projection areas thereof overlap with each other. A set of measurement points common to the laser ranging devicesA andB is extracted from the measurement points. Noise data is identified based on the measurement data of each of a plurality of (two) measurement points constituting the set of common measurement points.
