According to one embodiment, a sensor includes a base, a first support portion fixed to the substrate, and a first member supported by the first support portion. A gap is provided between the base and the first member. The first beam electrode and the second beam electrode satisfy at least one of a first condition, a second condition, a third condition, a fourth condition, a fifth condition, a sixth condition, a seventh condition, or an eighth condition.

Sensor and electronic device

According to one embodiment, a sensor includes a base body, a support member, and a movable member. The base body includes a first face including a first base region. The support member is fixed to the first base region. The support member includes a support portion and an extending portion. The extending portion is connected to the support portion. The extending portion extends along a second direction crossing a first direction from the first base region to the support portion. A first width of the support portion in a third direction crossing a plane including the first direction and the second direction is wider than a second width of the extending portion in the third direction. The movable member is supported by the extending portion. A first gap is provided between the first face and the movable member.

According to one embodiment, a sensor includes a base body, a support portion fixed to the base body, and a first member supported by the support portion. A gap is provided between the base body and a part of the first member. The first member includes a supported region, a first movable region, a first structure, a first support structure, a first connection structure, a first connect portion, and a first beam. The support portion is located between the base body and the supported region in a first direction from the base body to the support portion. The first beam extends along a second direction crossing the first direction. A first beam position of the first beam is located between a first movable region position of the first movable region and a support portion position of the support portion in the second direction.

According to one embodiment, a sensor includes a stage, a driver, and a detector. The stage includes a first portion and a second portion. The driver is configured to rotate the stage. A rotation axis of the stage passes through the first portion and is along a first direction. A second direction from the first portion to the second portion crosses the first direction. The second portion is configured to rotate along a circumferential direction with the rotation axis as a center when the stage rotating. The detector is provided at the second portion. The detector includes a first detection element configured to detect a first acceleration including a component along the second direction, and a second detection element configured to detect a second acceleration including a component along the first direction.

Sensor and movable body

According to one embodiment, a sensor includes a sensor element, a housing provided around the sensor element, and a processor. The sensor element includes a base body including first and second base body regions, and first and second sensor parts. The first sensor part is provided in the first base body region, and includes a first sensor movable part. The second sensor part is provided in the second base body region and includes first and second beams. The processor can derive a rotation angle and an angular velocity based on a signal obtained from the first sensor movable part. The processor can detect acceleration and a temperature based on a first resonance frequency of the first beam and a second resonance frequency of the second beam. The processor can correct one of the rotation angle or the angular velocity based on one of the temperature or the acceleration.

According to one embodiment, a sensor a sensor includes a base, a first support portion fixed to the base, and a first movable portion supported by the first support portion. The first movable portion includes first and second movable base portions, a connecting base portion, first and second movable beams, and first and second movable conductive portions. The first movable beam includes a first beam end portion, a first beam other end portion, and a first beam intermediate portion. The second movable beam includes a second beam end portion, a second beam other end portion, and a second beam intermediate portion. According to one embodiment, a sensor includes a base body including a first surface including first and second base body regions, a first structure body provided in the first base body region, a second structure body provided in the second base body region, and a control device. The first structure body includes a first movable member configured to vibrate. The vibration of the first movable member includes first and second components. The second structure body includes a second movable member configured to vibrate. The control device includes a controller configured to perform a processing operation. The processing operation includes outputting a second rotation angle, The second rotation angle is obtained by correcting a first rotation angle based on a resonance frequency of the second movable member. The first rotation angle of the first movable member is obtained based on the first component and the second component.

According to one embodiment, a sensor includes a sensor part including first and second sensor elements, and a circuit part. The first sensor element includes a first supporter, a first movable part capable of vibrating, first and second electrodes. The first electrode outputs a first signal corresponding to a vibration of the first movable part. The second electrode outputs a second signal corresponding to the vibration of the first movable part. The second sensor element includes a second supporter, a second movable part capable of vibrating, third and fourth electrodes. The third electrode outputs a third signal corresponding to a vibration of the second movable part. The fourth electrode outputs a fourth signal corresponding to the vibration of the second movable part. The circuit part includes a calculator. The calculator outputs a differential operation result between first and second processing signals.

According to one embodiment, a sensor includes a sensor part. The sensor part includes a supporter and a movable part. The movable part includes a movable member located around the supporter in a first plane, and a plurality of structure members located between the supporter and the movable member. The structure members have bent shapes. The structure members connect the movable member with the supporter. The movable member is capable of vibrating. The movable part has the supporter as a center of rotational symmetry. The movable part has a plurality of mirror planes. The mirror planes pass through the center of the rotational symmetry and cross the first plane.

According to one embodiment, a sensor includes a first detection element, and a processing part. The first detection element includes a base body, a first supporter fixed to the base body, a first movable part, first and second counter conductive parts. The first movable part is supported by the first supporter and separated from the base body. The first movable part includes a first movable base part supported by the first supporter, a second movable base part connected with the first movable base part, a first movable beam including a first beam, and a second movable beam including a second beam. According to one embodiment, a sensor includes a base body, a first supporter fixed to the base body, and a first movable part separated from the base body. The first movable part includes a first movable base part supported by the first supporter, a second movable base part connected with the first movable base part, and a first movable beam. The first movable beam includes a first beam, a first movable conductive part, and a first connection region. The first beam includes a first beam portion, a second beam portion, and a third beam portion between the first beam portion and the second beam portion. The first beam portion is connected with the first movable base part. The second beam portion is connected with the second movable base part. The first connection region connects the third beam portion and the first movable conductive part.

A multi-junction solar cell of an embodiment includes a first solar cell including a first photoelectric conversion device, a second solar cell including a plurality of second photoelectric conversion devices connected in series and having a back contact, and an insulating layer between the first solar cell and the second solar cell. A device isolation region is provided between the second photoelectric conversion devices connected in series.

Multi-junction solar cell

According to one embodiment, a multi-junction solar cell includes a first solar cell, a second solar cell, and an insulating layer. The first solar cell includes a first photoelectric conversion element. The second solar cell is connected in parallel with the first solar cell. The second solar cell includes multiple second photoelectric conversion elements connected in series. The insulating layer is provided between the first solar cell and the second solar cell. The second photoelectric conversion element includes a p-electrode and an n-electrode. The p-electrode is connected to a p-region including a surface on a side opposite to a light incident surface. The n-electrode is connected to an n-region including the surface on the side opposite to the light incident surface. The p-electrodes oppose each other or the n-electrodes oppose each other in a region where the multiple second photoelectric conversion elements are adjacent to each other.
