A cleaning apparatus capable of thoroughly cleaning all parts of a workpiece is provided. The cleaning apparatus includes: a cleaning chamber; a table rotation shaft that rotates about a first axis; a first swivel fitting disposed inside the table rotation shaft; a table on which the cleaning workpiece is placed; a first motor that rotates the table rotation shaft; a propeller shaft that rotates about a second axis that is parallel to the first axis; a second swivel fitting connected to a propeller shaft; and a nozzle that rotates integrally with the second swivel shaft and that ejects a cleaning fluid in a direction different from the second axis toward the cleaning workpiece.

Washing deburring and drying machine for machined parts

The machining apparatus includes: a cover including a side plate, a projecting portion disposed below the side plate, a rectangular shaped front opening, and a semicircular shaped planar opening; a first door body including a first drum disposed in a first side of a mating surface, a first abutting surface connected to the first drum, and a first top plate, and accommodated inside the cover by rotated about a first axis; and a second door body including a second drum disposed in the second side of the mating surface, a second abutting surface abut to the first abutting surface on the mating surface, and a second top plate, and accommodated inside the cover by rotated about a second axis.

Machining apparatus

A cleaning method of sufficiently cleaning a workpiece is provided. The cleaning method, including: rotating or swinging a workpiece having a first cleaning surface about a table rotation axis; ejecting cleaning fluid from a nozzle along an ejection axis; and swinging the nozzle about a nozzle rotation axis parallel to the table rotation axis to keep a constant impact angle formed between the ejection axis and the first cleaning surface for cleaning the workpiece.

Cleaning method

A method for inspecting a nozzle includes producing a jet from the nozzle, moving the nozzle to cause the jet to approach a stylus of a touch probe, generating a contact signal under a force acting on the stylus, and determining that the jet is appropriate in response to a contact signal received first after the jet has an axis at a distance from the stylus that is equal to or less than a first normal distance calculated from a normal jet shape.

Nozzle inspection method and apparatus

A driving device including a drive shaft and a first engaging member. The drive shaft rotates around a first axis. The first engaging member is disposed on the first axis to rotate integrally with the drive shaft. The power transmission mechanism includes a second engaging member, a propeller shaft, a piston, and a reduction gear. The second engaging member is disposed on the first axis engageable with/disengageable from the first engaging member. The propeller shaft is rotatable integrally with the second engaging member around the first axis. The piston reciprocates the second engaging member between a first position and a second position along a direction of the first axis. The reduction gear is joined to the other end side of the propeller shaft to decelerate the rotation of the propeller shaft. The reduction gear causes an output shaft joined to an object to rotate around a second axis.

Tilting device

An excess sprayed coating removal device for removing excess sprayed coatings adhering to the inner surface of a crank chamber of a multi-cylinder engine includes: a rotatable nozzle inserted in a first small chamber, movable in a direction parallel to the axial direction of a cylinder bore communicating with the first small chamber, and jets high-pressure water toward the leading end side thereof; and at least a single of shields that are each inserted into a second small chamber adjacent to the first small chamber to face into a communication hole, the shields protecting from the high-pressure water a sprayed coating sprayed on the inner surface of the cylinder bore communicating with the second small chamber. The shields have a block portion in a region facing into the communication hole, the block portion configured to shut the high-pressure water jetted from the nozzle and passes through the communication hole.

A turret-type cleaning apparatus including a cleaning chamber; a center post; a turret head turnably supported by the center post; tool support members arranged in the turret head; tool support shafts rotatably supported in the respective tool support members; cleaning tools to be attached to the respective tool support shafts; a spindle shaft rotatably supported in the center post; a spindle drive device to rotate one of the cleaning tools; a turret drive device to turn the turret head; and a joint device having a groove portion formed in the spindle shaft, and a key provided on each of the tool support shafts and to be inserted in the groove portion so as to be capable of sliding in the groove portion, the joint device allowing engagement between the spindle shaft and one of the tool support shafts, and allowing turning of the turret head.

A turret-type cleaning apparatus for using cleaning liquid, and deburring and cleaning a workpiece includes: cleaning tools for spraying the liquid onto the workpiece and deburring and/or cleaning it; a turret head freely turnable and where the tools are attached; a turret drive device connected to the head and for turning the head; a cleaning chamber where the head is arranged; a cleaning bath installed in the chamber; a drain port openably and closably provided below the bath and for draining the liquid from the bath; a first cleaning liquid supply flow passage configured to supply the liquid to one of the tools; a second cleaning liquid supply flow passage for supplying the liquid to the bath; and a cleaning liquid supply source for supplying the liquid to the first cleaning liquid supply flow passage and the second cleaning liquid supply flow passage.
