A terminal includes: a reception unit configured to receive a block including a synchronization signal and a broadcast channel, a control channel carrying control information, and a shared channel carrying system information by applying single beamforming; and a control unit configured to perform an initial access, based on the system information. The block and one or both of the control channel and the shared channel are frequency-multiplexed, and the control channel and the shared channel are time-multiplexed.

The present disclosure provides a terminal and a base station. The terminal includes: a receiving unit configured to receive first information transmitted via a plurality of first beams; and a transmitting unit configured to transmit measurement results of the first information transmitted via at least a part of the first beams. The receiving unit is further configured to receive second information transmitted via a preferred beam of a plurality of second beams. The preferred beam is determined by a base station from the plurality of second beams according to measurement results of the first information transmitted via more than two first beams.

A terminal receives a demodulation reference signal from a network. The terminal assumes the demodulation reference signal to be more aggregated in a frequency direction than in a case where a frequency band including one or a plurality of frequency ranges is used, when a different frequency band differing from the frequency band is used or when a wider subcarrier spacing is applied than the case where the frequency band is used.

The present disclosure provides a base station and a terminal. The base station includes: a receiving unit configured to receive precoding matrix indicator information of a first granularity from a terminal; and a processing unit configured to perform channel reconstruction according to the precoding matrix indicator information to obtain a first channel, use a super-resolution network to perform interpolation and denoising processing on a channel having the first granularity to obtain a second channel, and perform downlink precoding on the second channel, wherein the first channel has the first granularity, the second channel has a second granularity, and the second granularity is finer than the first granularity.

A user terminal according to one aspect of the present disclosure includes: a control section that, when capability information that indicates that full power transmission is supported is transmitted, and when a non coherent or partial and non coherent codebook subsets are configured, assumes that downlink control information can indicate a fully coherent codebook subset; and a transmitting section that performs the full power transmission by applying the fully coherent codebook subset to uplink transmission based on the downlink control information. According to one aspect of the present disclosure, it is possible to appropriately control full power transmission.

A radio communication method according to an aspect of the present invention includes: receiving, at a first base station, at least a part of downlink control information via a downlink shared channel from a second base station; receiving, at user terminal, downlink control information via a downlink control channel from the first base station; and controlling, at the user terminal, reception of a downlink shared channel from the first base station or transmission of an uplink shared channel to the first base station on the basis of the downlink control information.
