Gap measurement device

In a self-calibration method of an angle detector, an angle interval between first and second scale reader heads are set, so that a single rotation is not equally divided into an integer number of portions by a value of the angle interval and that a plurality of rotations N are equally divided into M equal portions by the value of the angle interval. Readings by the scale reader heads during N rotations of the divided circle are obtained at a pre-set data sampling interval. From differences in readings by these scale reader heads, data of the sequential two-point method relating to an angle scale error of the divided circle are obtained at the data sampling interval. The scale error of the divided circle at the data sampling interval is calculated by synthesizing the data using the fact that an average of the data for the rotations N reaches approximately zero.

Self-calibration method for angle detector, angle detector, circumferential scale calibration device, and angle detector calibration device

A wave reduction gear () is disposed inside a device case () of a rotating table device (). Lubrication oil is sprayed from an oil supply channel (), which is formed in the device case (), toward an oil supply hole () formed in a cup-shaped flexible externally toothed gear (). A wave bearing () disposed in the interior is lubricated via the oil supply hole (). Lubricating oil that has entered into the flexible externally toothed gear () is forcibly suctioned to the exterior via an oil recovery channel () that is formed in the device case (). Accordingly, it will be possible to prevent oil from being suctioned due to the negative pressure state in the interior of the flexible externally toothed gear accompanying the high-speed rotation, and regions of the wave bearing () can be reliably lubricated.

Method for lubricating wave reduction gear, and rotating table device

A composite roll bearing (), comprising an outer ring () and an annular inner ring () of groove shape in cross section having first, second, and third receiving surfaces () facing the both end face inner peripheral portions () and the circular inner peripheral surface () of the outer ring () at specified intervals. A plurality of rollers () for thrust bearing are installed between one end face portion () of the outer ring () and the first receiving surface () of the inner ring () and between the other end face () of the outer ring () and the second receiving surface () of the inner ring (). A plurality of rollers () for radial bearing are installed between the circular inner peripheral surface () of the outer ring () and the third receiving surface () of the inner ring (). The rollers () are restricted to move in a thrust direction by retainer portions () formed at the inner ends of retainers () for the rollers () for thrust bearing.
