Provided is an automatic analysis device capable of replenishing consumables without loss of a specimen and without stopping analysis. The state of an automatic analysis deviceincludes a replenishment prohibition state in which replenishment of consumables (reaction vessel, specimen dispensing tipand external reagent vessels) is prohibited, and a replenishment permission state in which replenishment of consumables is permitted. In the replenishment prohibition state, a specimen dispensing mechanismperforms dispensing, and detection unitsandperform analysis. In the replenishment permission state, the specimen dispensing mechanismdoes not perform dispensing, and the detection unitsandperform analysis. A device state control unitcauses the automatic analysis deviceto transition to the replenishment permission state when the remaining amount or the remaining number of the consumables predicted by a consumables remaining amount prediction unitbecomes equal to or less than a predetermined value.

Automatic analyzer

This automated analysis device is provided with a plurality of analysis units for analyzing a specimen, a buffer portion which holds a plurality of specimen racks on which are placed specimen containers holding the specimen, a sampler portion which conveys the specimen racks held in the buffer portion to the analysis units, and a control portion which, when performing a process to deliver the specimen racks to the plurality of analysis units, outputs synchronization signals to all the plurality of analysis units, wherein the analysis unit performs a delivery process starting from the synchronization signal, and the analysis unit performs a delivery process starting from the synchronization signal.

Automated analysis device

An automated analyzer capable of continuously performing supply of consumables is realized while continuing measurement is performed, by a simple and small amount of mechanism. An automated analyzer includes a unit that executes processing necessary for sample analysis; a consumable supply unit that supplies consumables necessary for the sample analysis to the unit; and a control device that controls operations of the unit and the consumable supply unit, in which the consumable supply unit includes a consumable container holding portion that holds a consumable storage container in which consumables is aligned and accommodated, a preliminary storage portion that temporarily holds the consumables taken out from the consumable storage container, and a transport mechanism that transports the consumables to the unit, and in which the control device transports and stores at least a portion of the consumables taken out from the consumable storage container in the preliminary storage portion.

The mixing of reagents with each other in the reagent storage flow paths of an automatic analyzer is suppressed before and after exchange of the reagents, which are capable of being replenished without stopping analysis. An exchangeable reagent container that accommodates a reagent is connected to a reagent storage flow path that stores a portion of the reagent. The reagent storage flow path has first and second flow paths in which the second flow path is branched from the first flow path. A reagent syringe applies a negative or a positive pressure to the first and second flow paths; and a valve controls the flow path through which the reagent is sent. As a result, the reagent supplied to a measurement portion at a predetermined timing is switched from the reagent container to the reagent storage flow path wherein the reagent can be supplied without stopping analysis.

Automatic analysis device

The purpose of the present invention is to provide an automatic analyzing device capable of carrying in/out a reagent suitable for the intended use of a user according to the state of the device. An automatic analyzing device has a reagent refrigerator for movably holding reagent containers and a reagent loader for carrying in/out the reagent containers to/from the reagent refrigerator through movement in a direction perpendicular to the reagent refrigerator. A reagent refrigerator cover covers an upper surface of the reagent refrigerator and has an opening through which the reagent loader can pass. A storage unit stores a device state of the automatic analyzing device and a reagent-carry-in/out-method is selected on the basis of the device state. A control unit controls the reagent holder and the reagent loader according to the selected reagent carry-in/out method so as to carry in/out a target reagent container.

Automatic analyzing device

Provided is an automatic analysis device that enables a reagent to be reliably loaded in and loaded out within a stipulated amount of time, even during analysis and without stopping the analysis, and that enables a reagent to be exchanged without causing a long wait for the operator. Provided is the automatic analysis device that comprises the following: a reagent cooling box that cools and holds a plurality of reagent containers, and that accommodates therein a reagent holder for movably holding the reagent containers which are inside the reagent cooling box and a reagent loader for loading the reagent containers into and out of the reagent cooling box by moving in a vertical direction with respect to the reagent cooling box; a reagent cooling box cover that covers the upper surface of the reagent cooling box and that has an opening through which the reagent loader can pass; an instruction means that provides instructions for the movement of the reagent loader; and a control device that includes, within the time of one cycle, a first time slot in which an operation for analysis is carried out and a second time slot in which an operation for the loading in or out of the reagent containers is carried out, and that executes control so that the reagent loader is not moved if the driving of the reagent loader was instructed by the instruction means in the second time slot.

A display unit displays, on a single screen, a first display area configured from a first area corresponding to the position on a reagent disc at which a reagent container is disposed and a second display area configured from a second area corresponding to the position on a reagent loader at which a reagent container is disposed. A control unit changes the display state of the first area on the basis of whether a reagent container is placed at a position on the reagent disk corresponding to the first area and reagent information for the reagent accommodated in the placed reagent container and changes the display state of the second area on the basis of whether a reagent container is placed at a position on the reagent loader corresponding to the second area and reagent-container-conveyance-state information for the placed reagent container.

An automatic analysis device is provided with a reagent container disk, a reagent loader (), a reagent loader position sensor, an RFID antenna, a memory unit, a reagent loading switch (), and reagent load position LEDs (-). The reagent loader () has a plurality of slots for inserting reagent containers () and moves between the outside and the reagent container disk. The reagent load position LEDs (-) display determination results for each slot indicating whether the reagent accommodated in the reagent container inserted into the slot or the slot can be used on the basis of the presence of a reagent container in the slot and the reagent state of the inserted reagent or the state of the slot.

An automatic analyzer is capable of performing a preparation process on a reagent used to measure a highly urgent test item even during analysis operation, and is configured as follows. If there is no parameter for the analysis item regarding a new reagent, the parameters are downloaded. If the priority of reagent preparation is 'high,' a sample pipetting scheduling process is temporarily stopped. If the priority of reagent preparation is not 'high,' it is determined whether a waiting time limit has been exceeded, and if it has, the sample pipetting scheduling process is stopped temporarily, reagent preparation scheduling is performed, and the sample pipetting scheduling process is resumed. If it is determined that the waiting time limit has not been exceeded, if the priority of reagent preparation is &#x201c;medium,&#x201d; and if the reagent preparation mechanism is found available, then reagent preparation scheduling is performed.
