A culture apparatus includes a heat insulating box main body having an inner box; a culture vessel; a duct and a circulation blower forcing convection of a gas in the culture vessel; a humidifying pan disposed on the bottom of the culture vessel and positioned inside the duct; a heat pipe having a heat insulating section, a heat input section disposed at one end of the heat insulating section and a heat dissipation section disposed at the other end of the heat insulating section. The heat pipe is attached to the culture apparatus with the heat dissipation section being disposed outside the culture apparatus, the heat insulating section passing through the heat insulating box main body and the inner box, and the heat input section being disposed in a gas passage in the duct.

A culture apparatus comprising: an inner box configured to form a culture chamber; an outer box configured to cover the inner box; a fan configured to circulate gas inside the culture chamber through an air passage provided in the inner box within the culture chamber; a first through hole configured to penetrate a wall configuring a part of the air passage in the inner box; a second through hole configured to penetrate the wall and disposed at a position at which a flow velocity of the gas circulated through the air passage by the fan is lower than a flow velocity of the gas around the first through hole; a connecting pipe configured to connect the first through hole and the second through hole outside of the inner box; and a sensor configured to detect a concentration of the gas flowing in the culture chamber.

An incubator comprising: a culture chamber configured to accommodate culture; a dish structure configured to contain a liquid; an ultrasonic vibrator provided in a part of the dish structure, the ultrasonic vibrator configured to atomize the liquid; and a gas-liquid contact structure configured to bring the atomized liquid into contact with air in the chamber to be cultured.

Incubator

A culture apparatus comprising: a fan configured to circulate air inside a culture chamber in a predetermined direction in the culture chamber; a duct configured to guide air circulating inside the culture chamber along a wall face inside the culture chamber from an upper part to a lower part of the culture chamber; and a gas generator detachable from a predetermined position at a lower part of the duct, the gas generator being configured to take in air discharged from a lower part of the duct and discharge together with the air taken in a hydrogen peroxide gas to sterilize the inside of the culture chamber generated from a hydrogen peroxide solution into the culture chamber.

Culture observation system

A culture apparatus which is capable of shortening sterilization time includes a gas concentration measuring sensor, pipes connected to a gas concentration measuring device and every corner of a cultivating chamber, and a sterilizing gas generator that supplies sterilizing gas into a cultivating chamber and atomizes a sterilizer solution (oxygenated water) by means of an ultrasonic vibrator. The culture apparatus further includes an ultraviolet lamp that irradiates gas in the cultivating chamber, a freely opening/closing door, a door-locking device, and a controller for controlling the locking device to prevent the door from being opened from start of the sterilization process to end of the decomposition process.

A culture apparatus comprising: a housing including a culture chamber inside, culture being cultured in the culture chamber; a door configured to seal the culture chamber; an ultraviolet lamp configured to generate an ultraviolet ray for disinfecting air in the culture chamber; a lighting device configured to allow the ultraviolet lamp to be on for a predetermined time period, when the air in the culture chamber is disinfected; a detecting device configured to detect deterioration of disinfection capability of the ultraviolet lamp; and a controller configured to correct the predetermined time period, during which the ultraviolet lamp is on, so as to be longer according to the deterioration of the disinfection capability of the ultraviolet lamp detected by the detecting device.

A culture apparatus includes a culture chamber in which culture is cultured, a shelf plate included in the culture chamber, on which the culture is placed, and shelf rests in a left-and-right pair configured to support the shelf plate and a plurality of shelf supports configured to support the shelf rests. The shelf rests each include one piece supporting the shelf plate and the other piece supported by the shelf supports. The shelf rests are in an L-shape in a cross-sectional manner whose angle between the one piece and the other piece is an acute angle. The one piece is in line contact with a lower face of the shelf plate at an end of the one piece extending obliquely upward from a side face of the culture chamber toward the inside of the culture chamber. The culture chamber is supplied with sterilizing gas to be sterilized.

A rack device having a receiver that can be prevented from being separated from a rack post in an incubator. A rack device in which a receiver is mounted between a pair of rack posts to hold a rack on the receiver includes a pair of engaging hooks which are formed in the receiver and a plurality of engaging holes which are formed in both the rack posts and in which both of the engaging hooks of the receiver disengageably engage, respectively. The rack posts are configured to be able to change an interval there between and select a first state in which the engaging hooks can be disengaged from the engaging holes and a second state in which the movement of the receiver is restricted while the engaging hooks be kept to engage in the engaging holes by changing the interval between the rack posts.

There is provided a sterilizing apparatus which is capable of sterilizing articles, such as test tubes, flasks, beakers, scalpels, forceps and so on, with high efficiency in a short time. The sterilizing apparatus includes a sterilizing gas generatorthat supplies sterilizing gas into a chamber. The sterilizing gas generatoratomizes a sterilizer solution (oxygenated water) by means of an ultrasonic vibrator. The sterilizing apparatus further includes an ultraviolet generator (ultraviolet lamp) that irradiates gas in the chamberwith an ultraviolet ray. The sterilizing apparatus further includes a doorfor blocking an openingA of the chamberin a free-opening/closing manner and a locking devicefor prohibiting the doorfrom being opened. The sterilizing apparatus further includes a controllerfor controlling the locking deviceto prevent the doorfrom being opened from start of the sterilization process to end of the decomposition process.

Sterilizing apparatus

An entry of air from the outside of an incubator into an incubation room is prevented. The incubator comprises an adiabatic box main body having an opening on a front face thereof, an adiabatic door mounted to the adiabatic box main body to be opened/closed, a transparent inner door which closes the opening to be opened, and a storeroom surrounded with the inner door and the adiabatic box main body to incubate samples such as cells or microbes. The adiabatic box main body comprises a metal outer box, a metal inner box, a heat insulating material arranged in the outer box between the outer box and the inner box, and an air layer arranged more inside than the heat insulating material. Pressure of the storeroom is set higher than that of an outside space of the incubator.

The invention provides a culture apparatus or a reserving stock room which receives a lot of culture vessels without vibration. The culture apparatus or the reserving stock room is provided with storage shelves (, . . . ) for culture vessels arranged in a circular arc shape or an annular shape, and a carrying means () for taking in and out the culture vessels to an inner side of the circular arc shaped arrangement or the annular shaped arrangement from the storage shelves (, . . . ). Further, the culture apparatus or the reserving stock room is provided with storage shelves (, . . . ) for culture vessels arranged on a table () in a circular arc shape or an annular shape, an air distribution port () provided in the table () such that an air in an inner side of the circular arc shaped arrangement or the annular shaped arrangement flows from a lower side to an upper side, and a circulation passage () for returning the air sucked from an upper side within a stock room to the distribution port () via a lower side within the stock room.
