To provide a Sn-based plated steel sheet capable of exhibiting superior corrosion resistance, yellowing resistance, coating film adhesiveness, and sulphide stain resistance without using a chromate film. A Sn-based plated steel sheet of the present invention includes: a steel sheet; a Sn-based plating layer located on at least one surface of the steel sheet; and a coating layer located on the Sn-based plating layer, wherein the Sn-based plating layer contains 1.0 g/mto 15.0 g/mof Sn per side in terms of metal Sn, the coating layer contains zirconium oxide, and a content of the zirconium oxide is 1.0 mg/mto 10.0 mg/mper side in terms of metal Zr, the zirconium oxide includes zirconium oxide with an amorphous structure, and a crystalline layer whose main component is zirconium oxide with a crystalline structure is present on an upper layer of the zirconium oxide with the amorphous structure.

Sn-based plated steel sheet

The Sn-plated steel sheet of the disclosure is an Sn-plated steel sheet including: a steel sheet; an Sn plating layer formed on at least one side of the steel sheet and containing, based on % by mass, from 0.1 g/mto 15 g/mof metal Sn; and a coating layer formed on the surface of the Sn plating layer and containing zirconium oxide and tin oxide; in which the content of the zirconium oxide in the coating layer is from 0.2 mg/mto 50 mg/min terms of metal Zr amount, and the peak position of binding energy of Sn3daccording to X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy of the tin oxide in the coating layer is 1.6 eV or higher than the peak position of binding energy of the metal Sn.

Sn-plated steel sheet

The Sn-based alloy plated steel sheet of this disclosure includes: a steel sheet; a composite plating layer formed on at least one side of the steel sheet and including an Fe&#x2014;Ni&#x2014;Sn alloy layer and an island-shaped Sn layer located on the Fe&#x2014;Ni&#x2014;Sn alloy layer; and a coating layer formed on the surface of the composite plating layer and containing zirconium oxide and tin oxide, and the composite plating layer contains a predetermined amount of Ni and a predetermined amount of Sn, a content of the zirconium oxide in the coating layer is from 0.2 mg/mto 50 mg/min terms of metal Zr amount, and a peak position of binding energy of Sn3daccording to X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy of the tin oxide in the coating layer is 1.6 eV or higher than a peak position of binding energy of the metal Sn.

Sn-based alloy plated steel sheet

A steel sheet for containers including a steel sheet, a Sn coated layer that is formed on at least one surface of the steel sheet, and a chemical treatment layer that is formed on the Sn coated layer. A variation amount in a yellowness index measured at one measurement point on the outermost surface of the chemical treatment layer is defined as &#x394;YI, and represented by &#x394;YI=YI&#x2212;YI, wherein YI is the yellowness index measured after the steel sheet for containers is subjected to a retort treatment at a temperature of 130&#xb0; C. for 5 hours, and YIis the yellowness index measured before the retort treatment. An average of absolute values of the &#x394;YI obtained at a plurality of measurement points included in a unit area of the outermost surface is 5.0 or less.

Steel sheet for containers, and method for producing steel sheet for containers

A steel sheet for a container includes: a steel sheet; a coated layer containing Ni provided as an upper layer of the steel sheet; and a chemical treatment layer as an upper layer of the coated layer, and containing a Zr compound in an amount of 3.0 to 30.0 mg/min terms of Zr metal, and a Mg compound in an amount of 0.50 to 5.00 mg/min terms of Mg metal, in which the coated layer is one of: a Ni coated layer which contains Ni in amount of 10 to 1000 mg/min terms of Ni metal, and a composite coated layer which contains Ni in an amount of 5 to 150 mg/min terms of Ni metal and Sn in an amount of 300 to 3000 mg/min terms of Sn metal, and has an island-shaped Sn coated layer formed on an Fe&#x2014;Ni&#x2014;Sn alloy layer.

Steel sheet for container and method for producing steel sheet for container

A steel sheet for a container includes a steel sheet, a Sn coated layer which is provided as an upper layer of the steel sheet and contains Sn in an amount of 560 to 5600 mg/min terms of Sn metal, and a chemical treatment layer which is provided as an upper layer of the Sn coated layer and contains a Zr compound in an amount of 3.0 to 30.0 mg/min terms of Zr metal and a Mg compound in an amount of 0.50 to 5.00 mg/min terms of Mg metal.

This steel sheet for containers includes a steel sheet, a Ni coated layer that is formed on at least one surface of the steel sheet, and a chemical treatment layer that is formed on the Ni coated layer. The Ni coated layer contains 10 mg/mto 1,000 mg/mof Ni in terms of an amount of metal Ni, and the chemical treatment layer contains 5 mg/mto 30 mg/mof a Zr compound in terms of an amount of metal Zr. A steel sheet for containers includes a steel sheet, an underlying Ni layer formed by performing a Ni coating or a Fe&#x2014;Ni alloy coating containing Ni in an amount of 5 mg/mto 150 mg/min terms of an amount of metal Ni on at least one surface of the steel sheet, a Sn coated layer formed by performing a Sn coating containing Sn in an amount of 300 mg/mto 3,000 mg/min terms of an amount of metal Sn on the underlying Ni layer and including an island-shaped Sn formed by alloying the Sn coating and at least a part of the underlying Ni layer by a reflow treatment, an oxide layer formed on the Sn coated layer and containing tin oxide, and a chemical treatment layer formed on the oxide layer and at least contains Zr in an amount of 1 mg/mto 500 mg/min terms of an amount of metal Zr and phosphate acid in an amount of 0.1 mg/mto 100 mg/min terms of an amount of P, in which the oxide layer contains tin oxide in such an amount that an amount of electricity required for reduction of the oxide layer is 0.3 mC/cmto 10 mC/cm.

A chemical treatment steel sheet includes a steel sheet; a Fe&#x2014;Sn alloy layer which is formed on at least one surface of the steel sheet; an Sn layer which is formed on the Fe&#x2014;Sn alloy layer; and a chemical treatment layer that is formed on the Sn layer, and contains a 0.01 to 0.1 mg/mof Zr compounds in terms of an amount of metal Zr and 0.01 to 5 mg/mof phosphate compounds in terms of an amount of P. Chemical treatment steel sheet, and method for producing chemical treatment steel sheet

Provided is a chemical treatment steel sheet including a steel sheet; a composite coated layer which is formed on at least one surface of the steel sheet, and contains 2 to 200 mg/mof Ni in terms of an amount of metal Ni and 0.1 to 10 g/mof Sn in terms of an amount of metal Sn, and in which an island-shaped Sn coated layer is formed on an Fe&#x2014;Ni&#x2014;Sn alloy layer; and a chemical treatment layer that is formed on the composite coated layer, and contains a 0.01 to 0.1 mg/mof Zr compounds in terms of an amount of metal Zr and 0.01 to 5 mg/mof phosphate compounds in terms of an amount of P.

A Ni-plated steel sheet according to the present invention includes a steel sheet, a first Ni-plated layer which is formed at least on a one-sided surface of the steel sheet and contains Ni, and a second Ni-plated layer which is formed on the first Ni-plated layer and contains Ni.
