An object shaping method includes a step of forming a powder layer using first powder, a step of placing second powder having an average particle diameter smaller than an average particle diameter of the first powder at a part of a region of the powder layer, and a first heating step of heating the powder layer in which the second powder is placed. The average particle diameter is equal to or larger than 1 nm and equal to or smaller than 500 nm, and the first heating step performs heating the powder layer at a temperature at which particles contained in the second powder are sintered or melted.

A molding system to manufacture a three-dimensional object corresponding to a three-dimensional model. The molding apparatus includes a slice data generation unit to generate slice data from three-dimensional shape data of the three-dimensional model, and a lamination unit to laminate a layer of a molding material on the basis of the slice data. The slice data generation unit analyzes data, and, if a region in which a layer of a second molding material different from a first molding material is to be laminated on a layer of the first molding material and in which it is difficult to laminate the layers is extracted, modifies the data of a region of at least one of an ith layer and an (i+1)th layer to data in which a portion in which the first molding material is disposed and a portion in which the second molding material is disposed.

A shaping apparatus includes a storage section that stores in advance a first relationship between a temperature of a shaping material and a heating time at a time at which oxidation of the shaping material starts as the shaping material is heated; and a control section that estimates a timing at which the oxidation of a material layer starts, based on an acquisition result from a temperature acquisition section, a measurement result from a time measurement section, and the first relationship stored in the storage section when the material layer on a conveyance body is preheated by a preheating section, and reduces a front surface temperature of the material layer on the conveyance body before the oxidation of the material layer starts.

Shaping apparatus and shaping method

An image forming apparatus includes a photosensitive member, a first developer carrying member for carrying a developer comprising toner and a carrier for developing an electrostatic image formed on the photosensitive member, and a second developer carrying member for carrying the developer received from the first developer carrying. The second developer carrying member is disposed downstream of the first developer carrying member with respect to a rotational direction of the photosensitive member. In addition, a voltage source applies a developing bias voltage to the first developer carrying member and second developer carrying member, and a driving device rotates the first developer carrying member at a peripheral speed higher than that of the photosensitive member and rotates the second developer carrying member at a peripheral speed which is higher than that of the photosensitive member and which is lower than that of the first developer carrying member.

A sheet-shaped regulation member is supported by a supporting unit with an elastic force occurring by bending a sheet-shaped regulation member in the longitudinal direction thereof, and a force received as a result of being pressed by a developing roller. Thus, direct contact can be securely made onto a developer bearing member, and a regulation member can be provided which enables easily attaching thereof to the supporting member, as well as enabling a developing apparatus, processing cartridge, and image forming apparatus, to be reduced in size.
