Keyboard instrument and manufacturing method therefor

A keyboard instrument includes an upper case having an upper side installation part; a lower case having a lower side installation part at a position corresponding to the upper side installation part of the upper case; a keyboard unit including a key-connecting part to which a plurality of keys are connected, the key-connecting part having an insertion hole to which at least one of the upper side installation part and the lower side installation part is inserted; and a fastening member fastening the upper side installation part and the lower side installation part together.

A keyboard instrument includes a plurality of key blocks, each including key main bodies, connecting sections, and a supporting section. Each key main body has a top surface that can be pressed by a user to play the keyboard instrument. Each connecting section extends from a key main body and deforms in response to pressing at the top surface of the key main body. The supporting section supports the key main bodies as one key block through the connecting sections. The key blocks are stacked at the supporting section in an instrument case so that a plurality of connecting sections of one key block and a plurality of connecting sections of another key block overlap each other. In at least one key block, each connecting section extends from a top surface side of the corresponding key main body.

Key unit and keyboard instrument

A keyboard instrument including a plurality of keys and a keyboard chassis, in which each key has a shaft or a shaft hole provided on one end side thereof. The keyboard chassis is provided with shafts when the plurality of keys has shaft holes, and is provided with shaft holes when the plurality of keys has shafts. This keyboard chassis supports the plurality of keys by the shafts being arranged in the shaft holes. Also, first spaces and second spaces are formed between an inner surface of the shaft hole and the shaft. A keyboard instrument including a hammer unit which includes a plurality of hammer members each of which has an effort point provided on one end side, a load point provided on an other end side, and a fulcrum provided between the effort point and the load point, and a hammer holder which rotatably holds the plurality of hammer members, and a keyboard chassis which includes a restriction member for restricting rotations of the plurality of hammer members performed in response to key depression operations within a restriction range and in which the hammer unit is mounted, in which the hammer holder has a plurality of contact points on the effort point side which comes in contact with portions of the plurality of hammer members on the effort point side when the hammer unit is in a vertically inverted state.

A keyboard instrument includes a plurality of key blocks, and an instrument case. Each key block includes, a plurality of key main bodies, an area of the top surface abutting one edge side of the key main body in a longitudinal direction is pressed by a user; a plurality of connecting sections, the connecting section is deformed in response to be pressed by the user; and a supporting section which supports the plurality of key main bodies as one key block through the plurality of connecting sections. The plurality of supporting sections included in the plurality of key blocks are piled up in a direction intersecting with the longitudinal direction in the instrument case. The plurality of connecting sections included in one key block and the plurality of connecting sections included in another key block are overlapped each other in the instrument case.

A hammer unit for use in a keyboard device or the like includes a plurality of hammer arms which are respectively operated in response to key depression operations on a plurality of keys, and a hammer connecting section which has a length corresponding to array of the plurality of keys, is connected to the plurality of hammer arms to support the plurality of hammer arms in an arrayed state, and has mounting sections which are provided in a direction of the array in areas where the hammer arms are not connected, and by which the hammer connecting section is mounted to a keyboard chassis. As a result, the assembling workability is improved.

Hammer unit and keyboard device

A keyboard device is provided whose entire device body can be compactified even if a hammer member length in its front and rear direction is increased and a keyboard instrument including the keyboard device. The keyboard device includes a plurality of keys, a transmission member which is rotated in response to a key depression operation performed on a key among the plurality of keys, and a hammer member which is rotated in response to rotation of the transmission member and applies an action load to the key, in which the hammer member includes a hammer arm and a hammer head provided on a front side of the hammer arm, and the hammer arm is rotated around a hammer rotation center located on a rear side of the hammer arm in response to the key depression operation performed on the key.

Keyboard device and keyboard instrument

A keyboard device includes at least one key and an action mechanism corresponding to the at least one key. The action mechanism includes a transmitter which moves in response to key depression to the at least one key, a hammer member which operates, in response to movement of the transmitter, to apply a load to the depressed key, a first abutting part which is arranged on one of the hammer member and a member which the hammer member abuts, and an elastic part which is arranged on another of the hammer member and the member which the hammer member abuts. At least one part of the elastic part gets over the first abutting part in a process of deforming of the elastic part, thereby a let-off feeling is given to the depressed key.

Keyboard device

A keyboard device where at least one of a transmission rail and a hammer rail is favorably supported, and a keyboard instrument including the keyboard device are provided. A transmission support pole for supporting the transmission rail and a hammer support pole for supporting the hammer rail are each arranged in a gap between two keys adjacent to each other among a plurality of keys, arranged in a hole provided in at least one of the plurality of keys, or arranged at a position corresponding to a key support shaft which supports at least one of the plurality of keys. As a result, at least one of the transmission support rail and the hammer support rail is favorably supported.

In a laminated steel plate in which steel plates are joined to both faces of a core layer, the core layer is formed of a meshed wire group formed using wires in a mesh form and a resin sheet, the wires forming the meshed wire group have a tensile strength of 601 MPa or higher, and an opening of the meshed wire group is equal to or less than ten times the thickness of the steel plates. By thus defining the tensile strength of the wires, light-weightness can be achieved compatibly with high rigidity and shock resistance, and by defining the opening of the meshed wire group, workability and shape stability after being processed can be improved.

Laminated steel plate

A keyboard device including a plurality of wippens that respectively rotate in the vertical direction in response to the respective depressions of the plurality of keys aligned alongside each other, a plurality of hammers that swing in response to the respective rotation of the plurality of wippens and then respectively add an action load to the plurality of keys, and a wippen holding member having a plurality of wippen flanges that are integrally formed along a direction in which the keys are aligned and that rotatably hold the respective plurality of wippens. Therefore, the plurality of wippen flanges do not need to be individually manufactured and assembled, and thus the plurality of wippen flanges can be easily disposed at once by just installing the wippen holding member.

Disclosed are a protein encoded by a gene having a nucleotide sequence represented by any of SEQ ID NOs: 1 to 65 or a fragment thereof, an antibody recognizing the protein or antigen-binding fragment thereof, and a polynucleotide having a sequence comprising at least 12 consecutive nucleotides of a nucleotide sequence represented by any of SEQ ID NOs: 1 to 65 or a nucleotide sequence complementary thereto.
