To provide a fluid composition and a refrigerant composition having flammability suppressed; and an air conditioner in which restrictions in order to inhibit combustion of the refrigerant composition are reduced and it is thereby possible to omit or simplify measures for inhibiting combustion of the refrigerant composition. The fluid composition is either a composition (I) comprising at least one component (A) selected from the group consisting of alkanes, halogenated alkanes and alkenes and at least one component (B) selected from halogenated alkenes, or a composition (II) (excluding the composition (I)) comprising two or more ingredients (B) selected from halogenated alkenes. The fluid composition has a combustion inhibiting effect as defined by &#x2212;100&#xd7;{(measured maximum burning velocity)&#x2212;(estimated maximum burning velocity)}/(estimated maximum burning velocity), of at least 10%.

A heat cycle system is a heat cycle system () using a working medium containing hydrofluoroolefin (HFO) that has a double bond in a molecule structure, the heat cycle system () having a compressor (), a high-pressure side heat exchanger (), a low-pressure side heat exchanger (), an expansion mechanism (), and an acid detection means () which is disposed in a discharge pipe () connecting the compressor () and the high-pressure side heat exchanger () and which detects acid generated by decomposition of the working medium in a heat cycle.

Heat cycle system

There is provided a working fluid for heat cycle that uses (Z)-1-chloro-2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropane (HCFO-1224yd(Z)) which has a less impact on the ozone layer, has a less impact on global warming, and has excellent cycle performance, the working fluid for heat cycle having sufficiently ensured stability and having high productivity. The working fluid for heat cycle contains HCFO-1224yd(Z) and an impurity, wherein the impurity includes a specific trace component, and a total content ratio of the trace component to a total amount of the working fluid is less than 1.5 mass %.

Working fluid for heat cycle

A composition for a heat cycle system and a heat cycle system employing the composition are provided. The composition has favorable lubricating properties and contains a working fluid for heat cycle and a refrigerant oil. The working fluid has a low global warming potential and can replace R410A. The working fluid contains an unsaturated fluorinated hydrocarbon compound having a specific structure. The refrigerant oil has a breakdown voltage of at least 25 kV, a hydroxyl value of at most 0.1 mgKOH/g, and a kinematic viscosity at 40&#xb0; C. of from 5 to 200 mm/s and a kinematic viscosity at 100&#xb0; C. of from 2 to 30 mm/s.

Composition for heat cycle system, and heat cycle system

To produce, from a composition containing 1-chloro-2,3,3,4,4,5,5-heptafluoro-1-pentene and a substance that may cause problems in reliability and performance, 1-chloro-2,3,3,4,4,5,5-heptafluoro-1-pentene in which the content of the substance has been reduced. This method for producing 1-chloro-2,3,3,4,4,5,5-heptafluoro-1-pentene comprises bringing a composition containing 1-chloro-2,3,3,4,4,5,5-heptafluoro-1-pentene and at least one substance selected from the group consisting of water, 3,3,4,4,5,5-hexafluoro-1-pentyne, 1-chloro-3,3,4,4,5,5-hexafluoro-1-pentyne and an oxide, into contact with a solid adsorbent, to remove the substance from the composition.

Method for producing 1-chloro-2,3,3,4,4,5,5-heptafluoro-1-pentene, and composition

The heat cycle system of the present invention is a heat cycle system which employs a working fluid containing trifluoroethylene, comprising a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve and an evaporator, and further having a circulation flow path and a fragile part. The circulation flow path connects the compressor, the condenser, the expansion valve and the evaporator and circulates the working fluid. The fragile part is provided in the circulation flow path or to the condenser and has a pressure resistance strength lower than the pressure resistance strength of the circulation flow path and the condenser.

A working fluid for heat cycle, wherein the global warming potential is less than 300; the product of the relative coefficient of performance and the relative refrigerating capacity is at least 0.820 relative to R410A in a standard refrigerating cycle under conditions of an evaporation temperature of 0&#xb0; C., a condensing temperature of 40&#xb0; C., a supercoiling degree of 5&#xb0; C. and a degree of superheat of 5&#xb0; C.; the relative compressor discharge gas pressure is at most 1.100; the lower limit of the combustion range by method A in High Pressure Gas Safety Act is at least 5 vol %; and the pressure will not exceed 2.00 MPaG in a combustion test by method A in High Pressure Gas Safety act under 0.98 MPaG at 250&#xb0; C.

Working fluid for heat cycle, composition for heat cycle system, and heat cycle system

A compressor includes a sealed container, a compression part provided in an upper part of the inside of the sealed container and configured to compress a working medium, an oil reservoir part provided in a bottom part of the inside of the sealed container and configured to reserve a lubricating oil therein, an electric drive part provided between the compression part and the oil reservoir part inside the sealed container and configured to drive the compression part, and a power source terminal provided to pass through a wall surface of the sealed container in a region of the oil reservoir part. The power source terminal is connectable to an external power source outside the sealed container and electrically connected to the electric drive part via a lead wire in the sealed container.

Compressor and heat cycle system for refrigerator

An efficient method for producing 1-chloro-2,3,3,3-tetorafluoropropene from 1,1-dichloro-2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene is provided. The method produces 1-chloro-2,3,3,3-tetorafluoropropene by reducing 1,1-dichloro-2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene with fewer over-reduced by-products, such as 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene and 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoropropane. In the method, 1,1-dichloro-2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene reacts with hydrogen in a gas phase in the presence of a palladium catalyst-carrying carrier, in which a palladium catalyst having a specific surface area of 40 m/g or less is carried on the carrier.

Method for producing 1-chloro-2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene

A composition for a heat cycle system and a heat cycle system employing the composition are provided. The composition has favorable lubricating properties and contains a working fluid for heat cycle and a refrigerant oil. The working fluid contains an unsaturated fluorinated hydrocarbon compound having a specific structure. The working fluid has a low global warming potential and can replace R410A. The refrigerant oil has a breakdown voltage of at least 25 kV, a hydroxyl value of at most 0.1 mgKOH/g, and an aniline point of at least &#x2212;100&#xb0; C. and at most 0&#xb0; C.

To provide a working fluid which has cycle performance sufficient as an alternative to R410A while the influence over global warming is sufficiently suppressed, which does not significantly increase the load to an apparatus as compared with a case where R410A is used, and which can be stably used continuously without any special measures, a composition for a heat cycle system contains the working fluid, and a heat cycle system employs the composition. A working fluid for heat cycle, wherein the global warming potential is less than 300; the product of the relative coefficient of performance and the relative refrigerating capacity is at least 0.820 relative to R410A in a standard refrigerating cycle under conditions of an evaporation temperature of 0&#xb0; C., a condensing temperature of 40&#xb0; C., a supercoiling degree of 5&#xb0; C. and a degree of superheat of 5&#xb0; C.; the relative compressor discharge gas pressure is at most 1.100; the lower limit of the combustion range by method A in High Pressure Gas Safety Act is at least 5 vol %; and the pressure will not exceed 2.00 MPaG in a combustion test by method A in High Pressure Gas Safety act under 0.98 MPaG at 250&#xb0; C.

A composition for a heat cycle system having favorable lubricating properties is provided. A heat cycle system employing the composition is also provided. The composition contains a working fluid for heat cycle, which has a low global warming potential and can replace R410A. The working fluid contains an unsaturated fluorinated hydrocarbon compound having a specific structure and a refrigerant oil having a breakdown voltage of at least 25 kV, a hydroxy value of at most 0.1 mgKOH/g, and a minimum temperature on the high temperature side of the phase separation temperature from the working fluid of at least 35&#xb0; C. and a maximum temperature on the low temperature side of at most &#x2212;60&#xb0; C.
