A door check apparatus includes a base member configured to be attached to a vehicle door, a threaded rod rotatably held by the base member, a first tubular member including a distal end portion configured to be connected to a vehicle main body, and a base portion. The threaded rod is arranged inside the first tubular member. At least a part of the first tubular member threadedly engages with the threaded rod. The first tubular member performs a relative movement in an axial direction relative to the threaded rod such that the first tubular member causes the threaded rod to rotate. The door check apparatus includes a brake mechanism configured to restrict the threaded rod from rotating.

A lifting and lowering apparatus includes a support plate, a carrier for lifting and lowering a window glass and a drive mechanism for moving the carrier. The drive mechanism includes a cable, a drum, a pulley and a bracket for mounting the pulley to the support plate. The support plate is provided with first and second fixing portions. The first fixing portion is arranged at an outer side of the cable and the second fixing portion is arranged at an inner side of the cable. The bracket includes first and second mounting portions provided for the first and second fixing portions respectively. The first mounting portion includes a first extension portion making contact with an outer surface of the first fixing portion and the second mounting portion includes a second arm portion making contact with an inner surface of the second fixing portion.

Lifting and lowering apparatus

The present invention provides a lock device for locking by inserting a striker into a base member. The lock device includes a latch, which is disposed on the base member and constrains and releases the striker, and a pawl, which holds the latch. Backlash of the latch is limited by a simple structure. A cam member is rotationally connected to the base member by a rotation shaft different from that of the pawl. An engaging protrusion and recess are formed on the pawl and cam member, respectively. When the pawl is at an allowable position, the protrusion and recess are engaged with each other to hold the cam member. The engagement is released when the pawl rotates to a holding position, engaging the cam member with the latch, which is at a locked position, thereby rotating the latch such that the striker contacts the bottom surface of a base groove.

Vehicle lock

A driving force transmitting device having a direction changing gear mechanism which transmits a rotation torque from a drive shaft to a driven shaft having an axis extending in a direction different from a direction of an axis of the drive shaft. The direction changing gear mechanism includes an output, an input gear attached to the drive shaft for restricting a relative rotation and engaged with the output gear, a gear housing rotatably supporting the output gear and the input gear under engagement condition, wherein one of the output gear and the input gear is provided with a rotation phase adjusting portion exposed outside for adjusting a rotation phase of the output gear relative to a rotation phase of the second engagement portion of the driven shaft upon the output gear being assembled to the driven shaft.

A transmission device that transmits rotation of a drive cable to a screw shaft is provided. The transmission device includes a worm gear attached to the drive cable, a helical gear attached to the screw shaft, a gear case, a pair of first bearing wall portions, and a pair of second bearing wall portions. The gear case has an opening on one side so as to accommodate the worm gear and the helical gear. The first bearing wall portions are integrally formed with the gear case so as to face each other along the axial direction of the drive cable, and rotatably support both ends of the worm gear. The second bearing wall portions are integrally formed with the gear case so as to face each other along the axial direction of the screw shaft, and rotatably support both ends of the helical gear.

Drive mechanism for power seat apparatus for vehicle

A feeding apparatus includes a screw shaft, a feeding nut, a supporting member, a driving unit, an intermediate member supported by the screw shaft and arranged to be rotatable relative to the supporting member, and an elastic biasing mechanism. The intermediate member includes a radial sliding contact surface slidably contacting a radial bearing surface of the supporting member, first and second thrust sliding contact surfaces contacting first and second thrust bearing surfaces formed at the supporting member, respectively. The elastic biasing mechanism elastically biases the first and second thrust sliding contact surfaces of the intermediate member to contact the first and second thrust bearing surfaces, respectively, and further elastically biases the intermediate member to a thrust receiving member provided at the screw shaft for assembling the intermediate member and the thrust receiving member onto the screw shaft without a clearance between the intermediate member and the thrust receiving member.

A vehicle seat slide device includes lower rails, upper rails, screw shafts, nut members, an electric motor and a transmission mechanism. The transmission mechanism is composed of a drive reduction gear mechanism coupled directly to an output shaft of the electric motor, a pair of left and right direction conversion gear mechanisms coupled directly to the screw shafts, and a transmission shaft arranged to pass through an output gear of the drive reduction gear mechanism to be rotatably bodily with the output gear and coupled at opposite ends thereof to respective input gears of the direction conversion gear mechanisms. A lean force bracket is further provided to be secured at opposite ends thereof to the upper rails and supports the drive reduction gear mechanism and both of the direction conversion gear mechanisms.

Vehicle seat slide device

A device for opening and closing a window portion of a slide door includes a window regulator mechanism having a lift arm whose opposite end portions are connected to a pane and a driving mechanism respectively for moving the pane in the upward and downward directions when the driving mechanism rotates the lift lever in opposite directions. An opening condition detection mechanism has a movable member associated with the lift arm so as to be movable together with the lift lever and a detection member linked to the movable member for indicating whether or not the window portion is closed by the pane.

According to the present invention, on the through opening edge portion, the flange portion is formed, and by arranging the outer surface of the axle portion to slide and rotate on the inner face of the flange portion, the first and second equalizer arms are pivotally supported by the lift arm. The circular projected portion formed around the axle portion contacts on the lift arm face to provide the predetermined clearance between the top portion of the flange portion and the lift arm face, and undesirable friction increase or stick slip there between is avoided. The lift arm and the first and second equalizer arms can be made of thinner steel plate material, and weight and cost reduction is obtained. The flange portion and the through opening are formed by burring on the lift arm, and also the axle portion and the circular projected portions are formed by stamping directly on the first equalizer, and also the weight and cost reduction of the window regulator is realized.

A window regulator device for moving a glass in the vertical direction is comprised of a pair of vertically spaced pulleys, a driving mechanism positioned at a side of a line connecting the pulleys, a wire supported at the pulleys and moved by the driving mechanism, a bracket supporting the glass and connected to the wire to be moved together therewith, a guide member along which the bracket is moved and a supporting member secured to the guide member for preventing the friction engagement between the wire and the guide member.
