A robot system includes a robot installed in a work area and controlled by a second control device, a 3D camera operated by an operator, a sensor that is disposed in a manipulation area that is a space different from the work area, and wirelessly detects position information and posture information on the 3D camera, a display, and a first control device. The first control device acquires image information on a workpiece imaged by the 3D camera, acquires, from the sensor, the position information and the posture information when the workpiece is imaged by the 3D camera, displays the acquired image information on the display, forms a three-dimensional model of the workpiece based on the image information, and the acquired position information and posture information, displays the formed three-dimensional model on the display, and outputs first data that is data of the formed three-dimensional model to the second control device.

Robot system and method of forming three-dimensional model of workpiece

An imaging system includes: an unmanned flight vehicle; an imager that is mounted on the unmanned flight vehicle and takes an image of a robot which performs work with respect to a target object; a display structure which is located away from the unmanned flight vehicle and displays the image taken by the imager to a user who manipulates the robot; and circuitry which controls operations of the imager and the unmanned flight vehicle. The circuitry acquires operation related information that is information related to an operation of the robot. The circuitry moves the unmanned flight vehicle such that a position and direction of the imager are changed so as to correspond to the operation related information.

Imaging system and robot system

A robot system () of the present disclosure includes a robot () installed in a workarea (), an interface (), a display (), and a control device (). When operating the robot () to perform a kind of work defined beforehand to a workpiece () based on manipulational command information on the robot () inputted from the interface (), the control device () displays on the display () a spatial relationship between the workpiece () and the robot () in a state where the workpiece and the robot are seen from a direction different from a direction in which an operator looks at the robot () from a manipulation area () that is a space different from the workarea (), based on three-dimensional model information on the workpiece (), three-dimensional model information on the robot (), and the manipulational command information.

Robot system

A robot system according to the present disclosure includes a robot installed in a work area, a manipulator configured to be gripped by an operator and manipulate the robot, a sensor disposed at a manipulation area and configured to wirelessly detect positional information and posture information on the manipulator, and a control device which calculates a locus of the manipulator based on the positional information and the posture information on the manipulator detected by the sensor, and operates the robot on real time.

A vision system includes a robot body and a robot operation manipulator that receives inputs from an operator to manipulate the robot body. The vision system also includes a left-eye and right-eye cameras, and a display that displays parallax images for an operator. The vision system further includes an area operation manipulator that receives inputs by the operator to specify a target area to be seen three-dimensionally through the parallax images displayed on the display. The target area is located in an absolute space and is included in a portion of a field of view common between the left-eye and right-eye cameras. The vision system further includes a first controller that controls operation of the robot body, and a second controller that extracts and displays, as parallax images, images corresponding to the target area from a left-eye and right-eye capturing images captured by the left-eye and right-eye cameras, respectively.
