An austenitic stainless steel material is provided that has excellent sensitization resistance properties even after use for a long time period at an average operation temperature of 400 to 700° C. after welding with higher heat input. The steel material of the present disclosure has a chemical composition which contains, in mass %, C: 0.020% or less, Si: 1.50% or less, Mn: 2.00% or less, P: 0.045% or less, S: 0.0300% or less, Cr: 15.00 to 25.00%, Ni: 9.00 to 20.00%, N: 0.05 to 0.15%, Nb: 0.1 to 0.8%, Mo: 0.10 to 4.50%, and W: 0.01 to 1.00%, and satisfies Formula (1). The content of Nb in a residue obtained by an extraction residue method is, in mass %, 0.050 to 0.267%, and the content of Cr in the residue is, in mass %, 0.125% or less.21.9Mo+5.9W−5.0≥0  (1).

Austenitic stainless steel material and welded joint

A cylindrical part of a rotor for an eddy current deceleration device of the present embodiment has a chemical composition consisting of, by mass %, C: 0.05 to 0.15%, Si: 0.10 to 0.40%, Mn: 0.50 to 1.00%, P: 0.030% or less, S: 0.030% or less, Mo: 0.20 to 1.00%, Nb: 0.020 to 0.060%, V: 0.040 to 0.080%, sol. Al: 0.030 to 0.100%, B: 0.0005 to 0.0050%, N: 0.003 to 0.010%, Cu: 0 to 0.20%, Ni: 0 to 0.20%, Cr: 0 to 0.10%, and the balance: Fe and impurities, and in which the total area fraction of martensite and bainite in a microstructure is more than 95.0%, and the number density of carbides having an equivalent circular diameter of 100 to 500 nm is 0.35 to 0.75 particles/μm.

Rotor for eddy current deceleration device

The eddy current deceleration device according to the present disclosure includes: a stator including a cylindrical body and a plurality of magnets disposed on an outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical body; and a rotor including a cylindrical part that houses the cylindrical body, wherein the cylindrical part of the rotor includes, on an inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical part, in order closest to the inner circumferential surface: a first layer consisting of one of an Ni&#x2014;P alloy that is an Ni alloy consisting of P with the balance being Ni and impurities and an Ni&#x2014;B alloy that is an Ni alloy consisting of B with the balance being Ni and impurities; a second layer consisting of nickel; a third layer consisting of one of copper and copper alloy; a fourth layer consisting of nickel alloy; and a fifth layer consisting of nickel.

Eddy current deceleration device

Provided is an austenitic stainless steel weld joint that is excellent in polythionic acid SCC resistance and naphthenic acid corrosion resistance, and is also excellent in creep ductility. An austenitic stainless steel weld joint includes a base material and a weld metal. The weld metal has a chemical composition at its width-center position and at its thickness-center position consisting of, in mass %, C: 0.050% or less, Si: 0.01 to 1.00%, Mn: 0.01 to 3.00%, P: 0.030% or less, S: 0.015% or less, Cr: 15.0 to 25.0%, Ni: 20.0 to 70.0%, Mo: 1.30 to 10.00%, Nb: 0.05 to 3.00%, N: 0.150% or less, and B: 0.0050% or less, with the balance: Fe and impurities.

Austenitic stainless steel weld joint

An Ni-based alloy pipe for nuclear power has a chemical composition consisting of, in mass percent: C: 0.015 to 0.030%, Si: 0.10 to 0.50%, Mn: 0.10 to 0.50%, P: 0.040% or less, S: 0.015% or less, Cu: 0.01 to 0.20%, Ni: 50.0 to 65.0%, Cr: 19.0 to 35.0%, Mo: 0 to 0.40%, Co: 0.040% or less, Al: 0.30% or less, N: 0.010 to 0.080%, Ti: 0.020 to 0.180%, Zr: 0.010% or less, and Nb: 0.060% or less, the balance: Fe and impurities, and satisfying [(N&#x2212;Ti&#xd7;14/48)&#xd7;d&#x2265;4000] in relation to an average grain diameter, wherein a standard deviation of grain diameters is 20 &#x3bc;m or less, and a hardness of insides of grains is 180 HV or more.

Ni-based alloy pipe for nuclear power

A method of manufacturing a welded structure of a ferritic heat-resistant steel is provided that prevents Type IV damage and that has good on-site operability without adding a high B concentration. The method includes: the step of preparing a base material including 8.0 to 12.0% Cr, less than 0.005% B and other elements; the step of forming an edge on the base material; a pre-weld heat treatment step in which a region located between a surface of the edge and a position distant from the surface of the edge by a pre-weld heat treatment depth of 30 to 100 mm is heated to a temperature of 1050 to 1200&#xb0; C. and is held at this temperature for 2 to 30 minutes; a welding step in which the edge is welded to form the weld metal; and a post-weld heat treatment step in which a region located between the surface of the edge and a position distant from the surface of the edge by a distance not smaller than the pre-weld heat treatment depth and not greater than 100 mm is heated to a temperature of 720 to 780&#xb0; C. and is held at this temperature for a time period not shorter than 30 minutes and satisfying the following formula, (1):(Log()+12)&#xb7;(+273)&#x3c;13810&#x2003;&#x2003;(1).

Method of manufacturing welded structure of ferritic heat-resistant steel and welded structure of ferritic heat-resistant steel

A method of manufacturing a welded structure of a ferritic heat-resistant steel is provided that prevents Type IV damage and that has good on-site operability without adding a high B concentration. The method includes: the step of preparing a base material including 1.0 to 7.0% Cr, less than 0.005% B and other elements; the step of forming an edge on the base material; a pre-weld heat treatment step in which a region located between a surface of the edge and a position distant from the surface of the edge by a pre-weld heat treatment depth of 10 to 50 mm is heated to a temperature of 950 to 1050&#xb0; C. and is held at this temperature for 10 to 30 minutes; a welding step in which the edge is welded to form the weld metal; and a post-weld heat treatment step in which a region located between the surface of the edge and a position distant therefrom by a distance not smaller than the pre-weld heat treatment depth and not greater than 100 mm is heated to a temperature of 680 to 750&#xb0; C. and is held at this temperature for a time period not shorter than 30 minutes and satisfying the following formula, (1):(Log()+10)&#xb7;(+273)&#x3c;10539&#x2003;&#x2003;(1).

A biocompatible peritoneal dialysate according to the present invention is a sterilized biocompatible peritoneal dialysate composed of an acidic first solution containing icodextrin and a second solution containing a pH adjuster, wherein the pH after mixing of the sterilized first solution with the sterilized second solution is 6.0 to 7.5.

High Cr-based austenitic stainless steel

A welded joint is obtained by using a welding material having a composition: Cr: 15.0 to 30.0%; and Ni: 40.0 to 70.0%, including: a base material having a composition: C: 0.03 to 0.075%; Si: 0.6 to 2.0%; Mn: 0.05 to 2.5%; P: up to 0.04%; S: up to 0.015%; Cr: more than 16.0% and less than 23.0%; Ni: not less than 20.0% and less than 30.0%; Cu: 0.5 to 10.0%; Mo: less than 1%; Al: up to 0.15%; N: 0.005 to 0.20%; O: up to 0.02%; Ca: 0 to 0.1%; REM: 0 to 0.15%; V: not less than 0% and less than 0.5%; and Nb: 0 to 2%, a balance being Fe and impurities and a first-layer weld metal including Fe content from 10 to 40%, all % by mass.

Welded joint

There is provided an austenitic stainless steel for high-pressure hydrogen gas consisting, by mass percent, of C: 0.10% or less, Si: 1.0% or less, Mn: 3% or more to less than 7%, Cr: 15 to 30%, Ni: 10% or more to less than 17%, Al: 0.10% or less, N: 0.10 to 0.50%, and at least one kind of V: 0.01 to 1.0% and Nb: 0.01 to 0.50%, the balance being Fe and impurities, wherein in the impurities, the P content is 0.050% or less and the S content is 0.050% or less, the tensile strength is 800 MPa or higher, the grain size number (ASTM E112) is No. 8 or higher, and alloy carbo-nitrides having a maximum diameter of 50 to 1000 nm are contained in the number of 0.4/&#x3bc;mor larger in cross section observation.

High-strength austenitic stainless steel for high-pressure hydrogen gas

There is provided a carburization resistant metal material suitable as a raw material for cracking furnaces, reforming furnaces, heating furnaces, heat exchangers, etc. in petroleum and gas refining, chemical plants, and the like. This metal material consists of, by mass %, C: 0.03 to 0.075%, Si: 0.6 to 2.0%, Mn: 0.05 to 2.5%, P: 0.04% or less, S: 0.015% or less, Cr: higher than 16.0% and less than 20.0%, Ni: 20.0% or higher and less than 30.0%, Cu: 0.5 to 10.0%, Al: 0.15% or less, Ti: 0.15% or less, N: 0.005 to 0.20%, and O (oxygen): 0.02% or less, the balance being Fe and impurities. The metal material may further contain one kind or more kinds of Co, Mo, W, Ta, B, V, Zr, Nb, Hf, Mg, Ca, Y, La, Ce and Nd.

Carburization resistant metal material

A Ni-based alloy includes, as a chemical composition, C, Si, Mn, Cr, Mo, Co, Al, Ti, B, P, S, and a balance consisting of Ni and impurities. The average grain size d is 10 &#x3bc;m to 300 &#x3bc;m, when the average grain size d is an average grain size in unit of &#x3bc;m of a &#x3b3; phase included in a metallographic structure of the Ni-based alloy. Precipitates with a major axis of 100 nm or more are absent in the metallographic structure. An area fraction &#x3c1; is f2 or more, when the area fraction &#x3c1; and the f2 are expressed by using the average grain size d and amounts in mass % of each element in the chemical composition.

Ni-based alloy

A Ni-based heat resistant alloy as pipe, plate, rod, forgings and the like consists of C&#x2266;0.15%, Si&#x2266;2%, Mn&#x2266;3%, P&#x2266;0.03%, S&#x2266;0.01%, Cr: 15% or more and less than 28%, Mo: 3 to 15%, Co: more than 5% and not more than 25%, Al: 0.2 to 2%, Ti: 0.2% to 3%, Nd: fn to 0.08%, and O&#x2266;0.4Nd, further containing, as necessary, at least one kind of Nb, W, B, Zr, Hf, Mg, Ca, Y, La, Ce, Ta, Re and Fe of specific amounts, the balance being Ni and impurities, wherein, fn=1.7&#xd7;10d+0.05{(Al/26.98)+(Ti/47.88)+(Nb/92.91)}. In the formula, d denotes an average grain size (&#x3bc;m), and each element symbol denotes the content (mass %) of that element. If the alloy contains W, Mo+(W/2)&#x2266;15% holds. The alloy has improved ductility after long-term use at high temperatures, and cracking due to welding can be avoided.
