Manifold electromagnetic valve and valve base

A valve basehas: a valve base bodyon which a pin insertion holeand a board installing holeare formed; a board assemblyhaving a boardprovided with a plurality of output terminals and a board connectorprovided with a plurality of input terminals; a plurality of coupling terminals provided on the boardat intervals and connected to the input terminals of the board connectorof another adjacent board assembly; an output wiring connecting the output terminals and the input terminals; and a coupling wiring connecting the coupling terminals to the input terminals. A plurality of output pinstoconstituting the output terminals are provided on the board assembly. A manifold solenoid valve is formed by a plurality of valve bases on which solenoid valves are mounted.

Solenoid valve manifold

A solenoid valve () has a valve housing (); one end portion of the valve housing () is provided with a flow passage portion () having ports and a valve element housing hole to store a poppet valve (), and the other end portion of the valve housing () is opened. Parts, such as a fixed iron core () having a supporting leg () and a driving leg (), and a movable iron core () which drives the poppet valve () is inserted from an opening end () on the other end portion of the valve housing (). All parts to be inserted into the valve housing () are inserted from one direction.

Solenoid valve

A solenoid valve () has a U-shaped fixed iron core () with a driving leg (), a supporting leg (), and a yoke portion () integrally formed. One end portion of a movable iron core () which drives a poppet valve () abuts on the supporting leg (), and the other end portion of the movable iron core () abuts on the driving leg (). A sealing member () is disposed between and a valve housing () and a fixed flange () of a bobbin () attached to the fixed iron core (). A sealing member () is disposed between an abutting flange () of the bobbin () and the yoke portion ().
