The purpose of the present invention is to provide an airbag-use non-coated woven fabric that achieves light in weight, compact in size, and low air permeability, and an airbag-use woven fabric having low air permeability, being flexible, and exhibiting good package ability without impairing mechanical strength of the woven fabric, and an airbag that uses the airbag-use woven fabric. The airbag-use woven fabric including a base fabric, wherein a yarn widening ratio of unwoven weaving yarn of fibers that constitute the base fabric is not less than 2.4 and not more than 3.5, or including single yarn fibers having a substantially triangular cross sectional shape and a modification degree of 1.3 to 2.2; having a tear strength of not less than 120 N; and having an air permeability under a pressure difference of 20 kPa of not more than 0.65 L/cm/min.

Airbag-use woven fabric and airbag

It is provided that a multifilament and a braid that are capable of being processed into products in a wide range of temperature and are excellent in dimensional stability and abrasion resistance. A multifilament comprising 5 or more monofilaments, wherein the multifilament contains polyethylene having an intrinsic viscosity [&#x3b7;] of 5.0 dL/g or more and 40.0 dL/g or less and substantially including ethylene as a repeating unit, and shows 1000 times or more in number of reciprocating abrasions at break in an abrasion resistance test measured at a load of 5 cN/dtex in accordance with JIS L-1095.

Multifilament and braid

It is provided that a multifilament and a braid that are capable of being processed into products in a wide range of temperature and are excellent in dimensional stability and abrasion resistance. A multifilament comprising 5 or more monofilaments, wherein the multifilament contains polyethylene having an intrinsic viscosity [&#x3b7;] of 5.0 dL/g or more and 40.0 dL/g or less and substantially including ethylene as a repeating unit, and wherein a difference between a maximum value and a minimum value in a ratio of a diffraction peak intensity of orthorhombic crystal (200) plane to a diffraction peak intensity of orthorhombic crystal (110) plane in a monofilament cross section is 0.22 or less.

A non-coated woven fabric for air bag according to the present invention comprises a synthetic fiber containing 90% by weight or more of Nylon 66, characterized in that crimping rate of warp of the fabric is 10.0 to 13.0% while crimping rate of woof of the fabric is 6.0% or less, relative viscosity of Nylon 66 constituting the synthetic fiber in sulfuric acid is 3.15 to 3.7, the synthetic fiber contains 40 ppm to 200 ppm of phosphorus component and, when dynamic air permeability of the fabric is measured at a maximum pressure of 80&#xb1;5 kPa based on ASTM D 6476 under the environment of 20&#xb0; C.&#xd7;65% RH, biaxial elongation strain hysteresis of the fabric during a transition from increased pressure to reduced pressure at 50 kPa is 0.69% to 1.0%.

Non-coated woven fabric for air bag

There is disclosed a non-coated base fabric for air bag characterized in that maximum value of inner pressure of a woven fabric in measurement of dynamic air permeability at 50 to 65&#xb0; C. is 70 to 100 kpa and biaxial strain rate of the base fabric at that time is 2.9 to 4.0%. Preferably, a yarn which constitutes the woven fabric is Nylon 66 fiber, content of an oil component remaining in the woven fabric is 0.04 to 0.60% by weight to the woven fabric, main ingredient of the oil component is an olefin type polymer having a melting point of 60&#xb0; C. or lower, and the woven fabric contains 20 to 200 ppm of a phosphorus component.
