Packaging container

A plug member integrally includes a base portion () attached to a plug holder () to be mounted on a mouth portion of a container, a plug () engaged with an engagement portion () provided in an outlet passage of the plug holder (), and a resilient connection portion () resiliently connecting the plug () to the base portion (). Before the first use, the outlet passage is closed with the plug member. In the first use, the container is squeezed to increase the internal pressure of the container. Thus, the plug () is disengaged from the engagement portion () by the internal pressure. The outlet passage is thereafter constantly kept open.

Mouth cap for liquid container

A filtering discharge container employing a delaminatable bottle was provided, which reliably prevents a content liquid from leaking out before the first use, and reduces a discharging resistance during the second and subsequent use. An engagement portion () is provided in an outlet passage of a mouth cap (). A plug () is engaged with the engagement portion () in such a manner that the plug () can be disengaged from the engagement portion () by an internal pressure of an inner layer bag () increased by squeeze-deforming a body of an outer layer bottle (). The outlet passage is closed with the plug () engaged with the engagement portion (). After the plug () is disengaged from the engagement portion (), liquid communication is established between the inside of the inner layer bag () and a filter ().

Filtering discharge container

In a filtering dispenser container which includes a plug attached to a mouth portion of a bottle thereof and having a liquid discharge passage, and a filter and a check valve provided in the discharge passage, air lock is prevented, even if the container contains a highly percolative liquid, by preventing a very small amount of liquid percolating the check valve from reaching the filter. In the filtering dispenser container, a dam () is provided between the check valve () and the filter () for retaining a very small amount of the liquid percolating the check valve () when the check valve is closed. Thus, the filter () is prevented from being wetted with the liquid percolating the closed check valve () during storage or delivery of the container before the first use of the container.

A particularly small eyedropper or the like is provided, which has a construction such that, when a body thereof is squeezed, an introduction hole thereof can be easily closed to compress air in a space between an inner layer and an outer layer thereof even in the absence of a check valve in the introduction hole, and defectiveness of the introduction hole can be easily checked. To this end, a test hole () communicating with an introduction hole () via a space between an outer layer bottle. () and an inner layer bag () is provided in an outer layer mouth portion (). The test hole () is closed by the inner layer bag () and an inside plug () fitted in the mouth portion (). Further, the introduction hole () is provided in a middle portion of a body which is pressed by a finger when the bottle is squeezed. The introduction hole () is closed by the finger.

Delaminatable laminated bottle

A filter-equipped container which, particularly in a small-sized eyedrop bottle or the like, is capable of accurate dropping while preventing bubbles from being involved when a contents liquid is to be delivered through a delivery port. To solve such problem, a plug bodydisposed in the mouth of a bottleis provided with a delivery passage for delivering contents liquid received in the bottle, the delivery passage being provided with a filter. The filteris composed of a filter filmfor filtering bacteria to prevent the latter from permeating from upstream to downstream as seen in the direction of delivery, and a contents liquid holding memberof porous material that has microscopic pores, disposed upstream of the filter film, the contents liquid holding memberbeing in planar contact with the filter film

Container with a filter

Production method for a delaminatable laminated bottle

Closing structure of a dispensing container

The present invention provides a method of making laminated bottles each having an outer layer and an inner layer capable of delaminating from the former layer. The method consists of the step of injection molding an outer preform from a molten first resin, and the next step of injection molding an inner preform inside the outer preform, using a molten second resin. The method further has the final step of blow molding a parison composed of the outer and inner preforms so as to form each laminated bottle. The second resin has a melting point lower than that of the first resin, nevertheless and contrarily to the prior art, precise parisons affording satisfactory lamination can now be prepared by the injection molding steps. In addition, ventilation holes are formed in the outer layer readily and surely without damaging the inner layer.

Method of producing laminated bottles having peelable inner layer

An object of the present invention is to improve shock resistance of nursing bottles formed of a PES resin so as to provide them with such a sufficient falling impact strength that they can be used pleasantly and safely. The injection-blow-molded PES nursing bottle of the present invention has a gate flash ( ) at a central portion of a bottom ( ), the flash being generated when the resin is previously injected to prepare a parison. The central bottom portion ( ) is raised to be of a convex shape to bulge up towards a mouth of the bottle. A height 'h' of such a raised bottom portion is from 9% to 20% of an inner diameter 'R' that is possessed by a floor-engaging rim of the bottom, the rim being generally circular in a bottom plan view.

Injection blow molded nursing bottle of polyethersulfone

A pumping container including a laminated bottle having a delaminatable layer with an inner layer portion serving as a valve for closing ventilation holes. The laminated bottle has the inner layer delaminated from an outer layer and formed on its inner surface. A ventilation hole formed in the outer layer allows ambient air to flow in between the outer and inner layers. The ventilation hole in the outer layer is temporarily closed with a closing portion of the inner layer from inside such that this closing portion will be deformed inwards due to atmospheric pressure so as to open the ventilation hole in response to a negative pressure appearing between the layers.
