The two-part curable adhesive composition contains a main agent (A) containing a urethane prepolymer (a1) and a residual polyisocyanate (a2), and a curing agent (B) containing a polyol compound (b1) and a polyamine compound (b2). The urethane prepolymer (a1) is made by reacting in an equivalent ratio of an isocyanate group in a raw material polyisocyanate to a hydroxy group in a polycarbonate polyol being 2.05 or greater. The equivalent ratio of an isocyanate group in the main agent (A) to an active hydrogen group in the curing agent (B) is from 0.5 to 4.

Two-pack curable adhesive composition

The two-part curable adhesive composition contains a main agent (A) containing a urethane prepolymer (a1) and a residual polyisocyanate (a2), and a curing agent (B) containing a polyol compound (b1) and a polyamine compound (b2). The urethane prepolymer (a1) is made by reacting in an equivalent ratio of an isocyanate group in a raw material polyisocyanate to a hydroxy group in a polytetramethylene ether glycol being 2.05 or greater. The equivalent ratio of an isocyanate group in the main agent (A) to an active hydrogen group in the curing agent (B) is from 0.5 to 4.

A two-part curable adhesive composition includes a main agent (A) containing a urethane prepolymer (a1) and a remaining polyisocyanate (a2), and a curing agent (B) containing a non-crystalline polyol compound (b1) and a polyamine compound (b2). An equivalent ratio of an isocyanate group in a raw polyisocyanate to a hydroxyl group in a crystalline polyol compound constituting the urethane prepolymer (a1) is from 2.05 to 12. An NCO group/total active hydrogen group ratio is from 0.5 to 4. An isocyanate group/hydroxyl group ratio is from 2 to 12.

Two-part curable adhesive composition

A polyurethane foam is obtained by foaming a blend containing a polyol and a polyisocyanate. The polyol contains a polycarbonate diol that has a polyester structure and a polycarbonate diol obtained by developing a polymerization reaction using 1,5-pentanediol and 1,6-hexanediol. The polyurethane foam has a density from 0.1 to 0.4 g/cm.

A two-part curable adhesive composition includes a main agent (A) containing a urethane prepolymer (a1) and a remaining polyisocyanate (a2), and a curing agent (B) containing a non-crystalline polyol compound (b1) and a polyamine compound (b2). An equivalent ratio of an isocyanate group in a raw polyisocyanate to a hydroxyl group in the polyol compound is from 2.05 to 12. The equivalent ratio of the isocyanate group in the main agent (A) to an amino group in the polyamine compound (b2) is from 1.2 to 6. The equivalent ratio of the isocyanate group in the main agent (A) to the hydroxyl group in the non-crystalline polyol compound (b1) is from 2 to 12.

The present technology provide a rubber composition including: 100 parts by mass of a diene rubber, from 30 to 100 parts by mass of carbon black and/or a white filler, from 1 to 20 parts by mass of silicone-based microparticles that have an average particle size from 5 to 500 μm and that are three-dimensionally crosslinked, from 0.1 to 10 parts by mass of a nonionic surfactant, and from 1 to 20 parts by mass of thermally expanding microcapsules.

Rubber composition for tire and studless tire

A rubber composition for a tire according to an embodiment of the present technology includes: 100 parts by mass of a diene rubber and from 1 to 30 parts by mass of a thermally expandable microcapsule composite body, and the thermally expandable microcapsule composite body contains one or more thermally expandable microcapsules and an acrylonitrile butadiene copolymer and/or a crosslinked body thereof covering the one or more thermally expandable microcapsules.

The present technology provides a tire rubber composition formed by blending a microparticle composite, which is formed from a solid component of a mixture containing an emulsion of an organic microparticle and a rubber latex, in a sulfur vulcanizable rubber; the emulsion of the organic microparticle being an emulsion containing a microparticle obtained by polymerizing and/or crosslinking at least one selected from the group consisting of polymerizable monomers, and oligomers, prepolymers, and polymers having a reactive functional group and having a molecular weight from 500 to 50000 simultaneously or stepwise in water; and an average particle size of the microparticle being from 0.001 to 100 &#x3bc;m.

An object of the present invention is to provide a rubber composition having excellent processability, a heterocycle-modified glycerin fatty acid ester, and a production method for the heterocycle-modified glycerin fatty acid ester. The present invention includes: a rubber composition containing a rubber, silica, and a heterocycle-modified glycerin fatty acid ester, in which an epoxy group is modified with a heterocyclic compound having a heterocycle having at least one H&#x2014;N&#x3c; bond, where the heterocycle is at least one selected from the group consisting of a piperazine ring, a morpholine ring, and a thiomorpholine ring, and the heterocycle may have a substituent; the heterocycle-modified glycerin fatty acid ester; and a production method therefor.

The present invention provides a rubber composition for a tire, the rubber composition containing: a diene rubber; silica; and a heterocyclic compound (where, the heterocyclic compound does not have a silicon atom) having a hydrocarbon group having from 3 to 30 carbons and at least one type of heterocycle selected from the group consisting of a piperazine ring, a morpholine ring, and a thiomorpholine ring; an average glass transition temperature of the diene rubber being &#x2212;50&#xb0; C. or higher; a content of the silica being from 80 to 200 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the diene rubber; and a content of the heterocyclic compound being from 0.5 to 20% by mass with respect to the content of the silica. Such rubber composition has excellent processability, exhibits excellent wet grip performance and has low rolling resistance when the rubber composition is formed into a tire.

Rubber composition for tire, and pneumatic tire

Provided is a rubber composition including: (i) a sulfur vulcanizable elastomer, (ii) carbon black and/or a white filler, and (iii) a microparticle having a three-dimensionally crosslinked structure; the microparticle being a microparticle obtained by three-dimensionally crosslinking a polymer formed from an oligomer or prepolymer that has a sulfide bond formed from two or more sulfur atoms in a main chain and/or that has a thiol group.

Rubber composition for tires

A rubber composition of the present technology includes: a diene rubber; silica; and a heterocyclic compound (the heterocyclic compound does not have a silicon atom) which includes a hydrocarbon group having from 3 to 30 carbons and at least one type of heterocycle selected from the group consisting of a piperazine ring, a morpholine ring and a thiomorpholine ring, and a content of the silica being from 50 to 200 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the diene rubber and a content of the heterocyclic compound being from 0.5 to 20% by mass with respect to the content of the silica.

Rubber composition and pneumatic tire

A rubber composition for a tire contains 100 parts by mass of a diene rubber (A) and from 1 to 60 parts by mass of an organic microparticle (B); an average particle size of the organic microparticle (B) being from 0.001 to 100 &#x3bc;m, the organic microparticle (B) having a complex structure composed of a compatible component that is compatible with the diene rubber (A) and an incompatible component that is not compatible with the diene rubber (A), the complex structure having an inner part in which an amount of the incompatible component is greater than an amount of compatible component, and an outer part which covers at least a part of the inner part and in which the amount of the compatible component is greater than an amount of the incompatible component. The present invention includes a rubber composition containing a modified diene polymer having a group represented by Formula (I) below and a group represented by Formula (II) below, and silica; and a modified diene polymer and a production method thereof. Rubber composition, modified diene polymer and method for producing modified diene polymer

Provided is a rubber composition containing from 1 to 50 parts by mass of an organic microparticle having an average particle size of 0.001 to 100 &#x3bc;m and having a crosslinked structure per 100 parts by mass of a diene rubber, the organic microparticle being a crosslinked microparticle of a copolymer formed from at least two types of segments having repeating units that are different each other, the at least two types of segments being formed from an oligomer or prepolymer having a functional group and having a molecular weight of 500 to 20000, and the functional group forming a crosslinked structure between the at least two types of segments.
