A vibration proofing device () includes an insulator () interposed between a first attaching member () and a second attaching member (), and is disposed in an internal space () of a second bracket (). The first attaching member () is formed to have two side walls () parallel to each other to face the inner face of the second bracket (). The second attaching member () is a tubular member having an opening () passing therethrough in an upper-lower direction. At least one of side edge portions of each side wall () is disposed outside the opening () of the second attaching member (). Each side wall () is provided on an outer face thereof with a stopper () made of an elastic material. With this configuration, it is possible to sufficiently absorb an impact shock resulting from the stopper () hitting the second bracket ().

Vibration proofing device

A vibration-damping device includes a housing having a cylindrical mounting hole therein and a vibration-damping member provided in the mounting hole. The vibration-damping member includes an outer cylinder fitted into the mounting hole, an inner cylinder provided in the outer cylinder, and a rubber elastic body inserted between the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder. The rubber elastic body is formed with a bore penetrating in an axial direction thereof and a stopper protruding from a radially-inner wall surface thereof for the bore. The housing is formed with a receiving part which faces the stopper, in a radial direction of the mounting hole, across a gap.

Vibration-damping device

A vibration proofing device includes a bracket having an internal space, and a vibration proofing member inserted into the internal space. The internal space is open on an outer surface of the bracket. At least a pair of facing-each-other surfaces, against which the vibration proofing member is pressed, is formed in an inner surface of the bracket. A distance between the pair of the facing-each-other surfaces on a far side in an insertion direction of the vibration proofing member is the same, in at least some regions of the bracket, as that on a near side in the insertion direction. This provides the vibration proofing device and the bracket to allow for compactly configuring the device as a whole, while sufficiently securing a retaining force between the bracket and the vibration proofing member.

Vibration proofing device and bracket

A torque rod includes: a rod body; a first coupling section provided at one end in an X-axis direction as a longitudinal direction of the rod body and having a first center axis along a Y-axis direction orthogonal to the X-axis direction; and a second coupling section provided at the other end in the X-axis direction of the rod body and being larger than the first coupling section. The first coupling section includes: an outer member having a cylinder shape connected to the rod body; an inner member provided in the center of the outer member; and an elastic member to elastically join the outer member with the inner member, and the elastic member has a spring constant in a Z-axis direction orthogonal to the X-axis direction and the Y-axis direction smaller than a spring constant in the X-axis direction.

Torque rod

A torque rod includes a rod body, a large round portion, and a small round portion. The large round portion is provided at one end of the rod body. The small round portion is provided at the other end of the rod body. The large round portion includes an outer portion, an inner portion, and a joint portion. The outer portion has a tubular shape. The inner portion is provided on an inner side of the outer portion and has an annular opening to which an attaching member is attached. The joint portion elastically joins the outer portion and the inner portion. The inner portion includes a base portion and an extending portion. The base portion has the opening formed therein. The extending portion extends from the base portion toward the small round portion. The joint portion is provided between the extending portion and the outer portion.

An anti-vibration device is provided with: an anti-vibration device body, in which an insulator is disposed between a first attachment member and a second attachment member; and a bracket, which has opposing wall portions and to which the anti-vibration device body is fixed by press-fitting via the second attachment member between the wall portions. The second attachment member is provided with interlocking portions that interlock with the wall portions and restrain the anti-vibration device body from moving in the direction opposite the press-fitting direction when the anti-vibration device body is press-fitted to the bracket. Each of the interlocking portions is configured so as to have an arm part extending in the direction opposite the press-fitting direction, and a hook part provided to the extension-direction end of the arm part and caused to interlock with a to-be-interlocked part of one of the wall portions.

Anti-vibration device

The present invention provides a liquid-sealed vibration-damping device capable of improving damping performance while preventing increase in size and weight thereof, the liquid-sealed vibration-damping device including: a first attachment member; a second attachment member; an insulator; a vibration-damping unit having a partition member; and a housing space provided in the second attachment member and housing the vibration-damping unit, wherein the second attachment member includes an outer tubular part and a fixing part protruding from the outer tubular part; and a portion of the housing space extends to the fixing part.

Liquid-sealed vibration-damping device

A vibration prevention device includes a vehicle body-side bracket having an inner space and a vibration prevention member disposed in the inner space. A press-fitting surface and a press-fitting groove are formed on an inner surface of the vehicle body-side bracket. The press-fitting surface and the press-fitting groove extend from an edge portion of the inner space opening through an outer surface of the bracket. The vibration prevention member has a first attachment member, a second attachment member, and an insulator disposed between the first attachment member and the second attachment member. The second attachment member has an abutting portion pressed against the press-fitting surface and an attachment portion press-fitted into the press-fitting groove.

Vibration prevention device

A bracket has a cylindrical part which opens in the Y direction. An inner member is arranged within the cylindrical part and faces in the Y direction. An elastic body connects the inner member and the cylindrical part and includes a pair of X direction elastic parts, a projecting part, and a Y-direction elastic part. The X direction elastic parts connect the inner member and the cylindrical part in an X direction. The projecting part is provided in an end in the Y direction of the cylindrical part. The Y direction elastic part is connected to a Y direction supporting part of a bottom wall. The projecting part partially overlaps with the Y direction supporting part of the inner member in the Y direction. No part projects outwardly of the cylindrical part and interferes with the vehicle body or surrounding members, increasing a degree of freedom in layout.

Vibration isolating device

An object of the present invention is to provide a liquid-charged antivibration device for reducing amplitude dependency. Provided is a liquid-charged antivibration device including: a liquid chamber in which operating liquid is charged; and a partitioning member which partitions the liquid chamber into a main liquid chamber and a sub liquid chamber.

Liquid-charged antivibration device

When an insulator is of non-circular shape, a spring ratio of an X direction to a Y direction is increased by utilizing this non-circular shape. A pair of direction elastic walls opposed to each other in the X direction is formed short and thin in the Y direction and has a small X direction projected area. Similarly, a second mounting metal fitting is formed in a rectangular shape extending long in the X direction and includes a pair of X direction restraint walls opposed to each other in the X direction and a pair of Y direction restraint walls opposed to each other in the Y direction. A first mounting metal fitting includes a pair of X direction restraint projecting parts opposed to each other in the X direction and a pair of Y direction restraint walls opposed to each other in the Y direction.

A liquid-sealed vibration damping device is provided that allows an outer cylindrical member to have a substantially uniform interference margin in the circumferential direction, while improving an assembling property. A second mounting member mounted on a non-vibration source includes: a first frame in a cylindrical shape that is connected to a lower portion of an insulator; a second frame in a cylindrical shape that holds a partition member arranged below the insulator; and a connector that connects the first frame with the second frame. The connector includes: engaging parts that are arranged on the first frame; and elastic hook parts that are arranged on the second frame. The elastic hook parts are arranged at intervals on each of main frame parts in the circumferential direction thereof, and the elastic hook parts arranged on corners have lower rigidity than those arranged on the main frame parts.

Liquid-sealed vibration damping device

An antivibration device capable of attaining damping performance in a comparatively broad frequency band range is provided. In the antivibration device, between an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder, formed are a first liquid chamber, a second liquid chamber, and a third liquid chamber. There are provided a first orifice passage that makes the first liquid chamber and the second liquid chamber communicate with each other, and a second orifice passage that makes one of the first liquid chamber and the second liquid chamber and the third liquid chamber communicate with each other.

Antivibration device

In an elastic partition member, a movable diaphragm outer circumferential section for supporting an outer circumference of an elastic movable diaphragm is formed integral with a relief valve. The elastic movable diaphragm is integrally formed with the elastic movable diaphragm. An upward circular arc projection that extends upwardly is provided on an upper part of the movable diaphragm outer circumferential section, and is fixed by a fixing portion provided in an upper member of a partition. A portion in the vicinity of a base portion of the relief valve is formed as a rectilinear unsupported portion that is flush with the elastic movable diaphragm. The base portion extends rectilinearly along the unsupported portion. When being opened, the relief valve is easily bent by the rectilinear base portion and is elastically deformable large enough to extend above the unsupported portion.

Liquid sealed vibration isolating device

A first mounting metal fitting is connected to an engine while a second mounting metal fitting is mounted on a vehicle body. A vibration isolating elastic body provides a connection between the first and second mounting metal fittings. Middle portions of opposed upwardly extending wall sections are formed in a concave curve surface, and expanded recess portions are provided between the opposed upwardly extending wall sections. A projecting section provided on the first mounting metal fitting is accommodated in the expanded recess portions. The projecting section overlaps with the expanded recess portions in the X direction so as to regulate the movement in the X direction of the first mounting metal fitting. The X direction elastic leg for regulating the movement in the X direction is not provided, so that the molding can be performed by demolding a molded object in the X direction.
