[Solution] A corrosion-protecting structure () is constituted by attaching an anode () to the surface layer () of a corrosion-protecting body () through a first electrolyte layer () on one face of a conductive layer () formed as a sheet. The electrolyte is formed as a sheet. The first electrolyte layer () having adhesiveness is attached to the conductive layer () and the surface layer () of the corrosion-protecting body ().
