A spinning reel includes a reel body, a rotor, a bail arm and a bail reversing mechanism. The rotor is rotatable relative to the rotor body. The bail arm is pivotable with respect to the rotor. The bail reversing mechanism has a pressing part configured to be capable of pressing the bail arm to swing the bail arm, a biasing part configured to bias the pressing part, a housing part disposed in the rotor and housing the biasing part, and a guide part housed in the housing part and configured to guide the biasing part between the pressing part and the housing part.

Spinning reel

A dual-bearing reel includes a reel body and a spool. The reel body includes a first side plate, a second side plate, and a connecting portion connecting the first and second side plates. The spool includes a bobbin trunk, a first flange portion, and a second flange portion. The first flange portion is disposed on a first side plate side of the bobbin trunk, and has a diameter larger than the diameter of the bobbin trunk and a first cylindrical surface disposed face to an inner perimeter portion of the first side plate and extends toward the first side plate side. The second flange portion is disposed on a second side plate side of the bobbin trunk and has a diameter larger than the diameter of the bobbin trunk. The first side plate has a groove portion recessed radially outwardly in at least a portion of an inner perimeter portion.

Dual-bearing reel

A fishing reel that includes a reel body, a housing part that defines an opening part, a driving member that includes a pinion that is supported by the reel body and extends through the opening part of the housing part, and a magnetic seal device affixed to the housing part that includes a central opening through which the pinion extends. The magnetic seal device includes first and second magnetic plates that maintain a magnet therebetween and a magnetic fluid that is maintained at a gap between the driving member and at least one of the first and second magnetic plates.

Fishing reel and magnetic seal device therefor

A dual-bearing reel, includes a reel body, a spool, a spool shaft, an adjustment member, and an operating lever. The spool is rotatable relative to the reel body. The spool shaft is configured to integrally rotate with the spool. The adjustment member is attached to the reel body and configured to adjust a braking force that brakes the rotation of the spool shaft. The operating lever is detachably attached to the adjustment member so as to extend in a radial direction, and configured to be positionally adjusted in a circumferential direction relative to the adjustment member.

This invention is characterized by a reel body, a pinion gear that is supported by the rotation function of the reel body, a one-way clutch that is fitted to the pinion gear and that limits the rotation of the pinion gear to one direction, a rotor that is fitted to the pinion gear and rotates with it while also containing a boss section, a part of which is connected to the pinion gear and extends to the one-way clutch, a magnetic body that is formed and makes a circuit around the periphery of the rotation direction of the boss section, a magnet that is configured facing the rotational radius direction with a gap in the magnetic body, with the magnet that faces the rotational radius direction with a gap in the magnetic body being sandwiched between the magnetic plates in a direction facing the spool shaft, and the magnetic sealing mechanism wherein is found magnetic fluid that is placed in the gap between the magnetic plates and the magnetic body, and whereby the space between the cover member and the magnetic body is sealed.

Fishing reel

The present invention is a line roller unit that includes a line roller, a bearing, a cylindrical member, and a first magnetic seal. The line roller possesses a guider on its periphery surface that guides a fishing line. The bearing is set up on the inner circumference of the line roller, with the cylindrical member possessing a holding part that holds bearing. The cylindrical member is set up on the inner circumference of bearing. The first magnetic seal possesses both a first magnet and a first holding member that holds the first magnet, and the first magnetic seal forms the first magnetic circuit for holding the magnetic liquid at the space between the cylindrical member. The first magnetic seal is set up on the line roller.

Line roller unit and fishing line guide mechanism

An oscillating mechanism includes a traverse camshaft, an engaging unit, and a slider body. The traverse camshaft includes a spiral groove. The traverse camshaft rotates in conjunction with the winding operation of a handle attached to the reel main body. The engaging unit includes an engaging claw configured to engage the spiral groove. The slider body includes a supporting hole rotatably supporting the engaging unit. A groove extends in the penetration direction of the supporting hole, and is disposed on the inner peripheral surface of the supporting hole of the slider body.

Reciprocating mechanism for a fishing reel

A coiled wave spring includes a first and second coiled portions. The first coiled portion has a plurality of first valley parts and a plurality of first peak parts. The first valley parts and the first peak parts are alternately disposed in a circumferential direction. The second coiled portion has a plurality of second peak parts and a plurality of second valley parts. The second peak parts respectively correspond to the first valley parts, whereas the second valley parts respectively correspond to the first peak parts. The second coiled portion extends continuously from the first coiled portion. The first peak parts are disposed away from the corresponding second valley parts at an interval in an axial direction. The first valley parts contact the corresponding second peak parts. Apices of the first valley parts are shifted from apices of the corresponding second peak parts in the circumferential direction.

Coiled wave spring and drag knob

A first seal member is disposed forward of a one-way clutch so as to prevent water intrusion into the one-way clutch. A second seal member is disposed forward of the first seal member so as to prevent water intrusion into the one-way clutch. Further, the second seal member has a first inner peripheral surface disposed with a gap from an outer peripheral surface of a tubular portion. The first inner peripheral surface facing the outer peripheral surface of a tubular portion. At least either of the first inner peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface of the tubular portion has water-repellent properties.

A dual-bearing reel, includes a reel body, a handle, a spool, a spool shaft, a friction material an operating portion. The reel body has a first reel body portion and a second reel body portion. The handle is attached to the first reel body portion. The spool is disposed between the first reel body portion and the second reel body portion. The spool shaft is configured to integrally rotate with the spool. The friction material is configured to brake rotation of the spool shaft by frictional force. The operating member is rotatably disposed about the spool shaft in the second reel body portion, a portion of the operating member being exposed from an outer perimeter surface of the second reel body portion, and the operating member is configured to adjust the braking force by the first friction material by being rotated.

A line roller for guiding fishing line onto a spool of a spinning reel, includes a bearing member, a retaining member and a guide member. The bearing member includes an inner ring, an outer ring, and a rolling body. The retaining member abuts both ends of the outer ring. The guide member includes a guide surface for guiding the fishing line, is disposed radially outside of the retaining member, and engages the retaining member.

Line roller

A spinning reel includes a reel body. The real body includes a lid portion having a fitting recess and a groove. An axle bearing member fits into the fitting recess. The fitting recess includes an inner surface that contacts the axle bearing member and a bottom surface that contacts the axle bearing member. The groove is formed on the inner surface.

A dual-bearing reel includes a reel body, a spool, a spool shaft, a one-way clutch, and an operating lever. The spool is rotatable relative to the reel body. The spool shaft is configured to integrally rotate with the spool. The one-way clutch comprises an outer ring that is rotatable relative to the reel body and a rolling body configured to transmit rotation of the spool shaft in the casting direction to the outer ring, the one-way clutch being attached to the spool shaft. The operating lever is attached to the reel body, extends in a radial direction, and is configured to adjust a braking force that brakes rotation of the outer ring.

A spinning reel includes a reel body, a handle, a spool shaft, a spool, a rotor, a rotor driving mechanism, and an oscillating mechanism configured to rotate in conjunction with the handle and cause the spool to reciprocate via the spool shaft. The oscillating mechanism includes a threaded shaft having a spiral groove and is configured to rotate in conjunction with the rotation of the handle. A slider is engaged with the spiral groove of the threaded shaft, and is configured to reciprocate in conjunction with rotation of the threaded shaft. A guide shaft has a rear end disposed in the through-hole arranged in the rear portion of the reel body, and is locked so as to prevent the shaft from disconnecting from by the reel body, and is configured to guide the reciprocation of the slider. An annular elastic member is disposed between the through-hole and the guide shaft.

A line roller basically includes a bearing member and a guide member. The bearing member includes: an inner race having a cylindrical shape; an outer race having a cylindrical shape and a plurality of rotting elements. The outer race is disposed on an outer peripheral side of the inner race. The rolling elements are circumferentially aligned at intervals between the inner race and the outer race. The guide member is made of a material of the same kind as that of the outer race. Further, the guide member is a tubular member having a guide surface for guiding a fishing line on the outer peripheral surface thereof. The guide member is firmly fixed to the bearing member on the outer peripheral surface of the bearing member.
