Each of an assembly for air spring, an air spring, and a carriage for vehicle includes: a first supporting member; a second supporting member arranged to be spaced away from the first supporting member in a main load direction; and an adjusting member connected to the first supporting member and the second supporting member in a plane crossing the main load direction, the adjusting member having anisotropy in elastic property in the plane crossing the main load direction.

Included are: a first supporting member; a second supporting member arranged to be spaced away from the first supporting member in a main load direction; an elastically deformable diaphragm forming a closed space by connecting the first supporting member and the second supporting member; a detection unit detecting a change of a relative distance between the first supporting member and the second supporting member, and producing a mechanical output of the change of the relative distance; and a controlling member capable of discharging air in an inside of the closed space S to an outside of the closed space S in response to the mechanical output from the detection unit. Thereby, an air spring having a mechanism for suppressing an abnormal rise of a vehicle height without deteriorating the diaphragm can be provided.

Air spring

An air spring includes a top plate, a bottom plate disposed with a distance in a main load direction from the top plate, and a diaphragm made of elastically deformable rubber and connected to the top plate and the bottom plate to form a closed space therebetween. A modulus of elasticity of a material constituting a connection section which is disposed in the top plate and the bottom plate and connected to the diaphragm is greater than a modulus of elasticity of the rubber constituting the diaphragm and smaller than a modulus of elasticity of aluminum.

A railcar bogie includes: a bolster located under a carbody of a railcar; an air spring including an air spring main body in which air is stored, the air spring being arranged between the carbody and the bolster; a coil spring arranged between the air spring and the bolster and configured to separate the air spring from the bolster by restoring force thereof in a state where a height of the carbody is maintained at a certain height regardless of the air spring; and a limiting member configured to limit the amount of displacement of the coil spring to limit the amount of separation between the air spring and the bolster.

Railcar bogie

An air spring includes an upper surface plate, a lower surface plate, and a diaphragm connecting the upper surface plate and the lower surface plate. The diaphragm has an annular shape having an opening on an inner circumferential side. In the diaphragm, an upper surface plate contact portion, which is a region defining the opening and being in contact with the upper surface plate, includes a deformed portion elastically deformed to protrude toward the lower surface plate side by contact with a support plate. The deformed portion is in contact with a sliding member located on the lower surface plate side when viewed from the deformed portion.

The invention offers an air spring for obtaining a vehicle that renders good comfortableness even at the time of the curved-track running. The air spring for a vehicle has an upper board, a lower board, a diaphragm, and a stopper rubber placed between the lower board and a lower plate. The air spring is provided with a mechanism for restraining the displacement of the stopper rubber, the mechanism having a first restraining member placed on either one of the lower plate and the lower board and a second restraining member placed on the other. The shape of restraining wall surfaces is formed such that in the relative positional relationship between the first and second restraining members, when the first or second restraining member displaces itself such that it delineates an arc by placing the center at the railway truck axis of the railway truck of a vehicle, the spacings between the first and second restraining members at the left side and right side are equal to each other or decrease as the amount of displacement along the arc increases.
