An elevator device automatically setting a current value of an interval between upper and lower cars vertically movable inside a car frame, including: a moving mechanism vertically moving the cars; a memory storing a current interval between the cars; a car interval change quantity detector detecting a change quantity of the interval between the cars; an adjustment mechanism adjusting the interval between the cars based on the stored car interval and the detected change quantity of the interval; an initial car interval detector detecting that the interval between the cars has reached an initial car interval; and a learning mechanism causing the moving mechanism to vertically move the cars until the initial car interval detector detects that the interval between the cars has reached the initial car interval to learn the car interval when the car interval is not stored in the memory, which is then stored in the memory.

Elevator device

In an elevator apparatus, a reference position switch is a usually closed switched that is opened by a car moving to a reference position. A detected body is installed inside a hoistway. A detected body detector that detects the detected body is disposed on the car. A car position detecting portion stores as detected position information of the detected body an amount of movement of the car from where the detected body is detected until the car is detected by the reference position switch by a learning run that is implemented in advance. After completion of the learning run, the car position detecting portion detects the car position based on information from the detected body detector, the stored detected position information, and information from a movement detector that outputs a signal that corresponds to an amount of movement of the car.

Elevator apparatus

A car power supply device of an elevator which performs power supply to a car without using a traveling cable, does not require arrangement of a power supply line along the whole path, has good installability and layout capability, and in which weight balance between a car and a counterweight is taken into consideration. A car power supply device of an elevator which lifts and lowers a car and a counterweight in a well-bucket manner arranged to be able to ascend and descent in a shaft of an elevator includes: a power supply line arranged in the shaft along the path of the car and the counterweight; and power receiving devices provided each in the car and the counterweight and that receive power supply from the power supply line. In this car power supply device of an elevator, the power receiving device of the car and the power receiving device of the counterweight receive power supply from the same power supply line.

Car power supply device of elevator

An apparatus for controlling an elevator which has a high energy-saving effect based on charging while using a low-capacity and low-priced secondary battery. The apparatus has a converter for converting an alternating current from an ac power supply into a dc power by rectifying the alternating current, an inverter for driving an electric motor by converting the dc power from the converter into variable-voltage variable-frequency ac power, the motor being driven for the operation of the elevator, and a power accumulator connected to a dc bus between the converter and the inverter. The power accumulator accumulates dc power from the dc bus during regenerative operation of the elevator, and supplies the accumulated dc power to the dc bus during power-drive operation of the elevator. The apparatus also has charge/discharge control circuit for controlling charging/discharging of the power accumulator from or to the direct current bus, and a measuring device for measuring at least one of the temperature, current and voltage of the power accumulator. The charge/discharge control circuit adjusts the maximum value of the current for charging/discharging of the power accumulator according to an output from the measuring device.
