Provided is a current sensor capable of being assembled even if a bus bar inserted through a magnetic core has a complex shape that is difficult to insert through an opening portion of a case. A case includes a first case segment and a second case segment provided with opening portions having a cut-out shape that is open toward a direction orthogonal to a direction in which a detection target portion of a bus bar extends, and the case is assembled to the detection target portion by inserting the detection target portion into the opening portions from the direction orthogonal to the direction in which the detection target portion extends.

Current sensor

In a current detection device for detecting current in a busbar, a reduction in device size may be realized by employing a small magnetic core. The prevention or reduction of excessive heat generation by the busbar, the facilitation of the attachment task, and a reduction in the amount of space required for the attachment task may also be realized. The folded-back busbar is U-shaped with a bar-shaped penetration portion that passes through a hole portion of a magnetic core, two bar-shaped extension portions, and two flat plate-shaped penetration portions. The width of each terminal portion is larger than the widths of the penetration portion and the extension portions. An insulating casing supports the magnetic core, a Hall element, and the folded-back busbar in a fixed positional relationship, with the two terminal portions being exposed to the outside.

Current detection device

A current detector includes a magnetic core that is molded by sintering powder made from a magnetic material, and a current detection busbar. The current detection busbar is a conductor including a penetrating portion that penetrates a hole portion of the magnetic core in a first direction in which a current flows, and terminal portions that are in connection with the penetrating portion on both sides in the first direction. The width of the terminal portions is larger than the maximum width of the hole portion, and the minimum width of the cross-sectional contour of the penetrating portion is larger than the thickness of the terminal portions. An insulating casing holds the magnetic core, the current detection busbar, and the Hall element, while keeping them from coming into contact with each other.

Current detector

A current detection busbar has a penetrating portion that penetrates a hole portion of a magnetic core and two flat plate-like terminal portions that are respectively continuous with opposite sides of the penetrating portion. The terminal portions have a larger width and a smaller thickness than the penetrating portion. An insulating casing has busbar holes that are penetrated by the respective terminal portions of the current detection busbar. An edge portion of each busbar hole is constituted by flat surfaces that face the terminal portion with a gap left between each flat surface and the terminal portion, a plurality of projecting portions that sandwich the terminal portion while coming into contact with the front and back surfaces of the terminal portion, and curved surfaces that face respective corner portions of the terminal portion with a gap left between each curved surface and the corresponding corner portion.

Current Detector

In a current detecting apparatus, a container member which constitutes a insulating housing includes an element supporting portion, a connector supporting portion, and a substrate fixing portion. The element supporting portion is formed with a depression to which a magnetism detecting portion of a Hall element is fitted. The connector supporting portion achieves positioning of a body portion of the connector by a fitting structure in three-dimensional directions where a lead terminal of a connector extends in parallel with lead terminals of the Hall element. The substrate fixing portion is a portion where a circuit board is fixed at one point. The body portion of the connector is also fixed to the circuit board with a screw.

Current detecting apparatus

A current detection device includes a bus bar for current detection. The bus bar for current detection is constituted by a conductor provided with a first portion penetrating through a hollow portion of a magnetic material core in a first direction in which a current passes and plate-shaped second portions each linked to both sides in the first direction with respect to the first portion, the bus bar for current detection formed such that a width of the second portion is greater than a maximum width of the hollow portion of the magnetic material core and a minimum width of a contour of a section in the first portion is greater than a thickness of the second portion.

Current detection device and method for producing same

An operation device is capable of illuminating a peripheral wall of an operation knob in a circumferential direction. The operation device includes an operation knob having a substantially cylindrical peripheral wall centering on an axis and rotating around the axis, the peripheral wall being provided with an illuminated portion in a circumferential direction; an illumination light source provided on the axis of the operation knob and emitting light frontward; and a reflector. A reflection surface is configured with a portion of a surface of the reflector provided inside the operation knob. The reflection surface has a shape extending in the circumferential direction centering on the axis of the operation knob and having a diameter increasing toward a front side such that the light emitted frontward from the illumination light source is reflected by the reflection surface toward the illuminated portion.

Operation device

In a current detecting apparatus, a container member includes a substrate fixing portion, a core inner-edge positioning portions, and a lid member. The substrate fixing portion is a portion formed at a position outside an outer edge of a magnetic core, and to which a first portion of a circuit board is fixed. Two of the core inner-edge positioning portions come into contact with the magnetic core, and come into contact with the circuit board. The first portion, the second portion, and the third portion surround a magnetoelectric device, such as a Hall element, that detects a magnetic flux in a gap portion of the magnetic core. The lid-side substrate holding portion, with the container-side substrate holding portion, holds the circuit board tightly.

The size of a current detecting apparatus is reduced by employing a small magnetic core, and problems caused by excessive heat generation and vibrations of a bass bar are prevented. In a current detecting apparatus, a current detecting bass bar includes a through portion penetrating through a hollow portion of a magnetic core, and plate-shaped terminal portions continuing from both sides of the through portion. The through portion is formed to have a thickness larger than that of the terminal portions.

A dial switch includes a rotary portion which has an uneven peripheral surface, a plunger, a holding portion which holds the plunger such that the plunger is movable in a reciprocating manner, and a coil spring which biases the plunger. The holding portion extends along a moving path of the plunger, and has a guide surface that surrounds the plunger from the outside. The plunger includes: an outer wall which has an outer peripheral surface which is arranged close to the guide surface and an inner peripheral surface having an inner diameter larger than an outer diameter of the coil spring, and an inner shaft which has a rear end at a position inside the outer wall and in front of a rear end of the outer wall and allows the coil spring to be mounted on an outer side thereof.

Dial switch

An operation apparatus inhibits separation of a holding member for holding an operation knob from a circuit board. A holding member holding a rotation operation knob so as to be rotatable includes a latched portion capable of insertion through a through-hole formed on a circuit board and also capable of flexure deformation in a specified line parallel to the circuit board. On a rear end of the latched portion, a latched projection is provided projecting to a first direction of the specified line. Accompanying flexure deformation of the latched portion in a second direction opposite to the first direction, the latched projection is able to pass through the through-hole by displacing a predetermined amount in the second direction. The rear cover includes a deformation regulator contacting the latched projection from the second direction and regulates displacement of the latched projection in the second direction to less than the pre-determined amount.

Operation apparatus

A rotation operating device is provided on a circuit board for detecting a rotation operation and imparting feedback for the rotation operation to a user while avoiding a significant increase in necessary surface area of the circuit board. The rotation operating device includes a rotatable rotation operating member; a rotation detection switch provided on the circuit board and detecting rotation of the rotation operating member; and an operational feedback imparting mechanism for imparting operational feedback to the user. The rotation operating member includes an inner circumferential surface surrounding an interior space, and both the rotation detection switch and the operational feedback imparting mechanism are positioned within this interior space. The rotation operating member includes a switch operator operating the rotation detection switch, and an operational feedback generator formed on an inner circumferential surface of the rotation operating member at a position away from the switch operator.

Rotation operating device

An operating device provides for mutually independent rotation for two rotation operating knobs. First and second rotation operating knobs rotating centered on a rotation axis are provided as well as a holding member including a rotation operating knob holder holding the rotation operating knobs so as to be capable of independent rotation. The rotation operating knob holder includes a first and second support surfaces having substantially circular tubular shapes centered on the rotation axis. The first rotation operating knob includes first switch operators causing a first switch element to output a signal and a first sliding surface having a substantially circular tubular shape capable of sliding over the first support surface. The second rotation operating knob includes second switch operators causing a second switch element to output a signal and a second sliding surface having a substantially circular tubular shape capable of sliding over the second support surface.

Operating device

Provided is a rotation detection device that detects a rotational direction and amount of a rotatable operation member. The detection device manages to reduce the rotation detection pitch while maintaining sufficient clearance for a rotation detection switch to operate. In other words, sufficient distance is given between rotation detection members such that the switch can accurately detect the movement from one member to the next. The rotatable operation member generally includes a plurality of switch driving sections that rotate in unison. A rotation detection switch generally includes a portion that moves in a first and second direction opposite to each other when coming into contact with the rotatable operation members, and is configured to output a detection signal at each movement. The switch and rotatable operation members are configured so that the movement direction of the detector is in a direction orthogonal to the circumferential direction of rotation.

Movement detection device

A design panel is provided having a plate-like panel main body made of a synthetic resin, the panel main body including a light-transmitting portion having a light-transmitting property, the light-transmitting portion being adapted to be illuminated by a light for illumination from a backside of the light-transmitting portion, and a light-shielding portion adapted to prevent diffusion of a light that passes through the light-transmitting portion or a light-suppressing portion adapted to prevent incident light from entering the synthetic resin at the light-suppressing portion. A method for producing the design panel is also provided, the method including the steps of: forming the panel main body from the synthetic resin having a light-transmitting property; and forming the light-shielding portion or light-suppressing portion by radiating a laser beam onto a given part of the synthetic resin.
