Disclosed is a fuel filter in which is disposed in a fuel suction port of a fuel tank or in a fuel line and used to filter the fuel. At least one of filter materials constituting the fuel filter is made into a multifunctional filter material having a function of trapping dust of different particle diameters in stages, by differing the diameter of the pores in the filter material from the primary side to the secondary side of the filter material so that the size of the pores decreases toward the secondary side.

Fuel filter

A fuel filter device includes a bag-shaped filter member and is adapted to be attached to communicate an inner space of the filter member with a fuel suction opening in a fuel tank. The filter member is configured in a multilayer structure. At least one layer of the filter member is configured to serve as an inhibition layer having a structure to prevent water in a fuel tank form coming into the inner space of the filter member by a pressure applied to the filter member when the water is frozen.

Fuel filter device

A filter apparatus F includes a bag-shape filter body and is attached in such a manner that an internal space of the filter body is connected to a fuel inlet in a fuel tank. The filter body includes two or more filter materials laminated each other. At least one of the filter materials is formed of an unwoven cloth having an average aperture diameter of 30 &#x3bc;m or less. A filter material made of an unwoven cloth having a maximum aperture diameter of 100 &#x3bc;m or less is disposed outside of the filter material made of the unwoven cloth having the average aperture diameter of 30 &#x3bc;m or less.

Fuel filter apparatus

A fuel-filtering device is disposed inside a fuel tank for filtering a fuel. The fuel-filtering device includes a filter body having a bag shape and a communication hole, and is formed of a plurality of laminated filter layers. The laminated filter layers includes an outside filter layer formed of a woven mesh, an inside filter layer formed of a non-woven fabric, and at least one intermediate filter layer disposed between the outside filter layer and the inside filter layer and formed of a non-woven fabric. The filter body is formed of at least one of a polyethylene fiber and a polypropylene fiber and has mesh sizes decreasing from the outside filter layer toward the inside filter layer.

Fuel-filtering device

A sliding assisting apparatus for assisting a sliding operation wherein a movable body slidably engaged with a base is slid between a first sliding position and a second sliding position includes sliders, a spring member, lock members and operation members. The sliders are engaged with the movable body and capable of sliding in the same one or more directions as the movable body. The spring member is capable of accumulating force in the sliding operation of the movable body and connecting the respective sliders together. The lock members are each capable of engaging with one of the sliders to exert the accumulated force on the slider, and disengaging from the slider to release the accumulated force from the slider. Operation members are each capable of engaging and disengaging with the lock member for engaging the lock member with a slider and disengaging a lock member from the slider.

Sliding assisting apparatus

A sliding assisting apparatus includes a main body provided on a base or a movable body, and having a pair of sliders disposed in a case; lock members formed on the sliders; coupling parts provided on the case to couple/uncouple with the lock members; a forcing device provided between the two sliders to accumulate a biasing force when one of the sliders is slid to move away from the other; a pair of strikers provided on the base or the movable body; and a switch between a case restrained position and a case restraint released position. One striker is disposed between the first and second sliding positions to cause the movable body to slide toward the first sliding position, and a second striker is disposed closer to the second sliding position than the first striker to cause the movable body to slide toward the second sliding position.

A sliding assisting apparatus assists a movable body to move between a drawn-out position and a drawn-in position. The apparatus includes a unit main body to be attached to a main body or the movable body, and a pair of strikers to be attached to the main body or movable body. The unit main body includes a pair of sliders slidably disposed inside a case, lock members movably supported on the respective sliders, coupling parts provided on the case for engaging the lock members, and an urging device provided between the sliders for accumulating a force when the sliders slide away from the other. One striker switches one slider between a case restrained position in which one coupling part engages one lock member and a case restraint released position in which the one coupling part releases the one lock member.

A sliding assisting device assists a movable body to move between a drawn-in position and a drawn-out position relative a main body. The sliding assisting device includes a unit main body provided on one of the main body and the movable body, and having a slider, a lock member, and a spring member; and an operating member provided on the other of the main body and the movable body. When the movable body is drawn out to a mid-course position from the drawn-in position or drawn-out position, the operating member displaces the lock member from a locked position to an unlocked position, so that the movable body slides from the mid-course position to the drawn-out position or drawn-in position by the spring member.

Sliding assisting device

A fuel filter device includes a first member made of a plastic and having a connecting portion to be connected to a fuel intake port, and a second member made of a plastic and assembled with the first member for forming an interior space communicating with the connecting portion. One or both of the first member and the second member are provided with a fuel intake portion, and a filter member having a single layer structure or a multi-layer structure in a sheet shape or a mat shape is disposed between the first member and the second member to cover the inflow portion from a side of the interior space. Accordingly, the filter device can be easily and adequately produced.

A two-way valve includes a valve case with the first valve seat formed at one of two openings, the first valve member movable in the valve case for abutting against the first valve seat, and the first urging device for urging the first valve member toward the first valve seat. The first valve member includes a communication path therein and the second valve seat formed at one end portion thereof. The second valve member for abutting against the second valve seat is disposed in the communication path to block the communication path, and the second urging device is provided for urging the second valve member toward the second valve seat.

Two-way valve

The method for preparation of sintered permanent magnets according to the present invention comprises the steps of: mixing fully fine powder of a crystalline mother alloy for permanent magnet containing a rare-earth element, Fe and B as the essential components with fine powder of zinc oxide, compaction molding the resulted mixture in the presence of a magnetic field, sintering the compacted mixture in vacuum to cause generation of oxygen and metallic zinc by thermal decomposition of the zinc oxide; segregation of a part of metallic component in the mother alloy at the boundary and inside of the mother alloy crystal; formation of amorphous metallic oxide by forced oxidation of the segregated metal with the generated oxygen; crystallization of the amorphous metallic oxide; formation of an epitaxial junction between the crystallized metallic oxide and the mother alloy crystal; and evaporation of the metallic zinc into the vacuum, and quenching the sintered compact.

Method for preparation of sintered permanent magnet

The present invention is directed to provide a method of preparing a raw material powder for permanent magnets superior in moldability, especially in moldability and productivity of bonded magnets. The method comprises subjecting an acicular iron powder having an aspect ratio of not smaller than 5:1 to heating at 800-900.degree. C. in fluidized state with a gas stream containing no oxygen until the acicular iron powder is transformed into a columnar shape iron powder having an aspect ratio of not larger than 3:1, a die-like shape iron powder or a spherical shape iron powder. The acicular iron powder may contain or may be attached by such a component effective for improving magnetic properties as a rare earth element metal, a rare earth element metal oxide, boron, cobalt and nickel.

Method of preparing raw material powder for permanent magnets superior

The present invention is directed to provide a raw material powder for modified permanent magnets capable of enhancing magnetic properties of iron.rare earth element metal.boron permanent magnets and reducing the production cost, and further to provide its production method. The raw material powder is a pulverized powder of sintered mass obtained by sintering in vacuum or in a non-oxidative gas a mixture of an acicular iron powder and an alloy powder containing iron, a rare earth element metal and boron.

Raw material powder for modified permanent magnets and production method

The object of the invention is to provide a composition for permanent magnet with excellent magnetic properties exhibiting well the latent ability of the RFeB system tetragonal compounds. The composition for permanent magnet according to the present invention is a complex of (1) a crystalline RFeB or RFeCoB system compound having a tetragonal crystal structure with lattice constants of a.sub.o about 8.8 .ANG. and c.sub.o about 12 .ANG., in which R is at least one of rare earth elements, and (2) a crystalline neodymium oxide having a cubic crystal structure, in which both crystal grains are epitaxially connected and the RFeB or RFeCoB crystal grains are oriented to the c.sub.o direction. The lattice constant a.sub.o of the cubic Nd.sub.2 O.sub.3 is about 4.4 .ANG. which is the half length of the lattice constant a.sub.o about 8.8 .ANG. for the RFeB or RFeCoB tetragonal crystal, and the epitaxial connection is achieved, and the RFeB or RFeCoB crystal grains are oriented to the c.sub.o direction.

Composition for permanent magnet

The present invention is directed to provide a method of preparing a raw material powder for permanent magnets superior in moldability, especially in moldability and productivity of bonded magnets.
