This rotor for a rotating electric motor includes a hollow cylindrical rotor core with a plurality of laminated electromagnetic steel plates. The inner and outer circumferential surfaces of the rotor core each face a magnetic gap. The rotor core is interposed between a first rotating support member and a second rotating support member. A flange is formed on a first end of a tubular pin protruding from a first hole of the first rotating support member. A tubular expansion part of the tubular pin plastically deforms due to fluid pressure so as to come into close contact with a through hole of the rotor core, the first hole of the first rotating support member, and a second hole of the second rotating support member.

Rotor for rotating electric motor, and rotor manufacturing method

Disclosed is a stator for an electric machine. The stator is provided with a stator core, and first and second series of coils each formed into a predetermined shape. Each of the coils in the first series is provided with a pair of first coil ends which respectively protrude from both end faces of the stator core. Each of the first coil ends is provided with a pair of bent portions which extend outward in the radial direction of the stator, and a bridge portion which connects the bent portions. Each second coil end is provided with a pair of upright portions and a bridge portion which connects the upright portions. The bridge portions of the coils in the first series are disposed outside the bridge portions of the coils in the second series in the radial direction of the stator. The bridge portion of each of the coils in the second series extends across the bent portions of two adjacent coils in the first series. The coils in the first series and the coils in the second series are configured so that each series includes a mixture of coils of at least two phases among a U-phase, a V-phase, and a W-phase. Each of the coils in the first series is connected to a coil of the same phase in the second series.

Stator for electric machine

A lift device for an industrial vehicle includes a hydraulic cylinder provided substantially upright between masts and having a piston rod, a pulley provided on a lateral side of an upper end portion of the piston rod, a lift bracket connected to a chain wound around the pulley and movable up and down through the chain by extension and retraction of the piston rod, a hose provided for supplying hydraulic fluid to an attachment installed on the lift bracket, and a guide mechanism provided on a top end of the piston rod for guiding the hose. The guide mechanism includes a plurality of rollers, a support member rotatably supporting the plurality of rollers, and an endless band fitted around the plurality of rollers so as to form an arc-shaped guide surface for supporting the hose. The endless band travels around the plurality of rollers with movement of the hose.

Lift device for industrial vehicle

An electromagnetic actuator includes a cylinder, a stationary core and a movable core arranged in the cylinder, and a coil located about the cylinder. The movable core moves in the cylinder in accordance with an electromagnetic force, which is generated between the stationary core and the movable core based on the current supply to the coil. The cylinder includes a first cylindrical member made of nonmagnetic material, and a second cylindrical member made of magnetic material. The first cylindrical member surrounds the stationary core and the movable core. A part of the first cylindrical member in the vicinity of the movable core is made thin to form a small diameter portion. The small diameter portion is fitted to the second cylindrical member.

Electromagnetic actuator and method for manufacturing electromagnetic actuator, and control valve for variable displacement compressor using electromagnetic actuator

To provide a motor which can suppress vibration and noise during an operation of a concentrated winding motor and can achieve low vibration and low noise with high efficiency. Skew is formed on at least one of a stator () provided with concentrated windings and a rotor (), and the windings () of different phases in a groove () for windings are brought into contact with each other directly or via an insulating material.

Motor

A compressor includes a housing, a rotary shaft, a pulley, an electric motor, a pulley one-way clutch, and a motor one-way clutch. The shaft is rotatably supported by the housing. The pulley is operably connected to the shaft and includes a power transmission portion. When power is transmitted from a vehicular engine to the power transmission portion, the pulley is rotated. The electric motor rotates the shaft and includes a rotor, which is operably connected to the shaft. At least part of the electric motor overlaps the power transmission portion in the axial direction of the shaft. The pulley one-way clutch is located between the pulley and the shaft and selectively permits and prevents power transmission between the pulley and the shaft. The motor one-way clutch is located between the rotor and the shaft and selectively permits and prevents power transmission between the rotor and the shaft.

Hybrid power transmission system having first and second clutch mechanisms

A conventional hybrid compressor compresses gas when power is transmitted from a vehicular drive source via a power transmission mechanism and when an electric motor, which is incorporated in the power transmission mechanism, is actuated. A motor wiring component extends from the electric motor to the outside of the power transmission mechanism. The motor wiring is provided with shape maintaining means for maintaining the shape.

Wiring structure of motor in hybrid compressor

Scroll compressors ( ) may include a housing ( ) having an inlet port ( ) and an outlet port ( ). A drive scroll ( ) may be rotatably disposed within the housing and may have a rotational axis. A driven scroll ( ) may be rotatably disposed within the housing and may have a rotational axis. The driven scroll rotational axis preferably is offset to the drive scroll rotational axis. Further, at least one compression chamber ( ) is preferably defined between the drive scroll and the driven scroll. A first bearing ( ) may rotatably support the drive scroll in a cantilever manner and a second bearing ( ) may rotatably support the driven scroll in a cantilever manner. A transmission ( and ) or other device may be provided to rotate the drive scroll in synchronism with the driven scroll.

Scroll compressors

A mechanical rotational device includes a housing. An end portion of a rotary shaft protrudes from a front wall of the housing. An electric rotational device is coaxial with the rotary shaft and is coupled to the end portion of the rotary shaft. The electric rotational device functions as at least one of a motor and a generator. A rotational member is coupled to the rotary shaft and has a power transmitting mechanism for transmitting power between the rotational unit and an external device. A one-way clutch is located in the power transmitting path between the rotary shaft and rotational member. The one-way clutch is located inward of the rotational member. The electric rotational device is located on or forward of the housing. At least part of the electric rotational device is located outward of the power transmitting mechanism.

Rotational unit

A control valve for a variable displacement compressor is provided. A retainer cylinder in the control valve includes a first cylindrical member made of non-magnetic material and a second cylindrical member having a bottom portion made of magnetic material. A shim is intervened a bottom surface of a plunger and inner bottom surface of the second cylindrical member. The retainer cylinder has good magnetic permeability between a coil and the plunger, even though the wall of the cylinder thickens to improve the withstanding pressure to internal refrigerant pressure.

Control valve in variable displacement compressor and method of manufacturing the same

A control valve includes an accommodation cylinder, a coil, a stator, a plunger, and a valve body. Electromagnetic force is generated between the stator and the plunger and the plunger moves relative to the stator. The valve body adjusts the opening degree of a valve hole. A flat surface and a peripheral wall are formed in an end of the stator. The peripheral wall has a tapered cross-section with an inclined inner surface. The inclined inner surface and the flat surface define a recess. The plunger has a frustum portion. The frustum portion includes a flat distal surface and an annular inclined surface. The taper angle of the peripheral wall is equal to or less than twenty degrees. The diameter of the flat distal surface of the frustum portion is equal to or greater than eighty percent of the largest diameter of the annular inclined surface.

Control valve for variable displacement compressor

A housing of a compressor supports a rotary shaft. The rotary shaft is coupled to a pulley with a pulley one-way clutch and is coupled to a rotor of an electric motor with a motor one-way clutch. The pulley is supported by the housing with a pulley bearing. The electric motor overlaps a power transmission portion in the axial direction of the rotary shaft. At least two of the bearing, the pulley one-way clutch, the motor one-way clutch, and a brush device of the electric motor overlap each other in the axial direction of the rotary shaft. As a result, the size of the compressor is reduced in the axial direction of the rotary shaft.

Vehicular rotational apparatus

An electric compressor includes a compression mechanism, an electric motor and a housing. The compression mechanism draws, compresses and discharges refrigerant gas. The electric motor drives the compression mechanism. The housing accommodates the compression mechanism and the electric motor. A heat sink extends from the housing. An inverter is located in the housing. The inverter powers the electric motor. A heat sink cools the inverter. The heat sink is cooled by refrigerant gas. The heat generated by the inverter is therefore effectively reduced.

Electric compressor

An air-conditioning unit comprises a compressor component for compressing a refrigerant, a condenser component for condensing the refrigerant, and an evaporator component for evaporating the refrigerant. At least two of the compressor, the condenser and the evaporator components is assembled integrally. This prevents with certainty leakage of the refrigerant that circulates through the air-conditioning unit.
