A first and a second pair of projecting portions are provided in a cavity portion of a fuse mounting portion made of resin. An upper end surface of each projecting portion is tapered, so as to guide a pair of male terminals of a fuse sub-assembly toward a corresponding female terminals attached to the cavity portion, when the fuse sub-assembly is inserted into the cavity portion. A gap is formed between the fuse sub-assembly and the tapered upper end surfaces in a fuse-mounted condition, in which the fuse sub-assembly is in contact with a stopper portion of the cavity portion, in order to prevent contact failure caused by thermal shock.

Fuse assembly

An electronic circuit device includes a bus bar, a base component and an electronic component. The bus bar has an external connector terminal capable of receiving electric power from an external power source. The base component has a metallic heat radiation portion and is disposed to oppose the bus bar. The electronic component is held between the bus bar and heat the radiation portion of the base component. The bus bar further includes fixing terminals extending toward the base component. The fixing terminals are fixed to the base component to constitute fixing portions. The fixing portions are configured to have elasticity and exert a restoring force such that a distance between the bus bar and the base component reduces. The electronic component is in pressure contact with the bus bar and the base component by the restoration force of the elasticity of the fixing portions.

Electronic circuit device

A relay device includes mechanical relays, a first bus bar, a second bus bar, and a relay drive circuit. The relay includes a coil, a moving contact whose position changes according to whether the coil is energized, a load terminal conductive to the contact and connected to the first bar, and a coil terminal connected to the coil and second bar. The first bar includes a loading circuit. A current flows to an external load through the loading circuit opened/closed when the position of the contact changes. The second bar includes a coil circuit through which the coil is energized. The drive circuit is packaged on the second bar and opens/closes the coil circuit based on an operation signal. The first and second bars are stacked at predetermined intervals. The relays are between the first and second bars.

Relay device

In an electric apparatus having a bus bar, a plurality of electric parts and a number of terminals connected to external terminals are mounted on the bus bar. The terminals are arranged in two or more lines, plural terminals are arranged in each line. Therefore, a stability and strength in mounting the apparatus to a junction block is improved compared to an apparatus where the terminals are arranged in a single line. The electric apparatus according to the present invention can be mounted to a junction block by being supported with only the terminals of the apparatus.

Electric apparatus having plural electric parts

A relay device includes plural relay units, each having a coil for opening/closing a contact point, a base plate made of resin and having wiring metal pieces, and a control circuit mounted on the base plate for controlling current supply to the coil. The control circuit has a function of stabilizing the holding current irrespective of environmental variation. Thus, the holding current can be further reduced and heating and power consumption can be reduced without losing the function of keeping the contact point state.

Relay device having holding current stabilizing and limiting circuit

A complex relay device has at least one bus bar base plate, two relay units, and a relay case. The bus bar base plate has multiple bus bars that have ends providing terminals and are formed in predetermined circuit patterns. The bus bars are integrated and covered with a resin except for at least the ends. The two relay units are fixed on the bus bar base plate such that the two relay units are adjacent to each other and are connected to the terminals, which are used for external connection, through the bus bars. The relay case accommodates the bus bar base plate and the two relay units.

Complex relay device

A relay device capable of reducing the manufacturing costs thereof by decreasing the number of parts and the number of electrical connections between these parts, and making the manufacturing process simple. The relay device has a plurality of electromagnetic relays and uses a common base plate with which stems of the electromagnetic relays are formed integrally, and on which a wiring member is formed by resin molding. The wiring member on the common base plate is projected from the molded resin to define a fixed contact member of each electromagnetic relay. Each relay unit assembly of each electromagnetic relay except for the fixed contact member thereof is secured to the common base plate such that a movable iron piece is driven in parallel with a surface of the common base plate. The construction of the resultant relay device is compact, the relay properties are readily adjusted, and the number of parts can be reduced.
