The present invention provides a facial treatment device which can repeat warming and cooling of the face of a person while the massages are given to the face at the same time, whereby the beauty effects such as the facial treatment and body slimming can be mutually and efficiently obtained. A Peltier element is placed adjacent to a probe having a high thermal conductivity, which can abut the face of a person to be treated. Then, the current is supplied by a DC power supply to the Peltier element and the direction of the current can be switched between the forward and backward directions by the selector switch . Thereby, the cooling and warming of the probe is repeated. At the same time, a motor having an eccentric weight attached thereto is driven, whereby the probe is vibrated.

A hair heating device for use with regard to a permanent wave, which may elevate the hair temperature in a uniform manner without applying an excessive amount of heat energy not only to the head at a time but also to the hair locally so that the hair may escape deterioration and discoloration, and a process for permanent or dyeing hair by the device. The hair heating device includes two swing arms in the form of an arch, which include heaters mounted on the inside thereof, a concentric reverse reduction gearing, and a motor for driving said gearing. The concentric reverse reduction gearing is provided with an output shaft member A and an output shaft member B arranged such that both the output shaft members may rotate in opposite directions. A transmission member of the swing arm is connected with the output shaft member A, while a second transmission member of the swing arm is connected with the output shaft member B. A process is provided for permanent or dyeing hair that may be carried out by applying heat to the hair using the hair heating device.

An automatic hair washer comprises a hair washing cistern into which the head of a person whose hair is to be washed can be inserted, and hair washing means for spouting hot water into the hair washing cistern to wash the hair of the person, and further, a head support for supporting the head of the person in the hair washing cistern. Therefore, the automatic hair washer can wash the back of the neck of the person sufficiently, without putting a big burden on the neck.

This invention provides an automatic hair washer that is capable of preventing the hairs of the person under hair washing from being attached to the internal wall of the cistern as well as the hairs of the person under hair washing being tangled with each other during the hair washing. By providing a hair receiver having an arch-shaped or ring-shaped hair receiving part, which collects and hangs the hair of the person under hair washing, it is possible to prevent the hair of the person under hair washing from being attached to the internal wall of the sink. Since they are collected by the hair receiver, the tangling of the hair of the person under hair washing by the showers spouted during the hair washing can be prevented.

An automatic hair washer which has plural washing nozzles for spouting wash water to a head part, and includes a hot water storing tank for storing wash water, a hot water supplying pump for pumping wash water from the hot water storing tank and supplying the pumped wash water to the washing nozzles.
