A permanent magnet type rotor comprises an inner memberhaving an outer ring portion; an approximately annular outer memberhaving soft magnetism and an inner circumference contacting with an outer circumference of the outer ring portion; and plural permanent magnetsdisposed at equal intervals on the outer circumference of the outer member toward the circumferential direction. At least one of the inner memberand the outer memberis made from a sintered material, and the inner memberand the outer memberare mutually sintered and bonded. Thickness and weight of a dynamotor itself can be reduced and high output and high efficiency can be achieved.

Permanent magnet type rotor and method of manufacturing the rotor

The invention provides a hybrid vehicle drive apparatus in which a stator of a motor used under a high temperature environment can be simply and securely fixed to a motor housing. An AC motor is connected to a crank shaft between an internal combustion engine and a transmission, the AC motor is provided with a motor housing connected to each of the internal combustion engine and transmission, a stator constituted by a plurality of stator pieces arranged to form a ring shape, each of the stator pieces constituted by stator core teeth, a stator hold ring opening portion corresponds to an outer peripheral shape of the stator and is press-fitted to the opening portion, and the stator hold ring is fixed to the motor housing. A coefficient of thermal expansion of the stator substantially coincides with a coefficient of thermal expansion of the stator hold ring.

Hybrid vehicle drive apparatus

A swash-plate plunger-type hydraulic device has a cylinder block with a plurality of plungers slidably fitted in cylinder bores, a swash plate confronting one end of the cylinder block, and a distribution valve plate slidably held against the other end of the cylinder block. The cylinder block has an odd number of circularly arrayed connecting ports communicating with the cylinder bores and opening at the other end thereof.
