An object of the present disclosure is to continue optical image stabilization even in the case where a correcting lens is positioned near a mechanical end. An optical image stabilization module used to control a camera module adjusts the position of a correcting lens and the like used for optical image stabilization while executing the optical image stabilization during an exposure period. An image distortion accompanying the position adjustment of the correcting lens can be corrected by, for example, an electronic image stabilization module.

Semiconductor device and electronic device

A camera module detects a camera shake in an optical axis in an optical system based on a detection result by a vibration detecting sensor. To correct a part amount of a camera shake, the module controls an actuator in a manner that a correction lens shifts in a plane vertical to the optical axis based on an amount of optical image stabilization. To correct a left amount of the camera shake, the module transmits data representing the correction left amount of the camera shake to an image processing module. The image processing module receives the data representing the correction left amount of the camera shake, and changes an effective region of picked-up image data included in frame data, based on an amount of electronic image stabilization in accordance with the correction left amount.

Camera controller, image processing module, and semiconductor system

A current bypass circuit used in a semiconductor integrated circuit supplied with power from power sources having respective different DC voltages in relation to a reference potential, a p type (or n type) substrate of the semiconductor integrated circuit being connected to the reference potential, includes a current switching circuit and a voltage level detecting circuit. The current switching circuit is connected between the reference potential and the DC voltage source for switching between a conductive state and a cutoff state. The voltage level detecting circuit is connected to a control power source that maintains the current switching circuit in a conductive state when the voltage appearing across both terminals of the current switching circuit is equal or lower than a predetermined voltage. The voltage level detecting circuit cuts-off the current switching circuit when the voltage across both terminals of the current switching circuit exceeds a predetermined value. Thereby, needed isolation between the elements in the semiconductor integrated circuit is provided.
