Provided is an electron-accepting substance precursor comprising a sulfonic acid ester compound represented by formula (1). (In the formula, R-Reach independently represent a hydrogen atom, or a straight-chain or branched C1-6 alkyl group. Rrepresents a C2-20 monovalent hydrocarbon group which may be substituted. Arepresents &#x2014;O&#x2014; or &#x2014;S&#x2014;. Arepresents a group having a valence of (n+1) and derived from naphthalene or anthracene. Arepresents a group having a valence of m and derived from perfluorinated biphenyl. m represents an integer satisfying 2&#x2264;m&#x2264;4. n represents an integer satisfying 1&#x2264;n&#x2264;4).

Provided are a fluorine-atom-containing polymer that is a condensation polymer of a fluorine-atom-containing triphenylamine derivative giving a repeating unit represented by formula (1) and a fluorine derivative giving a repeating unit represented by formula (2) and the use of this fluorine-atom-containing polymer.
