An ON/OFF detecting buckle switch includes: a case in a housing shape; a substrate fixing member equipped in an inner side face of the case; a slider insertion port equipped in an upper face of the case; a support portion equipped in an inner side face of the case; a first fixed terminal folded stepwise in a longitudinal direction of a strip shape to circumvent the substrate fixing member, having one end provided with a notched portion and the other end fixed to the inner side face of the case; a first movable terminal in a strip shape having one area fixed to the support portion; a slider provided with a terminal press portion that projects inside the case penetrating through the slider insertion port and the notched portion, and when pressed down, presses down an end of the first movable terminal; and a spring that biases the slider upward.

On/off detecting buckle switch

An ON/OFF detecting buckle switch includes: a case in a housing shape; a slider insertion port equipped in an upper face of the case; a support portion equipped in an inner side face of the case; a fixed terminal provided with a notched portion in one end in a strip shape and the other end fixed to the inner side face of the case; a movable terminal in a strip shape having one area fixed to the support portion; a slider provided with a terminal press portion that projects inside the case penetrating through the slider insertion port of the case and the notched portion of the fixed terminal, and when pressed down, presses down an end of the movable terminal; a spring that biases the slider upward; and bent portions in a hook shape in the notched portion of the fixed terminal and an end of the movable terminal.

A slide switch is provided that is more excellent in reliability than conventional techniques. A slide switch senses an extracted state and an inserted and engaged state of an object. The slide switch includes a body, a slider, a terminal, and an armature. The slider is slidably held in the body and is pushed by insertion of the object to slidingly move. The terminal is provided with a fixed contact point disposed on a surface, facing the slider, of the body along a sliding movement direction. The armature is attached to the slider and is provided with a moving contact point that slides on a fixed contact point disposition surface of the body in association with sliding movement of the slider. In the entire range of the sliding movement, the body and the slider cover all around the fixed contact point and the armature.

Slide switch

The slide switch includes a body, a slider, a terminal, and an armature. The slider is slidably held in the body and is pushed by insertion of the object to slidingly move. The terminal is provided with a fixed contact point disposed on a surface, facing the slider, of the body along a sliding movement direction. The armature is attached to the slider and is provided with a moving contact point that slides on a fixed contact point disposition surface of the body in association with sliding movement of the slider. The slider is provided with an engagement part to receive an action of a moving part that moves in the sliding movement direction in association with extraction and insertion of the object, and the engagement part is in shape of generating a free running distance in which the slider does not act even when the moving part acts.

A slider is slidably held in a body and is pushed by insertion of an object to slidingly move. Terminals are provided with fixed contact points disposed on a surface, facing the slider, of the body along a sliding movement direction. The armature is attached to the slider and is provided with moving contact points that slide on a fixed contact point disposition surface of the body in association with sliding movement of the slider. The slider has an armature mounting surface with a side wall protrudingly formed in one end in the sliding movement direction. The body has a facing surface facing an end surface of the side wall in an entire range of sliding movement. At least any one of an end in the sliding movement direction of the end surface of the side wall and an end in the sliding movement direction of the facing surfaces of the body has a foreign substance elimination groove formed therein.

A push-button switch having a case which defines a space within which a star wheel is mounted and an indenter which is pressed against an outer periphery of the star wheel. The star wheel has ridge portions. A push button is provided which is mounted on the case for effecting rotation of the star wheel. A contact is also provided which engages the star wheel for corotation and which serves as a movable contact. Also provided are terminals which serve as stationary contacts. The star wheel includes a small projection having a rounded tip end disposed in each ridge portion of the star wheel.

Push-button switch

A slide switch installed in a buckle apparatus includes a body, a sliderheld slidably in the body, the slidersliding when pressed by a movable part of the buckle apparatus, fixed contactstoplaced in a direction in which the slider slides, on a surface of the bodythat faces the slider, a movable piecesliding on the surface of the bodyon which the fixed contactstoare placed. The sliderhas a size that obscures the fixed contactstoin the entire range in which the sliderslides. The fixed contactstoare unlikely to be affected by foreign matter etc. and adherence of foreign matter that degrades performance can be prevented.

Slide switch for buckle apparatus

The compound operation input device of the invention includes a case; a flexible substrate mounted on a bottom plate section of the case a first operation body moving operable in a direction orthogonal to the flexible substrate a second operation body tilting operable and rotating operable, the second operation body being an annular member arranged at the periphery of the first operation body; a first switching means operated by the movement of the first operation body; a plurality of second switching means operated by the tilt of the second operation body; and a rotary switch that detects the rotating direction and the rotating amount of the second operation body. The first and second switching means and the slid contacting point pattern of the rotary switch are arranged on the same surface of the flexible substrate.

Compound operation input device

The invention provides a movable contact for a two-step push-on switch which can realize an excellent sense and a long life period while decreasing the width, even on a flat stationary-contact forming surface of a printed circuit board, a flexible printed circuit board or the like, and also a two-step push-on switch. A movable contact has: a rectangular annular peripheral plate portion; an oval center plate portionwhich is upward inflatingly curved; and a pair of connecting plate portionswhich connect an inner edge of the peripheral plate portionto an outer edge of said center plate portionon a center line X which is parallel to long side portionsof said peripheral plate portion. The movable contact is disposed on a flat stationary-contact forming surface of a printed circuit board, a flexible printed circuit board, or the like, and an adhesive tapefor fixing the movable contact is bonded from a side of the upper face, thereby configuring a push-on switch.
