A work aligning system capable of easily altering the kind of works to be aligned. The work aligning system () comprises a storage device () in which nuts () are stored, a take-out base () on which the nuts () are placed, and a robot () for grasping and taking out the nuts from the take-out base () and aligning the nuts. The assembly system assembles plural kinds of automotive parts consisting of a main body and a part to be installed to the main body.
