According to an aspect, a detection system includes: a sensor provided with a plurality of photosensors in a detection area; a controller configured to control the sensor; and a data storage configured to store correction value data including correction values for detection values of the photosensors and identification codes of a plurality of the sensors in such a manner that the identification codes are associated one-to-one with the correction value data. The controller is configured to acquire the correction value data corresponding to the identification code of the sensor from the data storage and correct the detection values of the photosensors based on the acquired correction value data.

Detection system

A detection device includes a plurality of optical sensors arranged in a detection area, a light source configured to emit light that is emitted to an object to be detected and is detected by the optical sensors, and a processor configured to perform processing based on outputs from the optical sensors. The processor is configured to determine, based on the outputs of the respective optical sensors obtained at a cycle of a predetermined period, an optical sensor an output of which is to be employed from among the optical sensors.

Detection device

A detection device includes a photodiode, and a thin-film transistor coupled to the photodiode. The thin-film transistor includes a semiconductor layer between a light-blocking layer and the photodiode, and an electrode layer between the semiconductor layer and the photodiode, and the electric layer includes a source electrode and a drain electrode of the thin-film transistor. The source electrode extends to a position facing the light-blocking layer with the semiconductor layer interposed therebetween.

According to an aspect, a detection device includes: a plurality of optical sensors that are arranged in a detection area and each of which is configured to output a signal corresponding to light irradiating the optical sensor; a detection circuit configured to be supplied with the signals from the optical sensors; and a control circuit configured to output first data and second data for which detection conditions for acquiring the signals differ from each other. The control circuit is configured to output detection information data in which the detection conditions for the first data and the detection conditions for the second data are added as attribute information to a head of a data string in which the first data and the second data are sequentially arranged.

A detection device includes: optical sensors; switching elements, gate lines, and signal lines corresponding to the optical sensors; a detection circuit that is supplied with signals from the optical sensors through the signal lines; and a signal line selection circuit for switching a coupling state between the signal lines and the detection circuit. A drive signal is supplied to the gate lines row by row to bring the switching elements belonging to a predetermined row into a coupled state. The signal line selection circuit couples the signal lines to the detection circuit column by column in a predetermined order in a reading period of the predetermined row. A reset potential is supplied to the optical sensors and the signal lines belonging to the predetermined row after completion of the reading period of the predetermined row and before start of the reading period of a row next to the predetermined row.

Detection device, fingerprint detection device, and vein detection device

A detection device includes a sensor substrate provided with a plurality of photosensors, a control board provided with a control circuit configured to control the photosensors, and a flexible printed circuit board provided with wiring configured to electrically couple the sensor substrate to the control board. The flexible printed circuit board is provided with a plurality of cutting indication lines for changing a length between the sensor substrate and the flexible printed circuit board.

A detection device is provided. The detection device includes a sensor base; a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements that are provided in a detection area of the sensor base and are configured to receive light incident thereon and output signals corresponding to the received light; a plurality of switching elements provided in the respective photoelectric conversion elements; a plurality of gate lines that are coupled to the switching elements and extend in a first direction; a first light source configured to emit first light having a first maximum emission wavelength; and a second light source configured to emit second light having a second maximum emission wavelength.

Provided are a substrate, an organic material layer provided above the substrate at a position overlapping at least a detection region, a plurality of detection electrodes provided between the substrate and the organic material layer in a direction orthogonal to the substrate, a first switching element provided to each of the detection electrodes, a plurality of gate lines coupled with some first switching elements and extending in a first direction, a plurality of signal lines coupled with some first switching elements and extending in a second direction intersecting the first direction, and a drive circuit configured to supply gate drive signals having potentials determined for the respective gate lines based on a predetermined code to the respective first switching elements through the gate lines.

A fingerprint detection device includes a substrate, a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements that are provided to the substrate and each output a signal corresponding to light emitted thereto, a plurality of signal lines coupled to the photoelectric conversion elements, a detection circuit that is electrically coupled to the photoelectric conversion elements through the signal lines, and a signal line selection circuit that switches the number of the signal lines to be coupled to the one detection circuit.

Fingerprint detection device and display device with fingerprint detection device

According to one embodiment, a display device includes a display panel including a display area where first drive areas and second drive areas are alternately disposed, and display function layers which include first display function layers and second display function layers and which are changed to a transparent state and a scattering state, and a control unit. The control unit applies a drive voltage to the first display function layers, in a first field period. The control unit applies the drive voltage to the second display function layers, in a second field period. A polarity of the drive voltage in the first field period is different from a polarity of the drive voltage in the second field period.
