To flexibly control the number of user planes in a communication system. When the calculated reception ending time is reached, recording position information, which shows the recording position in the HDD of the data of the piece of music which is currently being received, is recorded in the HDD in association with additional information of the relevant piece of music as a head position of the piece of music which will be received next.
