An endoscopic treatment tool includes a sheath; a treatment portion; and a manipulation main body which includes a distal end-fixing portion capable of being fixed to a proximal end side-opening portion, an intermediate portion connected to a proximal end of the sheath and advances and retracts in a longitudinal axis direction of the sheath, a proximal end-manipulating unit which slides with respect to the intermediate portion, a fixing member, and a support member. One of the distal end-fixing portion and the intermediate portion is inserted and connected to the other thereof to partially overlap each other in the longitudinal axis direction, the support member is rotatably engaged with a member disposed on an outer side among the distal end-fixing portion and the intermediate portion, and the support member is configured to be able to fix the fixing member at an arbitrary-position of the manipulation main body in the circumferential direction.

Endoscopic treatment tool

An endoscopic treatment tool includes a sheath; a treatment portion capable of protruding and retracting from a distal end of the sheath; a manipulation main body; a slider which advances and retracts in a longitudinal axis direction to cause the treatment portion to protrude and retract from the sheath; a first locking mechanism which locks the slider at a position at which the distal end of the treatment portion is accommodated in the sheath in accordance with a retracting manipulation of the slider; a second locking mechanism provided at further distal side than the first locking mechanism and restricts advance of the slider by being locked to the manipulation main body; a fixing mechanism provided in the second locking mechanism and fixed to the manipulation main body by sliding; and a restricting portion which restricts fixing of the fixing mechanism to the manipulation main body.

Endoscopic treatment tool and handle

In the biopsy system according to one embodiment, the needle tube of the treatment tool has the minor axis of the flattened portion and the bending plane of the bending portion parallel to each other. Accordingly, the needle tube is easily bent in the bending direction of the bending portion, and even in an endoscope that has few bendable directions and is bendable, for example, in only two directions (e.g., up and down), the bending operation of the bending portion is not easily hindered. As a result, even after the treatment tool for endoscopes is inserted into the endoscope, the bending portion can be easily bent with a predetermined bending amount, and a procedure can be easily performed.

Biopsy system

An endoscopic treatment device includes an insertion unit, a manipulation unit provided at a proximal end portion of the insertion unit, and a manipulation unit attachment mechanism attaching the manipulation unit to an insertion port of a channel of an endoscope. The manipulation unit attachment mechanism has: a connection slider engaged with the insertion port by sliding in a first direction intersecting an axis of the insertion unit and disengaged from the insertion port by sliding in a second direction intersecting the axis; an insertion-port abutment part moving toward a proximal end by contacting with the insertion port; and a slider abutment part preventing sliding of the connection slider in the first direction when the insertion-port abutment part is located at a distal end side and permitting the sliding of the connection slider in the first direction when the insertion-port abutment part is located at a proximal end side.

Endoscopic treatment device

A wavelength selective switch includes a substrate. On the substrate, the wavelength selective switch includes at least one input port, a dispersive element, a light converging element, a light deflecting member, an output port, and a driving mechanism which drives at least one of the dispersive element, the light condenser element, and the light deflecting member, and drive by the driving mechanism is a rotational drive around an axis perpendicular to the substrate, for the dispersive element, and is a translational drive in a direction of dispersion of wavelength with respect to the substrate, for the light condenser element or the light deflecting member.
