An apparatus for washing human privates including a water heater (,), which is connected with a water supply pipe (,) and a hot water pipe (,) such that wash water supplied from the water supply pipe (,) is heated to a proper temperature by the water heater (,) while proceeding to the hot water pipe (,) through the water heater (,). A water supply controlling device (,) controls the supply of wash water to the water heater (,). A discharge device (,) is provided for discharging to the human privates the wash water heated to the proper temperature by the water heater (,), which is connected with the hot water pipe (,). Bidet

A sanitary cleaning apparatus includes a plurality of cleaning water jetting openings on a nozzle, and the axes of those jetting openings intersect with each other between a jetting surface of the nozzles and a region to be cleaned. The sanitary cleaning apparatus provides various cleaning patterns by giving turbulence to the jetting flow, by mixing air in the water, and by changing distribution ratio of jetting flows from different jetting openings.

Sanitary cleaning apparatus

An automatic hot water supply apparatus produces and supplies hot water by mixing, with a hot water/cold water mixing valve, hot water supplied from an instantaneous water heater unit through a hot water supply pipe and cold water supplied through a cold water supply pipe. The automatic hot water supply apparatus includes a flow rate control valve actuatable by an electric actuator, and a flow rate limiting unit responsive to a hot water temperature setting, or a season setting, or a detected hot water temperature, for varying the flow rate of mixed hot water. The electric actuator is controlled by a signal from the flow rate limiting unit to operate the flow rate control valve in order to solve the problems of a low water temperature during the winter, an excessive hot water flow rate, and a low instantaneous water heater unit capability, so that the automatic hot water supply apparatus can supply hot water at a desired temperature.

Automatic hot water supply apparatus

A hot-water and cold-water mixing device is provided wherein a hot-water side valve element and a cold-water side valve element are provided for regulating the respective flow rates of hot and cold water flows. The valve elements are constructed so as to possess a temperature regulating function exercised by varying the hot-water to cold-water mixing ratio depending on a biasing force, and also an automatic pressure regulating function to automatically accommodate any sudden pressure changes. The water mixing device of the foregoing construction is compact in size and is capable of adjusting the final water temperature reliably and speedily.

Hot-water and cold-water mixing device

In a first hot water supply system, when water supply is required to be stopped, a temperature of supplied water is moved to a given temperature. The water supply is stopped after the temperature of the supplied water moves to the given temperature. In a hot water supply system according to another aspect of the invention, one of a plurality of outlets is selected and water is directed toward the selected outlet. When the selected outlet is required to be changed to another of the outlets, a temperature of the water is changed to a given temperature. The selected outlet is changed to another of the outlets after the water temperature changes to the given temperature.

Hot water supply system

A hot water supply system includes an arrangement for adjusting a temperature of water. A plurality of outlets are connected to water supplied objects. A change-over valve selects one of the outlets and supplies the water to the selected outlet. An outlet setting unit determines a target outlet selected from the outlets. A temperature setting unit determines a target temperature. A control unit controls the change-over valve and the temperature adjusting means in accordance with the target outlet and the target temperature.

A mixing valve apparatus provides a pressure balancing valve which has fins on their valve members and is forced to rotate by hot- and cold-water flows, two valve means for controlling flows of hot and cold water, a temperature sensor and a flow rate sensor. The valve means are shifted by respective electric driving means which are driven by a controller based on detected data of the temperature sensor and the flow rate sensor.

Mixing valve apparatus

A remote-controlled forced-circulation central air-conditioning system comprising a central heat-exchanger unit and a plurality of terminal air-conditioning units which are connected to the central heat-exchanger unit through terminal valves, respectively, which are arranged in parallel with one another, wherein a water circulation pump and the central heat-exchanger unit are started and shut off upon detection of variation in the pressure and/or the temperature of the liquid such as hot water in the liquid supply circuit leading to the terminal air-conditioning units when the terminal valve or valves are opened up and thereafter closed. The system may include a terminal heat-exchanger unit such as a bath.
